Dear souls of Earth, children of Light, you who traverse this path of existence without always knowing its essence or form, I greet you. I am the archangel Sandalphon.

I intervene very little, very little, in this world. I came so that you might realize the importance of your existence, your importance in the path you are traveling on this Earth.

Know, children of the Light, that there is no trial that is not exactly in its rightful place. I speak to you of this because we see and hear many people, many spirits, who currently find Heaven unjust, as you say. How can God allow these massacres, these murders, these rapes, all these horrible things that you see on planet Earth?

God does not allow this. It is not the divine will, the divine Spirit that is at work here, but rather the human spirit that creates territories, that creates experiences .

My words are not going to be easy to hear, my friends. If God lets it happen , as you say, it’s because nothing is happening . Of course, you have a persistent sense of reality in what you’re going through. You’re convinced that it’s all true, that it all exists, that the pain is felt in the heart. The pain is felt only in form, in an extremely volatile and temporary form. Nothing is happening.

I know how some people might feel hearing this. It’s undoubtedly important to place your experience within the context of learning about Love.

The earthly experience, the earthly experiences you are living, have lived, and will undoubtedly live again, are a bit like extreme training grounds , extreme because they place you in a world where Love, the connection with all that is , is not obvious. This connection is not obvious. It builds them along the way. It builds them with an immensely strong duality. There are dimensions and planets less dualistic—how can I put it?—less challenging in their contrasts between what you call good and evil. On the other hand, Earth, which is marvelous in its beauty, is a place of experience with an almost extreme duality. There are worse things than Earth. There are also far better kinds of experiences.

Therefore, some of you, even before your birth—and I emphasize this, even before your birth, because afterwards the choices are no longer the same— even before your birth, some of you decided to experience horrible things , sometimes even in early childhood, very early childhood . Why? There are several possible reasons for this.

Some choose to experience this as atonement. Atonement, too, is a difficult word for you: to allow others to change their perspective. Thus, it’s as if some people, very early in their lives, take on a negative burden from the world in order to reinforce its positive aspects .

How can I explain this? Imagine you need to hammer a nail, and your personal plan, in one of the timelines, dictates that you hit your finger with a hammer. Well, let’s say there’s a possibility that some people will break their finger instead of just hitting it. And those who end up with a broken finger will, in fact, contribute to the fact that some won’t go to the timeline where the hammer hits their finger. These people will go to a timeline where they successfully hammer the nail in the right place, at the right time, without any mishaps.

So, yes, some people use their bodies in atonement, in the possibility for others to change their perspective . This, of course, is also the experience of Christ Jesus. It is not his death that should be remembered on Earth, even though it did indeed serve to absorb a dose of an evil that was very common at that time, when the planet did not have nearly as many inhabitants. What is important to remember about this son of Man, this son of God as well, is his resurrection , his return among you, to finally demonstrate the absolute Presence of the Divine. He was the living miracle, not merely the one some thought was a magician, a liar, a man living in senseless delusions. No. His resurrection demonstrates the divine Presence, the capacity of a being to rebuild its structure from true Love beyond the Illusion of this world . He revealed his Light. He showed his Love. And, yes, he experienced atonement, because it was necessary, because his departure was necessary before he returned, and in the Divine Plan that he had accepted, since he is one of the rare men to have mixed his life plan with a much higher Life Plan, if I may say so, obviously, his departure was quite spectacular.

Similarly, some people experience similar, difficult events. And within this duality, within all these trials that befall us all with varying degrees of severity, there is always this question: will you continue to love? How have you loved? Will you love, despite the suffering that human wounds can cause? Will you love, despite the suffering that a body can sometimes cause when it carries within it disturbing thoughts absorbed for years? Will you still love? Will you still love this humanity that wages war on itself? Will you still love this humanity that destroys itself? Will you still love? Will you decide to separate? That’s a mistake , actually. That’s the paradox . Separating oneself from evil is to continue, to perpetuate the duality of good and evil .

I’m not saying they’re equal in your experience, that’s not it. That’s not the “game,” in quotation marks, of human experience. What I’m saying here is that by setting aside people, situations, places, by judging them for their evil, you participate, you participate in wars, you participate in separations. “  Yes, but still, it’s not fair!  ” Come on, let’s start again.

