I think I ascended. Wished for direct 5th Dimensional ascension, felt energies. Ultimately led to me to smash my phone downstairs, leaving me with a landline. Never felt better. Still have some left over stogies which seems to be befuddling my heart center as I smoke them, they have no additives unlike cigarettes. Reducing use of stuff like nicotine and caffeine may be incremental efforts. Too much Internet messes my consciousness up, smashed my TV with a mug a month and a half ago.
