The people I see and hear seem to be influenced by movies and television.
The impression will be different depending on what kind of story and personality it is expressed.
People may already have individual preconceptions.
I think there is too little information for the general public about space races.
Appearance, preferred environment, main sources of nutrition, basic properties, etc.
There is a possibility that the image of anime works and game characters is affecting.
There are times when I want to prepare from my subconscious because it is a list of regular space races information.
I think that if there is a picture book that children are not afraid to read, they will be familiar.

That is a good point you bring about, Aki: I believe some of the fiction we have is actually a lot closer to reality than you would expect.
This is because most of us have subliminal memories from other lifetimes when such galactic lineages were known, and artists tend to unknowingly draw inspiration from that.
Besides, our own DNA is actually composed from some of theirs; so deep down our bodies and all that derives from them will likely somehow recognize something ‘familiar’ in them even at first contact.
I’m not saying we shouldn’t prepare, but it will still probably feel a bit like fiction for most people regardless, because that’s how our brains were trained to see it.

This is a common occurrence in science fiction films, and in reality, wars between nations have already made them numb, so an invasion of Earth wouldn’t be unacceptable, perhaps that’s just life. If the extraterrestrials come to establish friendly cooperation, then of course, there wouldn’t be any problem.

If I get an energetic hug from my Pleiadian twin flame or Tunia or Hakann and they don’t hold in their energy at all (which they typically do), I get mildly concerned about literally falling over if I’m standing up, or falling off my bike if I’m cycling. It’s a wonderful feeling, but also intoxicating and a bit overwhelming. It’s a bit like: all I perceive is them and the hug, the rest of the world isn’t there at that moment.
If they energetically touch me somewhere and don’t hold in their energy, that part of my body tingles, relaxes of feels warm. It feels more intense than an Earth woman touching me physically.
So, that’s why.
Recall that these are people who can often teleport and be in two places at once. They’re pretty energetically powerful.

Even if he’s perhaps overall superior to me in most respects, from a conventional perspective.

– being very sexually open (including using sex for lightwork and healing and spiritual growth). Obviously this doesn’t mean that they’ll have sex with anyone, but if your average person on the street hears that some Pleiadians occasionally engage in Pleiadian orgies and that this is an accepted part of Pleiadian culture, that may prevent people from wanting to worship them.
– them having no shame around bodies
– them prioritizing soul growth more highly, and preventing suffering less highly than Earth humans do
– right-wingers might not like that for example Pleiadian society is run under effectively non-coercive communism. Sure right-wingers might like that there’s no taxes and practically zero laws, but then again individual Pleiadians don’t own means of production.
– obviously Pleiadians think humans should get to make their own choices, but some left-wingers might not like that from the Pleiadian view, Western men should be treated a lot better in 2025, and unrestricted illegal immigration is bad. If governments and media say “yes they’re real” then most people will believe it.

The existence of ETs in general yes; in tangible interaction with Earth… the question needs clarification: after the government claiming their existence, after seeing flying saucers themselves, after seeing footage of ETs in person, after standing in front of them and shaking their hands?
When I ask random people in online gaming roughly ~50% think it’s utter nonsense, 30 jokingly “yes we need them now, make them land” and 20 “they might invade us”.
But the question is more if they react in panic or if they embrace the ultimate enhancement of their reality. Initially it depends strongly on how ET presence is presented, I’d say. Hard to gauge people’s reactions.

If it’s presented as “these are friendly, peaceful, loving ETs who are happy to share technology with us that’ll improve our lives, and they’re not looking to control or conquer us” then I think most people will be on board (barring some religious people). If governments and media say “yes they’re real” then most people will believe it.
If it’s just “ETs detected” with no clarification on what their intentions are, then I think it’ll cause some fear and some hope.
If it’s just a few guys claiming there are ETs, then it’ll go nowhere because most average people only believe what the tv tells them. There’s been an NBC news article titled “Former Israeli space security chief says extraterrestrials exist, and Trump knows about it” and obviously that didn’t cause a mass awakening.
