Nama Sika, Venia Benya          I AM the One, I AM the Whole

I greet you, beloved family. I reach out from my heart to yours. I reach out in this now moment so that I can connect with each one of you, whether you’re listening to this at the time of the conference or at a later time.

This is your moment. This is your moment to nurture yourself. This is your moment to feel your own energy and allow every breath in to be a focus within you and every breath out to be about letting go of old energy, letting go of any stress or anything that might be hanging over you.

We live in this time of amazing transformation. There are changes that are taking place out within the universe. There are changes that are taking place here on your Earth plane. With everything that’s happening, you have that opportunity to connect with what may be happening around you or to disconnect and instead bring down your own divine energy.

As we continue to move through the ascension process, each one of you are recognizing the greater importance that you have of connecting to your soul. Your soul is that part of you that makes you the unique individual that you are. It is that part of you that aligns out into the universe. In everything that is happening within and around you, it is your alignment to your soul that keeps you within this space, not only of balance but also of communication.

Take a moment to breathe within you as if you are breathing a white light or as if you are breathing an illuminated light that goes in through your nose. You feel it. You feel it as it moves in through your nose into your heart. As it goes into your heart chakra, you begin to create a ball of energy. Feel that ball of energy as you are linking into your heart center. Then you send a stream of it. It moves down into your solar plexus, moving through that space, your sacral center, moving through your root center.

It then continues into the earth. As you send that stream of light into the earth, feel as it spreads out so that you can align with Gaia. As you connect into the energies of the earth, for many of you, it’s a sense of just really solidly anchoring wherever it is that you may be.  For some, as they anchor into Gaia, they can feel as if you have a new perception of how you are looking at the world. You feel every breath that you take in. You can feel the heartbeat of the planet.

You allow that energy to come back up through your lower chakras into your heart center, and then it goes up through your throat, your third eye, your head center, your crystalline energy body, and then it moves into your higher self. As you link into your higher self, you can feel your energy expanding. Feel the essence of your higher self as it gives you that bigger perspective of your life.

You then send that stream of energy. It follows that thread that connects you to your soul, and as your consciousness moves further up, you feel as you arrive in the space of your soul. This is a plane of existence.  Some call it the soul plane. Some call it a part of the All That Is. Some even refer to this as your higher self.

My perception is that it’s an even higher vibration than your higher self, and yet it’s probably a bit lower vibration than where all of your soul resides, but this is where you can open up, feel that unconditional love, feel that light, feel that essence that reflects who you are. You, the individual that you are, you in this unique moment.

I, the Goddess, walk in and amongst each one of you. As my energies merge with you, you move, expanding into the All That Is. Look around. This is a place of creation. This is a place of communication. This is a place where you frequently come during your sleep state, or even during your meditations.

When we begin our meditations, I always use the phrase, Nama Sika – I AM the One; Venia Benya – I AM the Whole.  You may remember how several years ago, due to everybody doing these meditations, there was a space of consciousness. You might have felt it close to the earth plane, or you might feel it out here in the All That Is. But look around you to see if you notice what we refer to as the Nama Sika Room.

All I need to do is say that word, and everybody is immediately transitioned or moved into this space. I call it a room for just lack of a better word, but it is actually a plane of existence. It’s a plane of consciousness, and it is a space where many light workers that are doing energy work may come. They may call it the Nama Sika Room, or they may use a different phrase. However, I encourage each one of you to look around at the space that has been created by all of you, because this space is expanding into a higher vibration and frequency. And if you just allow your consciousness to move outward, to connect into what is here, sometimes people just have an inner knowing. Sometimes people will have a sense of things, or will see things.

Let me describe a little bit about what I see. This space is directly related to the earth plane and all of the ascension that’s been going on. There are many groups of people that are here. There are times when all of the group gets together as a whole, but the majority of the time it’s smaller groups that are working together. There are angels that interact. There are ascended beings that interact. There are non-terrestrials that interact, and all of this is happening at different times or together.

