The Universe has a Divine Plan for you and your life, and needing control often blocks you from flowing gracefully towards your desires. How do you follow your soul path? You ask for signs from the Universe and decipher the meaning of each message to know where your energy is needed.

As a Spiritual Mentor and Intuitive Guide I work with sensitive souls, empaths and intuitive-beings who desire to strengthen their connection with the Universe in order to trust their intuition, pursue their soul purpose and more easily receive signs from the Universe. In this blog I will share the life lesson of embodying trust and how that can be done by receiving signs from the Universe. This is a spiritual lesson I have moved through in my own journey, so I will share an example that will help you better understand the process of receiving a sign from the Universe and what that means for you.

The Path to Embody Trust. How is this a life lesson?

As a society we have been taught the illusion that we must stay in control in order to achieve any of our desires and gain a sense of power in our lives.

You have been raised off this fear-based mindset that life will always be difficult unless you have a good sense of control. At the same time, you were taught not to trust yourself and to only trust the people in power.

Fear, worry, self-doubt, and stress all come from the deeply embedded unconscious belief of being in control. You are afraid when you feel out of control. You worry about the future because you can’t control it. You carry self-doubt because the little control you makes you feel like you aren’t enough and you aren’t doing enough. You are always stressed out as you tightly grip onto control over your life.

Whether this is your current reality or not, you most likely have experienced some aspect of this and you have definitely seen it in people around you.

The path to embody trust is a life lesson for all of us because with trust we more easily flow through life with ease and grace. When you are able to flow with ease, you are able to carry peace of mind, you hold more self-love, and you shift your belief system to an uplifting purpose based mindset versus the fear based mindset.

The path to embody trust is something many of us are here to learn and master. It’s not about trusting other people. It’s about trusting yourself and trusting the Universe’s Divine Path for you.