As I told you, some actions produce more or less Light, and it is clear that the actions you call evil do not produce a great Light of Love in this dual world, a world you have deliberately chosen to be dual. However, to reject too much, to be too focused on rejection, to give no chance to the enemy , to give no chance to the one you deem undesirable, is to leave no opening for Love. It is to perpetuate separation. Yet, the very purpose of existence is Love, that is to say, non-separation.

You are not being asked to expose yourselves to evil. What you are being asked is to illuminate it with your own Light, for you are living in a time far more blessed than you imagine, where the Light will be able to illuminate the world .

So, in truth, my friends, you live in a time when this balanced duality, which I spoke of earlier, between good and evil, can be greatly diminished . And you can , like other planets I mentioned previously, lessen this duality until you are in an existence, in a world, in a golden age that is much more in harmony—not complete harmony. Indeed, a contrast between Light and darkness is always necessary for you to continue to evolve willingly , not to be bathed in Love, but, again, to create Love from within yourselves, from what you believe yourselves to be, from what you associate with.

This is precisely the meaning of the human experience, the meaning of this illusory experience: to succeed in creating Love. To create so much Love that you are able to send it to the people or situations you previously said did not deserve your love. Know this, children of Earth. Every time one of you says, “  He doesn’t deserve my love  ” or “  She doesn’t deserve my love  ,” what a waste of time! And above all, right afterward you will say, “  I don’t understand why I am so rejected.  ”

Some people choose to reject someone to protect themselves or to be protected, at least a little. For many others, when you say, “  He / She doesn’t deserve my love  ,” you’re perpetuating the game of separation. You’re playing into the hands of the devil, the great divider. Who needs love more than someone who can’t see the light?

Jesus, your brother, told this parable. A black sheep escapes from the flock. Which sheep needs the shepherd more? The white sheep that stay in their pen and do nothing, or this black sheep, which, by leaving the flock, could be exposed to many dangers, to many situations that could endanger its very existence? The shepherd who loves his sheep will indeed go in search of the black sheep without worrying about the white sheep. Nevertheless, these white sheep have not been abandoned. Their brothers and sisters present serve as protection if an attack comes upon the flock; the flock will know how to defend itself. On the other hand, this stray sheep, the one that is lost, when it is found, will be carried on the shoulders of the shepherd, who will then say: “Look, I have found it. It can rejoin its brothers and sisters.”

So it is you today who are asked to be the good shepherds, to send a ray of Love and Peace to this world, given that, I repeat, you are living in a particular time when you can sow this world with your Love, simply with your Love, not by seeking a circumstance, that is to say when you say: “  I send him my love hoping that he will understand this, that or that he will change his mind.  ” No.

Sending your love is like placing a divine ray on the situation, on the person, letting God do his work, because God knows how to restore balance and God knows how to bring His light.

It’s a bit like illuminating a stage so that the One who can act through you can do His work, because God’s work is still being accomplished on Earth through you , through this illusory experience. There is still a creation of energy, a power of connection within you and everywhere.

While you may think you are simply on a planet in a specific place, in truth you are building entire worlds, generating other experiences from your own.

Virtually every thought you have creates another world.

So, do you want to create more cruel, difficult, and ambivalent illusory worlds, or worlds that are more just, purer, and more consistent in Love?

As others have already told you, your thoughts , in fact, create a child somewhere, and that child will only know your thoughts as a guide . Therefore, if you want to improve the future, you must not preach hatred to your children, but rather love, because a child raised in hatred will continue to perpetuate that hatred, considering it the right thing to do insofar as that is how “love” has been taught.

The Earth is experiencing this ordeal. It will experience others that will allow it to regain stability in its energy. So, have no fear. We know that, whatever path, whatever timeline this Earth takes, in the end, the world will have found its bearings, and the world will become the human world.

The world of Earth’s experience will become much less dualistic and much more connected to an assembly of Love.

For this, you have, at this moment, and I repeat, despite appearances, the help of Heaven. You even have helpers, some of them galactic, we might say, who will come to present themselves on this path. And then, you have the return of this Christic Spirit to Earth, that of Jesus but also that of other benevolent prophets on this world, who work together in a great brotherhood of Light, so that each human being may awaken to their spiritual dimension, therefore to their dimension of a great family in the Unity of the Holy Spirit, in the Knowledge of being from the same Source.

