We are The Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We have been aware of so many of the struggles that humanity faces, and we have taken a hands-off, non-interference approach, and many of you would ask why. Many of you would ask, ‘Why do the e.t.s not intervene on our behalf? Why are we not protected from the forces that would keep us down, keep us feeling enslaved?’ Well, the truth is you all wanted it this way before you were born onto that planet in this lifetime, whether you know it or not.
Now, hear us out. From the human perspective, people living in war-torn countries, experiencing poverty, famine, all kinds of civil unrest, these are all terrible things that no one would ever want. And it is true that they are terrible things, and it is all right for you all to decide that they are terrible things and that you do not want them anymore, and that is one of the purposes that they serve for you. You get to create what you want out of those circumstances that you don’t want.
You also get to experience yourselves as the ones who feeds the hungry person, or you get to experience yourselves as the one who gives money to the poor. You get to experience yourselves as the ones who stand up for those who are disenfranchised in some way. People who live in those war-torn countries get to experience themselves as heroes, and many have. And so, for any being or group of beings to come into your environment and say, ‘We will make it all better for you,’ would just be robbing you of those experiences of self that you ultimately want to have as souls, and some of you can even admit want to have as people.
This is why non-interference is such an important policy for e.t.s to take. Now, have all e.t.s taken the non-interference policy to heart all the time? Of course, you know the answer to that is no. We can say it is true for us, but we can also say that we were interested in other things, and what we were interested in didn’t involve planet Earth for a very long time.
And now we have taken an interest in you, and we know that the way to help you is to teach you, to send you energies, and all kinds of codes and transmissions. And we know that you will take the knowledge that you receive from us and the energies that you download, and you will run with them, and you will get to experience the joy of your own growth.
Many on Earth would like to see thousands, if not hundreds of thousands, or even millions of trials going on to bring the truth to light about those who have been doing the dastardly deeds there on your planet. And perhaps you think we would be the ones to be the judges or the juries in those cases, but that is going about it the very long and very hard way. It is so much easier to forgive, and it is so much faster to see the light, the love, the Divinity within each and every human being no matter what they have done.
It is so much better for you than to lock them all up, and some of you know this, and some of you are doing it, and you are the ones doing that work that some humans want us to do. We are not coming to balance the scales for you, but you can do so much with what is happening inside of you. You can do so much when you realize you’re holding onto resentment, you’re holding onto judgment, you’re condemning those who seem to be responsible for all the problems on your world.
And when you let go of all of that heaviness and all that darkness that is within you, then you don’t need to create the idea of villains in your stories anymore. And it just so happens that when enough of you are in that space of forgiveness, that’s when the ships will land. When enough people decide that no one has to be put on trial and no one has to be locked up, that’s when you will open up to your friends and family members who are waiting patiently on their ships in your skies. We are excited for that day to come, and we know that it is coming soon.

I am inspired to share this bit of a Q’uo channeling (L/L research group):
Fear is quite convincing and seductive within its container. It can overtake the self, pulling the self into its gravity of darkness, of cut-offness, of aloneness, and the world [itsef] can indeed be seen through the eyes of fear, even seemingly rationally. For there are things to fear from the standpoint of an entity identified with its body and its thoughts, an entity which has forgotten its roots and its true nature as a boundless, infinite, and eternal being of and forever in the moment.
One may, in this misapprehension, go upon the attack. One may erect barriers to a situation which calls for healing, if it could but be seen with love. One may even quite painfully avoid their own highest potential, their own service and gift which they wish to offer the world because they believe sincerely [that] they operate in an environment where things are not well; where there are a great many things to fear; where they may be rejected, and in being rejected, experience loss and diminishment because, cut off from their eternal nature, they are finite and afraid of the loss of identity, of the loss of that which you may describe as ego. The separate self must be maintained at all cost. The separate self must be defended, even if that means retreating, injured and wounded, from the arena which you came to serve.
It is a scary place you look out upon with these third-density eyes, unaware of your true nature. Many a danger lurk around the corner. You may not be able to trust the motivations and intentions of the many other faces that you see, including, sometimes, those close to you. And on and on. Such a mindset may contribute to the ongoing misapprehension of the Creator.
Meanwhile, of course, such a self is never actually separated. It is an illusion which has got hold of the perspective, which has been energized into the construct and walls of reality itself. Meanwhile, love permeates the being. Love calls and asks for the return of the self, which has, through the magic of identification, left its true estate and entered into a black box of separation, and is playing a game within that box whereby it is one of mortal, finite, and vulnerable—vulnerable to the winds of misfortune and limitation and all the things which the separate self strives so mightily to avoid, meanwhile missing that which is always and forever true in and only in the present moment, that being love and light, unity and joy.
I’ve been asked to share a snippet of later-to-be-published channeling of mine, because we think it’s relevant to the current topic:

