The new Mahatmas of Shambhala also belong to the Light Hierarchy, which was recently renamed the Hierarchy of the Absolute, as one with the Galactic and Universal Committee. Previously, the Hierarchy and their Supreme Structures had representations on many Planets and Stars, in Constellations, Galaxies, and Universes. And all of this is “Shambhala,” part of a single cosmic system.

Earth’s Shambhala consists of several Ashrams (branches) in different regions of the planet. The main one is in Tibet, under Mount Kailash. Russian Shambhala – in Mount Belukha, Altai; Himalayan – in Tiger Mountain region, India; Crimean – in Chatyr Dagh Mountain, Crimea; Mongolian – in the Gobi Desert; Egyptian – near Luxor and Karnak Temple; Slavic – in Mount Perperikon, Bulgaria; Latin American – on Lake Titicaca, Peru. The Planetary Hierarch of Shambhala was El Moria.

The staff of Shambhala periodically changes. One team leaves, the other comes. Their stay here coincides with the duration of a specific evolutionary period of mankind. The work of the previous group, led by El Moria, was mainly supervised from Sirius. It and Alcyone were the main Spiritual Suns for the Earth, and the Sirians and Pleiadians were the lead supervisors.

This composition of Shambhala took upon itself the heaviest burden of saving our planet during the most difficult stage of Kali Yuga and Cosmic Night. And They fulfilled their Mission with honor. With the coming Cosmic Day, i.e., the exit from the dark to the light part of the Milky Way and the area of direct visibility of the Source, comes the harmonious era of Satya Yuga. Therefore, it became necessary to replace the former Mahatmas who left the planet in groups from 2014 to 2018. The destructive Saturnian races that run events of the past evolutionary cycle have been deposed and are now being removed from the Solar System and the Earth’s field.

Melchizedek became the new “old” Head of Shambhala for the next cycle. He was already in this role (before El Moria) in the time of Abraham. Moreover, both were well acquainted, and had an important meeting, which is not mentioned anywhere. It was in a cave called the Cave of Melchizedek (not long, he lived in it) and is located on the sacred Mount Tabor in Galilee, not far from the place of the future ascension of Christ. It was then that an action plan was drawn up to change the course of human evolution. And at first, its implementation was successful. But during Cosmic Night and the height of Kali Yuga, the Darks and Grays eventually nullified these efforts…

The new team of Shambhala is also mixed and includes Hierarchs of the Absolute, representatives of governing civilizations (from Jupiter and Venus) and supervising structures (from Arcturus and Vega). On 21-22 December 2025, an official ceremony was held to transfer their respective powers. The new-comers brought to Earth a unique artifact – a Crystal that includes cores with micro-copies of the Jupiter, Venus, Arcturus and Vega’s Logos. The last two become new Spiritual Suns for earthlings.

The Crystal provides access to the Portal to these cosmic objects and is the most powerful source of energy of the four Logos. With its help, it is planned to adjust the Earth’s Axis and contain natural disasters (as well as to cause them – hello to the Black Swan Protocol). Its ranges from a few hundred meters to a global scale. With the possibility of local, high-precision pulse effects on material and natural objects, and biological organisms. It is regulated by changing the Crystal’s power and the height of its location in the Kailas.

A week before the transfer of powers, the new group passed the true trial by fire. On 14 December, a colossal amount of retro-karma of the 3D Logos crashed down upon the Earth. Toxic and extremely destructive negativity accumulated a long time ago, but in the 2000s it was written off from the energy balance under the surety of Arcturus’ Logos, which placed that substance in its own Casual Matrix.

It took several years to annihilate retro-karma remained here. The Higher Light Hierarchs, together with Karma Lords and the ground team, removed this plague gradually, in a measured manner, and burned it in the Earth’s core. It was the main condition for the birth and activation of Al-Terra-Gaia in 2023.

Now, the new Mahatmas of Shambhala, along with the Hierarchy of the Absolute and the Lightwarriors, had to deal with that shit again. By the early morning of 17 December 2025, the substance had been transformed into Light. El-Terra-Gaia immediately rebooted the Earth’s Causal Matrix with updated system parameters. Thus, the complete cancellation and zeroing of the retro karmic debt of the planet was officially approved.

But why did the avalanche of karma from Arcturus, which, according to the terms, kept it indefinitely, collapse right here and now? The reason is simple: According to Cosmic Laws, the Spiritual Sun should not have karma in its Causal Matrix and can’t be a guarantor in this matter.

On 21 December 2025, at the peak of the winter solstice, it was discovered that fragments of karma still remained on the New Crystal, which was also used in the annihilation of retro-karma. With a series of powerful energy pulses from the Logos of Venus, Jupiter, Vega and Arcturus, the Mahatmas deleted the pollution. On the same day, at 15:03 UTC, the Crystal was activated at full power, and the next morning was energetically integrated into the Causal Matrix. Syncing with the Earth’s core was also carried out. On 23 December, El-Terra-Gaia exchanged aspects with the Crystal, forming a dipole.

All these and other events and ops, which Disclosure News described in Parts 2-6 of that series, explain why on 21 December, the Co-Creators uploaded a flash drive to the Causal Matrix, not with a script of events for the next three (and not six) months, but absolutely blank. It was done, because the sluggish scenario of the Earth’s evolution has ended, and it can exit the deadlock, in which Light and Darkness are balanced and none has an advantage. The entire year 2025 has been in this flitting run state.

Of course, this can’t go on for long. Through the bifurcation point, the System will exit this state and go either up or down. The results of the last half-year have laid new prerequisites for a breakthrough to the Light, which WE must do ourselves by writing our own script.