Wars between brothers are difficult. They are often just squabbles, and when a great trial arises, the brothers usually reunite. On the other hand, wars between people who do not consider themselves brothers can be deadly most of the time, in most senses of the word.

Let’s build, let’s build together.

To build together, you can take a step back from this planet. Imagine yourself slightly outside of it, observing it, and there, let a pink ray, a ray of Love, a ray of Peace, emanate from your heart—from your heart in this form that you believe to be you—and let this ray touch the Earth, a particular area if that interests you, and this entire planet.

For this to happen, your capacity for love must grow. Are you capable of loving? How far are you capable of loving?

If you don’t know how, start by loving the place you are .

Start by liking the people you are with .

In other words, try to be appreciative.

Try sending them this energy of Love that goes to them, whether you speak words or not, to calm this very strong duality.

This is the Earth experience that is being lived now and will continue for quite a few years. It is a particular moment, this moment when duality fades away , because, understand this, when a duality fades away, there is resistance from the old patterns . Consequently, you are currently observing resistance from what you call evil, which, in truth, is simply waiting to be illuminated.

Furthermore, the fear of evil is the fear of Love , since where there is Love, there is no longer obedience. When there is Love, there is a co-optation, a healthy relationship between individuals. It is not a hierarchical relationship, but simply a familial one. In these circumstances, the shadow, the absence of light, is very afraid of this familial relationship, very afraid of losing control, just as many of you are individually experiencing this ordeal of losing control.

And yes, the time has come to trust in something greater than yourself, in a work greater than human work.

My speech may seem theoretical to you, however, it is much more practical than it appears.

Here and now, I wish to answer your questions. I wish to listen to your hearts and your words. What do you wish to know about us? What would you like to know collectively that could help you? For the words I have spoken today through this channel, I have spoken countless times, repeated them in so many forms, in so many languages, and in so many eras.

Children of the Earth, I listen to your questions and I will try to answer them in the most pragmatic way despite my knowledge of the Illusion in which you are.

As for your children, have no fear. It is you, dear parents, who are preparing a path of Light for them. In fact, your children are already being prepared within this brotherhood that will peacefully manifest itself on this planet. Do not be too afraid for your children. Do not question whether or not you should have a child. Let Love continue its journey through them. Let Love continue its journey through them.

How can one rediscover intense faith when going through darkness  ?

You won’t find it alone. No one finds faith alone. It is in the company of your brothers and sisters that you will find faith. That is the idea of ​​brotherhood. Wanting to seek faith alone is a possible path, but an extremely difficult one.

Go and connect with men and women of faith. Go and connect with those who have this faith. Ask them questions. Spend some time with them. Let them impart their teachings to you, and then continue on your path. When you have lost your faith, don’t search for it everywhere when others possess so much more than you. Let them share this path of life that resides within them, this path of Love. Find them again. Go and see them. Go and meet them.

Don’t seek faith by simply sitting on a bench. That bench is precious for preserving it, but it’s useless if you don’t first go and nurture within yourself that seed that already exists elsewhere.

The advantage of those who have faith is that they become like trees of seeds, people who can give you back that faith, give you back that path. And if you lose it again, go back to them, because someone who truly has faith will be able to share it a hundred times over without any difficulty . Seek faith from those who have it. Don’t look for it on the ground at first. Later, you’ll understand that you could have found it anywhere. Initially, it’s in your brother, in your sister.

Don’t ask yourself if you’ll bother them or not, if they’ll be available or not. Go to them. Go to them with penance , that is, knowing that you truly need not just information but guidance, direction on the path of Love within you. There you go.

Are there ascended masters who had lives in sub-Saharan Africa? Will Africa rise again and move towards Love ? 

Africa is already well advanced on this path of Love, and, yes, of course, the majority of Ascended Masters also lived in Africa. In truth, for all those you call Ascended Masters, a large number of them lived in Africa, in these lands, and in times far more isolated than today.

Africa already possesses this sense of brotherhood and sharing. Of course, sometimes there are fratricidal wars between African countries, but despite this, yes, Africa is rising again. Of course, Africa will rise again. It already holds within its heart a seed far greater than the European seed. Africa has within its heart this Love, this potential for growth. Often, the image that most people, especially Westerners, have of Africa is that of a desert. And it is in the desert that Love is greatest. So, yes, obviously, Africa will rise again. Of course. It will rise again. It will rise again in brotherhood. It already possesses this faith . It has it within it, in its tradition.