So look around, and as you’re opening up and allowing your energy to just move to whatever alignment you may find, pay attention to what’s around you. It may be people you recognize. It may be that this is a group that are working on something that you too, enjoy working upon. One of the groups, I see multiple people around the planet, many of them the ancient ones or the indigenous people, and I see everybody is focusing on the soil of the earth, seeing it regenerate into something that is filled with minerals.  Some are working on the waters, so that the lakes, the rivers, the oceans are purified.  I mention this because many of you that are here this evening have also been working with the planet itself.

We shift our focus into another group, and this one is a group of people that are already awakened, that have already been fully conscious of what has been taking place on the earth plane, but they’ve moved beyond that into this place of a higher state of being. This group of people is sitting down with other groups of people, talking to them and helping them to see or understand what has been happening.

There is yet another group of people, and in this one we see many beings from different places in the galaxy or the universe. Some of these individuals are doing healing work on the humans that come into this group. Some of them are communicating about changes taking place in the universe and how it’s affecting the earth, and then the changes on the earth affecting the universe.

These are but three groups. When you look around, there are an infinite number. Sometimes there are many here. Sometimes there are not as many. But as all of this is happening, and we’re here in the All That Is, I want to invite all of you to help me.

Let’s shift this so that there is a direct pathway or help this energy that it moves down closer to the space of everybody’s higher self. You will continue to have this high vibrational frequency, but rather than people having to come up through a thin little thread, they can now move up and down through a more open alignment. You may have noticed that as we shifted this downward, some of what was happening got shut off.  So there’s a great deal that needs to take place in that higher vibration. And then you can shift it downward for every person to have access to it, whether they are conscious of it or unconscious.

Come back into the All That Is and look around the Nama Sika and ask yourself, is there anything that you have considered that you would like to work with others? And you will see that you naturally move into a different place.

For those of you that have worked within the Nama Sika Room for the past one to two to three years, ask yourself, what are the changes that are available now? And what is that impact upon me or interacting with me? One message that I heard from many of you is that when you are within this space, you have the ability to be very empowered. You consider what you would like to work on. You communicate with others of a like mind, and you are making the changes rather than someone else that may or may not be making the changes that you are interested in. This is now how you become empowered to create changes.

That space is always there. I invite each one of you to have a sense of moving out of the Nama Sika energy and looking around at the All That Is. You may have a different perception after having spent time within that space. The All That Is is similar in that it is the place that you may come to to create and manifest in your life. In the All That Is, you absolutely can work with others, but this is you as your soul. This is you with the direct alignment into the universe from the consciousness of your humanity into the consciousness of all of your soul essence. Feel what that is. It’s a beautiful feeling.

We stand here on the eve of an eclipse. Eclipses come on the earth plane every so often, sometimes very consistently and sometimes spaced apart. But this eclipse for tomorrow (February 17, 2026) also comes with what you refer to as the Chinese New Year. The new year that is represented by tomorrow is one that goes back many thousands of years. There’s also a belief that the equinox in March is the beginning of the new year. So there is a direct link with this one versus what about two or three weeks difference as to which is the beginning of a new year.

But the essence of right now is this solar eclipse that is happening that aligns the planets and then it amplifies it through the energy of the eclipse. So, as you stand here as if you were looking out at the universe, you may observe your Milky Way galaxy as you call it, as if you can see planets. But primarily, you’re looking here in the space around the Earth and you see how that eclipse is manifesting directly in front of you. And as it’s manifesting, it’s as if there is that ring of the sun that shines around and feel the energy of that ring almost as if it’s a fire or almost as if it’s amplifying all the light that has the ability to see this or even not see it, but it is amplified and it is filled with a fire.

So stand here as if you’re in the All That Is and there’s a pulsation, there’s an energy, there’s a frequency that is pulsating into each one of you. What do you seek most to manifest at this time? And as you manifest whatever it is that comes to your mind, how will that be within your life? What does that look like? What does that feel like as you manifest that within your life?

