Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

You have exceeded our expectations on many occasions. We are setting the bar higher for you now, because you have given us reason to expect more from you. We have noticed that no matter what the current state of the energies on your world, you are not only surviving, but you are actually taking the hit from the energies and morphing it into something that you can use, something positive in your lives.

We know that it isn’t easy. We can see the effects that the higher frequency energies are having on you, but rather than running and trying to hide from what they bring up within you, we’ve noticed that you are stepping up to the challenge and finding your foothold in these topsy-turvy times.

We also notice the tendency for all of you to want to help each other through the tough times. We see you offering a shoulder. We see you sending compassionate, loving energy. We witness you helping in all of the ways that you can. And this is very inspiring, because it is through your willingness and your desire to work together that you are going to succeed in ascending to the fifth dimension.

If you only knew how significant it is for you to be here now, we know that fully embracing the intensity of these times would be easier on you. If you could see the bigger picture, you would know that when you are hit very hard by the higher frequency energies and all of your issues come up, you would have a kinder and gentler approach to yourselves.

That is what we are here for. We are here to remind you that everything you endure has a ripple effect. We are here to remind you that every moment that you endure these higher frequency energies and are able to do something positive with them is bringing you closer and closer to your ascension.