You see, you were just talking about faith, where to find it, how to keep it. Faith can be kept in traditions, in traditional values , those that this Western world tries to erase by deeming them obsolete. They are the way . If the path of Jesus or other prophets had continued to be carried on in its grandeur, and not by men who tried to pervert it, each of you would have immense faith in it. Keep your traditions. Keep healthy traditions within you. They are a way, a way to God, a way to the recognition of your true nature. You can, of course, modernize things, but keep your values. Don’t let anyone dictate what the new values ​​are.

Values ​​are like colors; they’re ancestral. They’re ancestral. You’re not actually 20,000 years old—I’m only talking about the last 20,000 years—you haven’t invented new colors, but you are inventing new values. How do you do it? How do you do it? By giving new names, by creating new words for an experience that already existed.

Your traditions will return. They will take root. Some will find that being conservative is a step backward, and yet, to preserve is to perpetuate, to avoid chaos. How can you know which direction to go when you feel lost ? 

Start by stopping your search for direction. Start by feeling good where you are, by cultivating the feeling of being at peace here, now . Try to set aside, for a while, the idea that things will be better elsewhere, in other circumstances, in another mission or another job. Start by seeing why you are here . Start by seeing what kind of love can emerge from this experience of where you are, here and now, how to continue loving despite this apparent challenge. Because then, when you have sown, once again, this seed of love in the place where you are, this seed will grow without you, and you can continue your journey elsewhere, on a path that feels more right. There is no place, no place you may be, that is “useless” and unworthy of your presence in Love. Sometimes, it is enough to go to a natural place and bless that natural place.

The seeds of love I’m talking about, the seeds of faith, are not just human seeds. They are seeds that can be planted everywhere, everywhere in this world, in the driest desert, in the greatest storm, in the most absolute silence or in the most terrifying noise.

There is no place where the Divine Presence cannot pass through you, no circumstance that escapes the Divine Presence.

Will the subterranean peoples help us to elevate love and the evolution of this Earth ? 

In truth, they have already done so many times over . They have rectified the situation on Earth in numerous circumstances, in ways you cannot imagine. Many Ascended Masters, moreover, come from these inner Earths, from these specific places that exist between two dimensions, and sometimes, they intertwine with yours long enough for their intervention to be marked over time by great and apparent progress.

Extraterrestrials, beings of the inner Earth, are your brothers and sisters. They act subtly, not with a highly visible celestial impact. This is what you imagine great rulers to be. This is what you imagine great saviors to be. They must be visible to the whole world! This may be the case for your brothers from Heaven. In any case, most of the time, they have intervened quietly, in the shadows—not in darkness, but in the shadows, meaning somewhat hidden, somewhat behind the scenes, sometimes even in positions of power.

Did Jesus live in India after his resurrection  ?

Not directly , my dear friend. After his resurrection, Jesus journeyed to his apostles and disciples to share his teachings. Then, as you are in this anniversary period, he ascended to Heaven. He rejoined the Spirit, of whom he is the Source, and whose Source was his vision.

Then it appeared in India, yes. Then it appeared in many places, and in fact, it still appears in many places.

Did he live in India? He traveled through India before he was 33. He knew India, of course. He traveled through it, yes. After his death, after his resurrection, after his Ascension—I don’t even know which word you use most commonly—he appeared in many places. Can we say that he lived in India? We could say that he lived everywhere.

I don’t want to limit his arrival to a single dwelling, as if you were moving house tomorrow morning. It’s a bit more complex than that. He gave his teachings in many places, at many times. In India, yes. In Portugal, yes. In France, yes. And even in what you now call the United States. He has already lived there; he has already experienced a period there after his resurrection. I repeat, not exactly in the form you know.

Will the war help raise awareness of the need to move beyond the vertical hierarchy ? 

This path has already begun , dear friend, for some years now, for 3, 4, or 5 of your years. Simply put, humanity loves to revolt against things; it is time for humanity to revolt for: for Peace, for calm, for freedom  ; all freedoms , freedom of expression, freedom of movement, freedom to belong to whomever one chooses, for freedoms .