Through your consciousness, I invite you to be present in whatever that may be, knowing that there could be even more that you are totally unaware of. So be here, be present, and then feel the pulsation of this eclipse as everything is lining up, so as to assist you with creating in your life. We see, coming across in front of that eclipse, the fire horse that is represented by the Chinese New Year, and this whole entire next year, represented by, again, the fire that is for transformation, that is for burning away the past, so as to begin anew, and then a horse with that movement.

So consider, if you will, that you’re standing here in the All That Is, manifesting whatever it may be, and then that horse, you can hear the hoof beats as it’s coming through, you can feel the pulsation of the energy as it’s coming through. Have a sense of taking whatever may be in your heart, and you’re putting it onto that horse. You’re sending it into this eclipse, and you’re letting that create the foundation for the remainder of 2026 and into 2027.

I could feel how people just expanded as you were open to receive. What is that to you? What does it feel like? What does it represent to you? I heard freedom, I heard abundance, I heard laughter, I heard excitement, and I’m sure there are many other descriptions of what this is. Feel what this is, to be in a place of change, to be in a place where you are manifesting this new reality, and indeed, in order to be present in that reality, there may be things that need to let go, whether it’s you or others, but understand that as you let go what has been, you are stepping into an even stronger new beginning.

I’m still listening to those hoof beats of the galloping horse. I’m looking at the transition of the fire. I’m looking as it goes across in front of the eclipse. I’m noticing a number of you are now riding on that horse. I’m noticing a number of you are merging directly into the sun, the moon, the energies of the eclipse.

Be free. Be open. Receive the beautiful expansion of all that is here.

I notice that for many of you, as this energy is starting to integrate, and as each of you are finding your space, that you may be noticing some of these new opportunities. You may be noticing the people around you. You may be noticing how different your life can look. Be open to let that flow. As it moves through you and into everything around you.

I invite everyone to come back together as that circle. As you create this circle, I notice there are parts of the Nama Sika Room that are there with you. I notice some of you are just a pure flame, a literal flame that is standing there, that you have become the flame. I notice that others of you have expanded light and energy within and around you.

So look at this group. These are many of the other humans that are here in a place just as you are. There are many light beings. There are many universal beings that are all here working in support of one another and present to help this expansion of the earth.

You see coming up within that circle, the hologram of the earth plane, you can see that it’s already infused with energy and light. I invite each one of you to send your intention into that, to send your own personal transformation into this hologram. In particular, I see the Nama Sika vibration creating a foundation within the hologram and then all of the rest of you adding more depth, more perception, more opportunity.

There’s a piece of that that goes out into the universe and the remainder of that hologram goes down into the Earth plane. As it moves through the energy of the earth, it is clearing out what no longer serves humanity. It goes into the Earth, anchoring within the center of the earth, connecting in with those crystals and then moving upward.

That which is anchored comes up through where you were anchored within Gaia. It streams up and anchors within your physical body, moving through your mental body, emotional, spiritual. It comes up into the animals, the lakes, the mountains, the trees, and as all of that is anchoring, you allow the remainder of your consciousness to come down from the All That Is through your soul and into your higher self.

Take a moment and pay attention to your higher self and how it has changed because of working in the Nama Sika Room, but also just whenever you are in a higher vibration, your higher self accommodates that. It flows down back within you and as you are sitting or lying down, whatever it may be, take time to just breathe up and down through your body, anchoring this energy of the Fire Horse, seeing it moving through the next months on Earth, accepting, receiving whatever is here for you. That which is going to make your life better, expand into new potentials so that you can live the life that you seek to manifest.

Okay, everybody. As we’re stepping forth on this day into the next year that is coming about, be present within yourself, be present within your consciousness, allow that vibration and energy of the Fire Horse to carry you wherever it is that you seek to go. Understand that each one of you has that powerful energy within you, that energy of the fire, that energy of transformation, that energy to move quickly as you are seeking to either change things in your life or manifest something new.

This is a very powerful time. I invite you to embrace it and allow it to fill you up and support you in the best way possible.
