I started to hear the energy off and on last night. I went to bed 2 hours earlier than I normally do. So I woke up at 5am this morning hearing the energy nonstop. This energy vibration is inside my head, not an ear. It also is constant doesn’t stop until the wave stops. The last wave 4 days ago was directed to our pituitary gland. This wave is directed to our hypothalamus gland. The hypothalamus and pituitary glands work together and control our other glands that produce hormones. These glands are part of our endocrine system. These hormones regulate our metabolism, energy levels, and developmental growth.

How this makes you feel is, tired as your metabolism is in the process of being upgraded. I also felt a sharp pain and pressure in my third eye area but it didn’t last long. The hypothalamus gland is located behind the third eye. I also have a very dry and sore throat. Drink a lot of fluids while this is going on.

This will also be affecting the collective, bringing up emotions. People may seem more out of sorts than usual due to this energy.

Those that are on the twinflame journey. This will be bringing up some past behaviors in your twin. After things going so well for a while, they may have seemed to fall back into old habits. As the more evolved twin you need to practice unconditional forgiving. I know you are probably like that is all I have done is forgive, but we need to do it again. The more ascended twin helps the less ascended twin ascend. So a lot of this journey is the less ascended one going back and forth between a high dimension (5D) to a lower one and back. This push and pull between higher and lower dimensions of consciousness. Just have patience this doesn’t mean excuse their behavior. It just means patience and forgiveness is the level of consciousness we need to be using when dealing with our twins. The more ascended twin will be growing from this experience and learning to not be so reactive. You may also be healing past relationships issues about how you express affection and intimacy. Regardless both twins will grow spiritually by leaps and bounds from this energy.

I have been keeping track of the frequencies that are coming in with the waves. I use Hz’s to measure them. Since I have been starting to hear these waves, I have noticed for me to be able to hear the energy it as to be a higher frequency than my personal frequency. My personal frequency is 700 Hz on the average, it fluctuates depending on what I am going through. The last wave we had around 11/24/18 was around 800 Hz. This current wave is around 900 Hz. So the energy in each wave is increasing in frequency. We are being given gradual increases in our frequencies and in the energy that is coming to us. We could not handle this energy if it wasn’t gradual, our bodies couldn’t take it.

Eat healthy food and drink lots of clean water. You will be more hungry and thirsty than usual during intense energy waves.
