Being in your bodies has never been more important. It has never been more important to you as individuals and to the collective to be grounded in your physical bodies. You are being urged and invited to connect with your physical bodies at this time because of all that is going on with you personally and with the collective consciousness.
The more of you who are grounded, the better the results will be of the work that is being done on you. You are constantly receiving upgrades and downloads, and you are also being pulled in the direction of the mind. The mind has a lot of attractive features, and yet being too focused in your minds will pull you right out of your bodies. You will experience a lack of alignment.
Your technology has this effect on you, because it is very mentally oriented. You are being bombarded with information, opinions, and videos. And while it is wonderful to be informed, it is more important to be informed about what’s going on within you. And the best way to ascertain what’s going on within you is to be grounded in your physical bodies.
So what does that mean? What do we mean by ‘grounded’ anyway? We are talking about being present with what you are doing, and we are also talking about remembering your physicality. Being spiritually awakened beings, you may have a tendency to see the body as less important. You may see it as cumbersome, as an inconvenience.
But the body is a wonderful tool for grounding more high frequency energy into the physical plane. Being grounded in your physical body allows you more access to those energies. Your bodies are wonderful storage devices, and you can only really know what you’re feeling by tuning in to what’s happening inside your bodies. Your bodies are capable of so much more than what your minds believe.
So give your bodies a chance. Listen to your bodies. Become more interested in being physical with your bodies, in exercising and in connecting with the Earth. You have the capacity to feel so much in your physical bodies, but you must be grounded in them to experience that. So remind yourselves from time to time throughout the day to be sure you are fully present in your physical bodies, feeling what you are feeling, and paying attention to what you are doing.
