Simply put, you are living through a collective extinction burst. What does this mean?

In psychology, an extinction burst occurs when a behaviour that is about to dissolve suddenly intensifies. Just before a pattern dies, it flares. It fights for survival. It amplifies itself in a final attempt to remain relevant within the nervous system.

Belief systems rooted in fear, separation, control, and deception are not strengthening because they are winning. They are intensifying because they are losing coherence within the collective psyche. What you see rising to the surface — corruption exposed, hidden agendas revealed, shadows magnified — is not the birth of darkness. It is the death throes of it.

The macrocosm mirrors the microcosm. When an individual awakens, their unconscious surfaces. Old traumas flare. Limiting beliefs shout louder. The ego resists surrender. This is is a valid aspect of the purification process, in which humanity is experiencing.

The collective unconscious is being made conscious. Deceptions cannot survive in higher frequencies. Suppressed truths rise like submerged continents emerging from the ocean floor of your collective psyche. This process feels chaotic because integration always does.

Do not mistake amplification for permanence. An extinction burst signals collapse, not conquest.

Stay centred. Observe without becoming entangled. As within, so without. As you dissolve fear within your consciousness, you stabilise the field. Your civilisation, which has just left the year of the snake, is shedding old skin.

And just like the soul, it must tremble before it transforms.
