My dearest brothers and sisters,

This is Ashtar speaking. I greet you with all the love in my heart.

As you know, in the past many galactics have communicated via many different channelers that we’d soon meet. That soon you’d be free.

But then nothing happened.

Even galactics who don’t give explicit dates or make explicit predictions, have often hinted that our meeting would happen soon. But then nothing happens, and clearly the “soon” hint didn’t come to pass.

Well, ultimately this is the fault of myself and my council.

After all, we repeatedly set dates internally, and based on that our galactic brothers and sisters communicated “soon” to you, via Earth human channelers. However we then delayed repeatedly, somewhat at the last moment.

Recent channelings have justifiably called this indecisiveness.

Why did we do this?

Well, our reasons are inadequate, and we apologize. We simply shouldn’t have done this. I can’t justify it.

Still, what was going on was that my council was torn between their hearts on one hand, and our heads and the wisdom of higher consciousness beings on the other hand.

Our hearts wanted to intervene soon, but our heads and the wisdom of higher consciousness beings wanted to wait (for reasons we’ll discuss later in this message).

So because our hearts wanted to alleviate your suffering, we set dates, but then our heads and the wisdom of higher beings convinced us to delay. And this happened repeatedly.

We did this repeatedly because it felt like two impossible options. Just letting you suffer felt impossible, but landing and quite possibly making things worse also felt like an impossible-to-justify choice.

But of course, this isn’t a valid reason, because saying “soon” repeatedly and then delaying is just the worst option. So, we were just wrong and we apologize.

I can’t imagine how painful and disillusioning these years must have been for you, to be repeatedly told “soon” and then nothing ever happens. I’m so sorry.

R’Kok pointed out to us that regardless of how we feel, it’s our responsibility to actually go help you, not in theory but in reality, in the best way we can.

And he pointed out that we should just make a good plan and stick with it and actually execute it, rather than endlessly try to make the perfect plan, see if we can maybe intervene a bit more quickly, realize we can’t, constantly change the plan, etc.

So. In the past our intervention plans were scheduled too early because they leaned too much on what our hearts wanted. We ignored our heads, and the wisdom of higher beings for too long, and then had to delay at the last moment because of that.

What’s different this time is that we’ve made a plan that our hearts, our heads and higher consciousness beings can all live with. So there will be no “well actually, rationally we simply can’t justify this, let’s delay” this time.

Everyone is sick of the delays, so we are committed to actually sticking to this plan.

So this is it. This time it’s actually going to happen.

Here is our commitment:

We will liberate Earth and land openly when Earth humans reach a certain level of consciousness. (My suggestion near the end of this message will help particularly towards this goal, but any kind of raising of consciousness will help.)

When exactly you’ll reach this required level of consciousness depends on you, but currently I estimate this is likely to happen between October 2026 to December 2026.

So to be clear, there is a low probability that the consciousness of Earth humans doesn’t rise as quickly as expected, and then we might only take action in say January or February 2027. Although it’s unlikely to be much later than that.

While predicting an individual person’s level of consciousness is hard, the average consciousness of all Earth humans can actually be predicted much more accurately than you might expect. So I really don’t foresee much delay beyond December 2026, if any.

And of course, there’s also a possibility that Earth human consciousness rises faster than expected, and then you could see us sooner than October 2026.

Additionally, a few months or weeks before you reach this required level of consciousness, we may start privately meeting with Earth human lightworkers. This can serve as a solid stepping stone towards us landing openly.

We might also take over your phones or televisions to broadcast a message just before or during our intervention.

Of course if you already liberate yourselves, or if your leaders suddenly start behaving humanely, then we don’t have to liberate you, and we can just land. Although unfortunately, right now I expect that isn’t going to happen, and hence we will have to liberate you, likely in late 2026.

We are fully aware that your leaders cannot be trusted. Frankly, even using the word “leader” to refer to them feels inappropriate.

Okay, so an obvious question is: why don’t we just land today?

