Ukrainian diplomats signaled their willingness to agree to a 30-day preliminary ceasefire with Russia as part of their negotiations with American officials in Saudi Arabia on Tuesday.
“Ukraine expressed readiness to accept the U.S. proposal to enact an immediate, interim 30-day ceasefire, which can be extended by mutual agreement of the parties, and which is subject to acceptance and concurrent implementation by the Russian Federation,” the State Department said in a joint statement with Ukrainian officials, according to CBS News.
“The United States will communicate to Russia that Russian reciprocity is the key to achieving peace,” they said. The United States also announced it would end a pause on military aid and intelligence sharing as a result of the talks.
After the negotiations, Secretary of State Marco Rubio called the effort a “concrete step” from Ukraine and expressed “hope that the Russians will reciprocate.”
The Russians have not agreed to a ceasefire as of press time. They are unlikely to do so, however, without significant concessions, as the Russian army is currently making significant gains in the Kursk region against Ukrainian troops that occupied the border area. In the meantime, Russian offensives in Zaporizhzhia and the Donbas have posted modest gains in recent days and a spring offensive in expected to materialize soon.

Here’s a quote from Russians With Attitude:

Short history of Ukrainian peace negotiations:
Thousands of Ukrainian soldiers are killed in the Ilovaisk encirclement (2014) – “We’re ready for peace! Let’s negotiate!” (Minsk-1 is concluded and they break it immediately)
Thousands of Ukrainian soldiers are killed in the Debaltsevo encirclement (2015) – “Stop the war! We want peace!” (Minsk-2 is concluded and they break it immediately, and afterwards openly state that they never even intended to honor it)
Russian troops are outside Kiev (2022) – “We are ready for negotiations” (They sign a peace deal, then shoot their own negotiator in the head [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Denys_Kireyev] & break the peace immediately)
The Ukrainian army suffers a collapse in Kursk oblast (2025) – … guess what
That’s right. Another trap and deception. All reasonable people understand this. However, if Russia does not agree to a temporary truce, it will be portrayed as not wanting peace.
On February 24, when the official military conflict in Ukraine began, Biden said with a joyful smile, “Putin fell into our trap.” Instead of ignoring NATO provocations and preparing for the coming Planetary changes, Putin was too afraid of NATO expansion to the East and made a catastrophic mistake. Putin’s mistake played into the hands of the Dark Controllers, who have long wanted to start another war to lower the vibrations of the surface population. Now, even if Putin wants peace, they will not allow him to achieve it easily. As the Chinese proverb says, “Once you ride a tiger, it is difficult to get off.”
Another place in the world where the Dark Controllers want to create a war is the Far East. More precisely, China may try to start military action against Taiwan (probably in 2026?).
Nope sadly I don’t trust the drug addict fake Ukraine President. If I don’t I am sure Russia doesn’t either. if we keep supplying Ukraine weapons and intel Russia would be a fool to accept. Think about this. Sending humanitarian aid is one thing but items of mass destruction is another.