Pretty much everyone has had incarnations where they were good, and incarnations where they were evil. So just because someone right now is in a good incarnation, why does that make them superior to someone who right now is in an evil incarnation?
If you condemn evil, you condemn yourself, for you have been evil.
And just because your evil was in a past life, doesn’t make you superior to someone who is currently living a life where they are evil. You’re not superior to them, you just happen to be in a moment in time right now where you’re being good and they’re being evil. But in another time, they were good and you were evil, and the pain you caused wasn’t any less real just because that happens to be in the past right now.
Now yes, it is entirely fine to prohibit people from hurting others. It is also a good idea to actively stop destructive people from harming innocents. I completely agree with those things. And yes, aligning with the light is a much preferable path to being destructive, for several reasons. I would advise others to align with the light.
However, once we agree that people shouldn’t hurt others and that innocents should be protected… once we agree on that, it doesn’t actually help to judge evil people.
The judging other people part, the part where you label them as bad, doesn’t contribute anything. You can just agree that people shouldn’t hurt others, and that innocents should be protected, without judging evil people.
I get that most likely you have been hurt in this life by evil people, and again I fully agree that they should be stopped from hurting other people. Yet, ultimately the solution to the pain of having been hurt by evil people is to look inwards at your own pain and at your own hurt inner parts.
Well, I find myself agreeing with this message to a large extent. But since we are a collective consciousness… see you in a millenia or two then.
It only takes one light to fill up an entire room.
Similarly, it only takes a relatively small amount of high-conscious people to light up the entire collective subconscious of humanity.
It’s not true that you need 51% high-consciousness people before things start to change. One high-consciousness person exerts much more “upward pressure” on the collective subconscious than one average sleeper or one satanist drags it down. Why? Because one light fills up an entire room.
So I think the spaceships will land in a matter of months to years, not decades.
Yes, but EVERY SECOND that hundredth monkey doesn’t show up to wash their potatoes feels like a century down here.

Haha, yes, you have a good point there.
As far as my eyes can see, trials and lock-ups would be the most humane and forgiving treatment; those who still technically have an autonomous soul should be begging for it, but if they’re not, it’s no reason to resent them.
Deep down, feeling resentment is never really about what others did, but what WE did, what we believe we had the power to prevent. Everything else are mind games to attempt the impossible: karma transfer.
It would indeed be a lot faster if it was our responsibility to forgive these people, but projecting, judging and learning is an individual opt-in game of both victims AND perpetrators.
I agree with your sentiment that we should opt out of the blame game.
That said, while they haven’t communicated any official position on the matter, I’ve been surprised that some (not all) galactics are actually in favor of trials + death penalties on those evil people who refuse to reform / repent.
They advocate for this not as punishment, not as retribution, not with any kind of judgement, not with any kind of malice — but simply because that way those people stop dragging down the collective subconscious of humanity.
Whereas if you put an unrepentant evil person in a cell, they do keep dragging down the collective subconscious.
And if this sounds harsh, well, maybe it is — but certain evil people have done a whole lot of harm indeed. Obviously these specific galactics aren’t advocating for the death penalty on someone who has stolen a banana from a grocery store.
I do understand their position. The core issue here is a clearer understanding of how being dead prevents access to what you’re calling collective subconscious. I believe this is more related to the vibrational degree required for a soul to physically ingress in an Earth human genetic body; a ‘bar’ that is being raised precisely by our evolving beyond the reach of malice, judgement or retribution – simultaneously with the planet reaching a higher-vibrational region of the galaxy.
It seems that the real-low vibe parasites and AI that used to manipulate the ‘evil’ (or rather ‘weak’) humans did so precisely due to being unable to manifest in form; and now their former underlings face the same predicament. Theoretically, all loving and forgiving forces them to either repent or burn away like their clones are going- conveniently, our justice courts don’t prescribe planetary soul deportations or ‘higher awareness’ yet; so the death penalty is kind of a humble send-off to those higher courts.
My department only addresses the complaints of the living, usually to remind them that claims for the hammer of Justice are always answered upon their heads first, so it’s wiser to ask for truth, compassion and understanding first, as they are always available and walk hand in hand.
Love heals all…Love is the strongest most powerful energy in the Omniverse…With this in Mind and Heart I send Love to ALL…and yes, forgiving is the only way to change the world…I choose to move forward and let go of resentment, hate, judging….etc…We all have been villains and saints in other life times…When we forgive others we are forgiving ourselves…Accepting our dark side is very healing…We all have both, the light and the shadows…Judging is not the answer…Only within our hearts we will find it…Remember….WE REALLY ARE LOVE BEYOND THIS 3D WORLD…We are here remembering this about ourselves and embodying it here on Earth…
The satanists who have eaten our children have by-passed the need for love. They have rejected love. This is the kind of wishy-washy ideology that has held our world back from cleaning it of the filth. Yes. Filth. I do not forgive the child-eating satanists and the God that I pray to does not expect it. He expects us to clean the filth. It is up to the Almighty to forgive these miscreants or not. I hold no forgiveness for the child-eating satanic perpetrators and I know for certain that they are an abomination before the Lord. It is up to God to forgive or not to forgive, perhaps on an individual evaluation process. Just my opinion. This wishy-washy spirituality of forgiveness gone too far is psuedo spiritualism and it negates the need for the REAL work that REAL spiritualism requires imo……..
Interesting. Did you know that at a deeper level, this works counter-intuitively? When you can’t forgive something, it’s weight actually befalls you, like you’re sharing the guilt for it. It lightens the burden of those you hold responsible; some even consider it a form of caring for them!
Buuuut very self-damaging one, it usually impacts your health in the long-term – so I don’t recommend it. Plus, you start dragging those who CAN or already HAVE forgiven stuff to your list of unforgivable people, and the distortion builds up.
Besides, saying it’s up to God to forgive or not while claiming responsibility to clean what you ‘know for certainty’ to be an abomination and filth is not consistent; unless ‘REAL spiritualism’ limits itself to having an opinion.
It is the responsibility of the whole of humanity. A society that doesn’t stop their children from being eaten is not worth anything. It is not my sole responsibility, it is the responsibility of all of humanity. I am not sure where you deduce that I said it was my sole responsibility like I thought I was some kind of, I don’t know, a Joan of Arc maybe? I don’t think that you have children and, yes, I am certain that eating children is an abomination. Certain…….They want us all dead and they are starting with the children. I hope you see where I am coming from here on this, but if you don’t, oh well. As for the karma thing, well, the Lords of Karma are soon to be out of work. And for good reason I feel. I guess we just all have different view points and that is to be expected but I think it is unity that will save us all. That can only be achieved if all of us pull together to rid the world of this scourge. Only a united effort will achieve the preservation of we, the people because that is where we are right now….
Hi Windtalker…. To your point-I don’t see it as vengeful for good souls to insist on trials and executions, assuming god doesn’t smote them for us, as a favor to humanity!
There’s what I dubbed the council of bad guys, that for some odd reason, the various councils of good guys, don’t seem to choose to interact with. Good and evil simply don’t mix well, and I really don’t think these councils of good guys would welcome being savaged by their polar opposites.
I’m praying god removes them en mass, as part of his promise to bring humanity back into the light. Nothing will stop us then! Either way, the evil must be removed, because most do not consent to it.