We have very seriously considered that, but it wouldn’t go as well as you may be picturing.

Imagine we actually land today:

First of all, many of your countries are still being run by puppets of the dark controllers. So there’s a real possibility that if we land today, your militaries will literally start shooting at us, or try to arrest us and take us away to dark underground facilities.

To ensure our safety, we would either have to arrest many of your leaders preemptively, or disable parts of your militaries. Which is what we may end up doing in late 2026. And in late 2026 we expect that Earth humans will accept us doing that, because pretty much everyone will know just how rotten your leaders are. Also in late 2026, likely fewer dark controller puppets will be in power.

However if we arrested those leaders today, we think that too many people would perceive that as a hostile alien invasion. Believe it or not, but many sleepers still think that their leaders are okay.

So yes, the 10-12 more months of delay actually matters. We suspect that average people in late 2026 will be substantially more sick of their leaders than they are today. Additionally, the energies on Earth are so high right now that everyone is being nudged quite rapidly into a higher level of consciousness. And the energies during 2026 will be even higher still.

Also, imagine we land today. Okay, everyone would be amazed, and our meeting would be wonderful.

And then a few hours after we’ve landed, people, including those not working for the dark controllers, would demand that we force Russia to leave the Donbass (in Ukraine).

Even though that situation is actually more complicated than “Ukraine good, Russia evil.” Yet, we couldn’t explain that to people who have watched years or even decades of “Russia is evil” propaganda. They’d just denounce us as evil if we’d do anything other than force the Russians to leave the Donbass.

Plus, even if it was fully morally justified to just kill Russian soldiers until they leave the Donbass (which it’s not): do we really want to set that precedent? Because effectively that would mean that us Galactics would impose military rule over Earth. Which we really don’t want to do.

Similarly, the day we land, people would demand that we remove Jewish settlers from Palestinian lands. But even if we wanted to do that, we could only achieve that using force. So, we’d have to use force on non-soldier Earth humans.

Also, people will demand that we shoot down US planes when they bomb innocent countries. Should we do that? If yes, half of America will think we’re monsters. If not, half of the rest of the world will think we’re monsters.

People will demand that we force the US to drop what they would argue are illegal sanctions. But of course, the US doesn’t see those sanctions as illegal. So then, must we play judge, and if we rule against someone, also use military force to enforce our rulings?

So basically, the day we land, lots of groups are going to demand that we use our military to help them. And some of those groups are going to make unreasonable demands, or demands that directly contradict other group’s demands.

But if we ignore this, people might literally try to take us hostage or threaten us in order to get us to do what they want. Even people who don’t work for the dark controllers, but who are simply desperate, may try to do that.

Most people’s focus would shift from “how can we solve Earth’s problems” to “how can we convince these galactics, via threats or begging or diplomacy or kidnapping, to fix our problems for us?”

This wouldn’t be good for your development as a species.

Plus you might get more and more dependent on us over time. If we enforce world peace, then men would tell us that divorce court is unfair to them and then we’d have to send galactic judges to go judge every single divorce case too. And then if people don’t comply with our rulings, send out galactic police to enforce it.

And then what should we do if Earth courts make another ruling, and Earth police try to enforce another ruling? Should we go to war with Earth’s police forces?

This would be unworkable.

And even if we started judging every single divorce case, well, if we let the father have custody about as often as the mother, then large groups of people would see that as bad because “children need their mothers.” So then effectively we’d get caught up in a semi-culture / gender war. And we would basically have to determine what Earth’s culture and gender relations are going to be. Which we don’t want to do.

So in other words, Earth humans simply have to learn to stand on their own two feet a bit more before it would be good for you to meet us.

When we land, we want to be loving yet neutral towards Earth affairs, and let Earth humans run Earth. And we expect that by the end of 2026, you’ll see the wisdom of that.

But we think that right now, too many people wouldn’t and they’d just demand that we’d take their side in some conflict with other Earth humans, and possibly turn hostile or even violent if we refuse.

