Transcendence is a natural part of the awakening process. This term does not have to be limited to referring only to a dimensional shift.
It can refer to simply transcending an older version of you. Arriving to a new realization of yourself, as you peel away layers of trauma and old conditions.
Seeing yourself in a new light, seeing your worth today, what you couldn’t see for many years, letting go of judgement towards the self, and opening up to self love, is a form of transcendence. ~Kejraj