I don’t see these things the same anymore! Good people must protect themselves and the defenseless, from evil, just like the councils of Good Guys do. No one has chanelled the council of good and bad guys so far!

Of course I see where you’re coming from; if for a moment I believed the Arcturians were suggesting that we stop locking up criminals so their ships can land sooner I would have commented exactly as you first did.
But then you went out of your way to say some people ‘by-passed the need for love’, which is very different from simply acknowledging that loving them is beyond your capability. It is beyond mine too, but I AM grateful if any other souls can and do. They may seem naive, but if you were really open to understand where THEY’re coming from, or that can you lock up or kill someone out of love instead of resentment, you would be surprised.
“They have rejected love” is true for some satanists.
But there are also satanists who grew up in satanic families, who never received love and in fact were tortured or raped or “trained” / brainwashed as children. In some situations, that happens.
It may even be true that if you take an average person and have him or her grow up in a satanic family, that more likely than not he or she would become a monster.
If I had grown up in a satanic family, would I be a monster today? I don’t know.
That said, obviously a horrible childhood doesn’t give them permission to control or hurt others. I’m 100% on board with arresting anyone who has hurt children.
But it’s possible to want satanists to be arrested, while also understanding that not all of them had a reasonable chance.
Given all the folks involved in satanic rituals, child sex trafficking, cannabilism, production and use of adrenochrome, etc., the idea that a time will come “When enough people decide that no one has to be put on trial and no one has to be locked up…” sounds like a pipe dream.
The difference of opinion between lightworkers on ground and e.t.s above on how this would end is uncanny. E.t s are nonphysical so they really doesn’t have the whole understanding on physical life. Lightworkers will rely on the incoming higher energies to assist on ending humanity misery. We thank you enough this energies assisting us for this transition 4D to 5D. Medbed is badly needed after majority of people survive the covid/vaccines, we deserved that. Our parents must achieve immortality for this golden age be received by younger generations. Its not good to start this golden age after majority of people will die. People will grieve. No one will accept golden age.

Ah yes, just forgive and forget the most vile crimes against humanity, that’s exactly what the perpetrators would say. Fortunately we have laws and punishments in place and they will pay dearly.
Im not quite sure in 3d we can just forgive the most evil ones trafficking children and let them free to continue their works, im assuming they will either be dissolved back to source or sent to earth 2.0 to continue in 3d