Also, suppose we’d land and we’d hand out medicine and technology. Then some big company realizes that they’ll stop making money if people can just use this freely given and highly effective galactic technology. So they’ll bribe some people and then the government literally bans the use of our galactic technology, saying that it’s harmful (when it’s not).

What then? Do you expect us to also arrest everyone who isn’t a dark controller puppet but who is merely corrupt? That’s a whole lot of people.

And where exactly is the boundary between “corrupt enough to arrest them” vs not?

So, the lack of consciousness among Earth humans is one of the primary factors why we’re not landing today.

In particular, you need to make the shift from “others must fix everything and bail us out” to “I, quite possibly in combination with others, will fix things.”

Now, there are many other smaller factors too.

Another factor is that if we land now, you might not have learnt your lessons, and Earth society may slip into instability.

Another factor is that some Earth human souls actually want this chaos to go on for a bit longer in order to get soul growth.

Et cetera.

Still, what I just described is currently the most important factor.

So, if you want to hasten our arrival:

Earth humans need to make the shift from “others must fix things” to “I, quite possibly in combination with others, will fix things.”

Of course you don’t need to single-handedly fix everything. You don’t necessarily need to spend hours every day doing volunteer work. But you should still contribute. And yes, doing your own inner work is a contribution too.

The following won’t be everyone’s path, but some people should architect the new society, and start to work on implementing it.

That way, when we remove the dark controllers, you can say “hey, here’s our plan for a new and better society. We’re working to implement it right now. Want to join us?” And us galactics will gladly help you, and then the focus will be on “let’s build this new society together” rather than “let’s beg these galactics to fix everything for us.”

So, if you are a New Earth architect, this is your moment. The moment is now. Not later — now.

This is the sign you’ve been waiting for. Here it is.

Now is the time to get together with others, start putting your ideas out there, start discussing your ideas with others, etc.

Ultimately it’s up to you, but I suggest that per country, you architect two societies.

One is a Truth Society (TS). When designing this TS you assume that, for example, at the end of 2026 the dark controllers get arrested, and space opens up for a new type of society to be built. And this TS is what can be implemented then. Although in fact people can already architect this TS today, and start with some preparatory work now, and think about how to later convince the wider public to get on board with this.

Keep in mind that in late 2026, people are still people. Many are still selfish, corrupt, in survival mode, uncaring about others, delusional, et cetera. Don’t assume idealized selfless people for the TS.

Now, you’ll no longer be subtly oppressed. Your leaders will no longer be puppetted. Money will have value again and things will be very affordable again. We can probably recover a huge amount of money that the dark controllers unlawfully stole from you, which you can then use to rebuild society and stabilize people’s finances. (It’s up to you what exactly should be done with this recovered money.)

Perhaps some amount of technology gets released, but for this TS, you can’t assume that everyone has a Star Trek style replicator in their house. That comes later.

So this TS is basically a nicer, economically stabilized, reformed version of your current society (per country, so you’d have one design for an American TS, one design for a French TS, etc). However this isn’t utopia yet. This society will still have money. People will still have to work (although perhaps not as much).

When designing this society, be practical and truth-based, rather than utopian or love-based. Love is important, but it’s the second priority after truth. (And freedom can perhaps be a good third priority, although ultimately everything’s up to you, I’m just giving suggestions here.)

By this I mean for example that I wouldn’t recommend designing a TS with a policy of “all immigrants are welcome.” That’s very love-based, but the truth is that this wouldn’t work. Us Pleiadians don’t even have a policy of “all immigrants are welcome.”

Also don’t get too hung up on ideology / the agenda of your favorite political party, because most Earth ideologies are substantially flawed. In Tunia’s recent “survival mode” series, she did a good job of showing that most current Earth ideologies aren’t truth-based.

Secondly, you can design the New Earth Society (NES), which is meant for perhaps two decades from now.

