Simultaneously with the Baltic States (see – Part 1), the situation aggravated on a Subtle level over the entire Black Sea region. Turkey and south-east of Greece are covered by the thick sheaths of war. They are compressed into dense streams and move into the mental fields of Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Odessa and Mykolaiv regions in Ukraine. The Darks and Greys are trying to mantle Crimea with this thick “blanket”, but the new Shambhala team (see – Here And Now, Part 6, DNI, 19 January 2026) does not allow that. As soon as Dracos and Repts pull on the first layer, the Light Hierarchs destroy it, delivering scalar blows and tearing the fabric in many places.
A different picture is over the eastern coast of the Black Sea. Darks’ energy tentacles extend from the sea area and stick to the shore, but they are not zeroed. So far, there are three layers without destructive soft. On the Subtle Plane, foreign ships entering the port cities are visible, radiating like fully loaded submarines. Each freighter is stuffed to the brim with sophisticated reconnaissance equipment, and the hull is completely protected by a thick layer of metal to shield magnetic waves.
In this region, many are hungry to make money from the Western countries’ war against Russia under the pretext that no talk of world justice can be had while such a vast and rich territory belongs to one State. The relevant scripts describe the entry of warships into Sukhumi and New Athos to launch missile strikes and scan the airspace over Russia and the Black Sea. The local bosses who are rewarded with oil wells in neighboring countries are aware of what is happening and for long are on the British hooks. The vessels are also located in the ports of Poti, Anaklia and Ureki. In the last two, the reconnaissance ships are already operating at full capacity, correcting air and sea drone strikes on Russian territory.
The similar hologram is in the mental field over Romania. Foreign ships spying on Russia are located in the ports of Mangalia, Eforie Nord, Constanta and Mamaia. Of the last two, the transit of ammunition and military equipment to Odessa and Mykolaiv regions in Ukraine continues. Vessels with guidance and direction-finding equipment are also deployed in the Bulgarian ports of Golden Sands and Varna.
On the Subtle Plane, further events are seen. The NATO fleet enters the Black Sea and anchors off the northern coast of Turkey. It consists of three flagship ships and many medium and small displacement vessels. The operation is commanded by an American frigate, assisted by British and German destroyers. The rest just follow orders. For two weeks, they are carefully scanning the entire coast of Ukraine and Russia.
Then havoc begins. Odessa and other coastal cities of Ukraine are hit by multiple explosions. Ammunition depots, businesses, and buildings in crowded areas are being blown up. This causes mass panic. The Ukrainian media immediately announce that this is the work of the Russians, and urgent international assistance is required to save them.
It turns out to be instantaneous, too. The airspace over the Black Sea is filling with NATO aircraft, which starts carpet-bombing Russian cities and the coast. The entire water area is flickering with energy bursts. Then, the foreign armada slowly shifts towards Bulgaria. From it to the Bosporus Strait there is a direct energy tunnel on a Subtle Plane that regulates the entry of warships into the Black Sea. Some of them remain off the coast of Greece as a reserve.
Next, the armada enters the waters of the Crimea and begins to strike missiles, UAVs and naval drones at the southwestern and eastern parts of the peninsula, ports and cities of the Krasnodar Kray. But about 75% of the total destructive power is directed at the infrastructure of the Kerch Strait and the Crimean Bridge. In response, Russian aircraft are attacking NATO ships. Individual vessels are trying to point guns at the planes, but something is not working, and when the flagship turns towards the Bosporus Strait, the panic becomes general.
In addition to blocking electronics on all ships, aviation is dealing a devastating blow with new weapons that operate on new physical principles. In the hologram of the Matrix, a huge black funnel forms above this place, similar to a kimberlite pipe, only smaller. It appears exactly above a cluster of ships, of which only fragments remain. The other survived ships afloat are rapidly leaving the Black Sea. The fleet off the coast of Greece is moving to the safe haven in northern shores of Italy.
On land, the allies are trying to take revenge. In the Subtle Plane, war’s shroud thickens even more over Romania, and then covers the Odessa and Mykolaiv regions of Ukraine. The Romanian military is stationed on the coast and controls the entire port area of Odessa, streets, warehouses and other strategic facilities. The energy above the city is blackening under the impact of the British, French and German presence, as well as military equipment and weapons from the EU and financial flows from Swiss banks through Romania.
These streams are also dark. Flowing through Romania, they are devoid of energy and do not benefit anyone. A few government officials and the “high brass” of business are getting fat, but they won’t benefit from the money. The mental field of the country is filled with black and gray emanations, and the military and higher-ups are perceived there as doomed men. They are stuck in the energies of the Middle Ages and their Subtle Bodies are glowing with death.
Judging by the scripts, many Romanian men are ready to sign a contract and join the regular army to earn money, but they will lay down their heads on the Ukrainian black soil. In the meantime, arrogance is actually inflating to exorbitant proportions, including territorial claims against Bulgaria and Serbia. On a Subtle Plane, the accumulation of military potential along the borders is recorded, and black dots of clashes flare up in places, escalating into conflict. But the allies in the EU do not need Romania there today, but only in the south of Ukraine.
In the NATO’s screenplays, Romania and Bulgaria are given the role of cannon fodder. The Matrix hologram is imprinted with the streams of small vessels and boats that deliver weapons and ammunition to Odessa. The Russians are purposefully shooting and drowning them. Then the strikes are shifted to transshipment points, railway junctions and warehouses in the ports of nearby cities, as well as to distribution centers for the flow of military equipment to Ukraine. Their main dispatcher is the UK, which really needs full control over the entire Black Sea coast.
The scripts do not provide that, fleeing the war, many Romanians will run to Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey and the Mediterranean coast. That migration will be fueled by economic difficulties and the inability to radically change something at home. Bulgaria will try to weaken the flow of refugees, but they will still continue to escape for the sake of life by any means along secret paths.
But clouds are also gathering in the mental field over Bulgaria, which cover the space above the entire country in a dense layer. The mass mobilization planned in the scenarios is not related to the events in Romania, since the border guards cope with the problems that arise. Dracos and Repts want to totally put not Western, but all Eastern European countries under arms for war with Russia and its allies.
The Subtle Plane above one of them – Transdniestria – darkened, manifesting the massive infiltration of Moldovan and foreign subversive groups. Their task is to blow up the largest military depots and railway junctions in the region, destroy Russian peacekeepers and drag Chisinau into the war in Ukraine. And these operations are also supervised by the Brits.
Will the new composition of Shambhala, which is writing its own script of events up to 20 March 2026, accept this? Recall that the renewed team of the Absolute’s Hierarchs brought on Earth the powerful Crystal with aspects of Jupiter, Venus, Vega and Arcturus’ Logos. It is much mightier than the Black Swan Protocol, which was almost activated in 2025. Darks and Grays won’t even have time to figure out what happened to them if don’t take that very seriously now.