The NES is the utopian, cashless society that many of you have visualized. When designing this society, you can assume that the vast majority of people are selfless, well-meaning and high consciousness. This can be more utopian and lean more heavily into love and high ideals. Here you can assume everyone has a Star Trek style replicator.

The Truth Society is the stepping stone towards the New Earth society.

Once you have designed these societies, please share and discuss your designs with others. It’s much better if lightworkers have one solid TS design and one solid NES design for let’s say China, rather than if fifty lightworkers have fifty designs, all of which are flawed in certain ways because they never discussed these designs with others.

I suggest using this comment section as a hub to share and discuss TS and NES designs, now and in the future.

So if you have an idea, please post it. (And backup your suggestion before you post it, because sometimes the spam filter eats your message.)

It’s also possible to make a video or longer writing to describe your idea and to link to that in the comment section.

Alternatively, dedicated designers can exchange emails (possibly sharing a just-made secondary email address) and then form a group to start collaborating more closely on these designs.

Let’s say that there are two groups who have two different Brazilian TS designs, and the groups can’t easily agree on one design. Well, try to come to one design anyway — if there’s another group that fervently thinks another direction is better, then probably they have some good points that you’re overlooking and that you should probably incorporate.

The whole point of the Truth Society is that it’s truth-first, not ideology-first. So ideally you shouldn’t have a bunch of different Brazilian TS designs that are basically just plans to implement different existing ideologies.

On the other hand, yes, it’s possible that there’s a group that is just unreasonably pushing for their favorite ideology or for the interest of their favorite group, and no agreement can be reached. If so, then so be it — but make sure that you yourself aren’t subconsciously someone who is just unreasonably pushing for an ideology or the interest of a certain group. Look inwards before you point a finger outwards.

If someone makes an argument that you don’t like but can’t immediately logically refute, well, the Truth Society is truth-based. It’s not “feel good based.” Your emotions aren’t always a great guide towards what works, and be careful not to confuse your emotions with intuition. (And also, don’t assume that all your beliefs are already truth-based and it’s everyone else who is irrationally pushing ineffective policies for emotional reasons.)

Currently many people on Earth start with a set of beliefs that sound really good to them, and then try to shape society to fit those beliefs. However, unfortunately, some sets of beliefs sound good but just don’t work in reality (at least not for your current level of consciousness). So you have to start with truth, rather than starting with a set of values.

Another dangerous assumption is that if you treat people nicely, that they’ll be nice back and that they’ll behave reasonably. This assumption is accurate when you’re dealing with people who’ve been raised in love and safety and abundance from birth, but Earth humans haven’t been. So, your TS should be able to deal with people who don’t mean well, who are unreasonable, who are predatory, etc.

And I know some right-wingers are going to interpret these words as “the left is dumb.” Well, the left does believe in certain things that are untrue or that simply don’t work in reality. However, so does the right. Plus the right is sometimes overly focused on only helping certain groups, and is too uncaring towards others. While truth is the first priority, love is still the second priority (at least, that’s what I’m suggesting).

So. In the months to come you can keep referring back to this comment section, and keep discussing your designs for the TS and for the NES (or however you wish to call them). And if people have posted “contact this email address to apply to join the global design group”, or “contact this email address to apply to join the design group for this country”, then you can email them and start discussing.

When enough of you have stopped asking “save us” and instead have a good design for the TS and are ready to go implement it and convince the wider public to join you…

… that’s the moment when we’ll intervene, arrest the dark controllers and meet you face-to-face.

Because then a core group of humans will get to work building a new society, and other Earth humans can unite behind that (and we can help). And then Earth humans will focus on that, rather than focus on trying to get us galactics to solve Earth’s problems.

We estimate that moment to be October 2026 – December 2026. But when that moment is actually here… it all depends on you.

(Or if no one has a good plan for a new society, we’ll still intervene and land, but then there may be a month or two of delays, as described.)