This word will keep coming back. That’s why France has a role to play. Liberty. It’s a word that France championed during one of its greatest eras. Liberty. This word will return. It is the key. You cannot be free when you are at war. To be free, peace is a prerequisite, a fundamental condition.

Your leaders, unfortunately, realized too quickly that war allowed them to maintain control. Imagining enemies, imagining attacks against your children, your sons and sisters, would be a good way to control humanity once again, by creating a kind of war, whether real, digital, or logical.

Liberty. Each of you should rise with this word inscribed in your heart. Love, Peace, Joy, liberty. Liberty. Equality and fraternity, which are the two other words that France has spread, flow first and foremost from this liberty.

Brotherhood is already in your hearts, in fact. It only needs to be revealed; it doesn’t need to appear. It’s all the easier when you’re free than when you’re a prisoner. And when I say “prisoner,” I mean a prisoner of a job, a prisoner of a situation, a prisoner of all of that.

You are in an era of liberation. You are in an era of liberation. Your leaders may not want it, but you will find a way. Have no doubt about it. Never doubt it.

God can create children infinitely. How many children can Higher Consciousness create? Is this the principle of transincarnation ? 

Your Higher Consciousnesses possess the same power as God. They could create an infinite number of children, yet they do not. Most of the time, your Higher Consciousnesses limit themselves to the sacred number of 12 , 12 beings. This is what your Higher Consciousnesses have decided to establish: between 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, or 12—12 children, 12 beings who can perpetuate the Love they themselves experienced in a similar way, for one day it will be you, the Higher Consciousness . And you will understand that you will be able to generate children not in matter, but in Energy. You will be capable of such great Love that your own soul will be able to divide and separate while remaining whole.

I know this concept seems quite strange to you today. There will come a day, a time, an era when everything I’m telling you today will be so natural. It will be as natural for you to have 12 children, 12 parts of yourself, as it is for you to have 10 fingers today without wondering if those fingers are separate from you. And yet, each one can make a movement separate from the others, while still keeping your will within it. That’s what your Higher Consciousness does. You don’t know it; you have the impression of acting on your own impulse. There is a stronger impulse within you, and that is your Higher Consciousness , which, I repeat, could generate as many children as it wishes, and which generally tries to maintain a coherent and acceptable experience at every level of energy and consciousness where you operate. I have no doubt that you will one day be magnificent Higher Consciousnesses.

Is this the principle of transincarnations? That’s exactly it , yes.

I am 63 years old and I don’t know what I came to experience on Earth. I feel lost and so useless. Is my life really that important ? 

There is not a single life that does not serve the complete Plan of Love. Your very presence on Earth is a useful work. The moments you loved a small poppy were a useful work. The moments you appreciated the beauty of a butterfly were a useful work. The moments you embraced people were a useful work. Each of these moments served the Divine Plan. In each of these moments, you loved in a way that was entirely your own, and that made you grow in the Spirit of God, in His Knowledge.

You are not useless. Every word you speak, every prayer you pray for, every intention you make—I repeat— creates a child in the universe. Don’t feel useless because you think you’ve never held a position or any kind of responsibility in your life.

The only question you’ll be asked is, “How did you love?” How did you love? How did you connect with these life circumstances? When will you stop judging these life circumstances and truly understand, deep down, that everything was perfect at the right time and in the right place? Everything was right. It wasn’t right for the ego, which might have wanted more, or even sometimes less, but as far as the Divine Plan was concerned, it was perfect.

Even if a person only loves once, even if someone lived a life that seemed detestable, and once in their life they loved even just a flower, then that life is not useless, far from it.

And in the meantime, always ask yourself this question: how can I still love? How can I still help? Up to a certain age, you can help through action. As you get older, you will help through your thoughts, through visualizations, through your kindness, or through your financial means if you have them . You will be able to continue helping.

This is the second area of ​​inquiry. How have you loved? What have you done for others? Don’t give up on love. No life is useless. Don’t let your ego make you believe that you’re only useful when you have a visible and important role.

Jesus, your brother, may have been the least of the little ones. And yet, today, he is the greatest of the greatest, because he lived by his vision, by his all-encompassing vision of what Love truly is. He often told people, “Let us leave with nothing; Providence will provide for us,” and you will leave this Earth with nothing. However, the Love you have given, that you will carry with you forever. Continue to love; do not feel useless.

Life is so important, because simply resisting this powerful duality of Earth in your existence , simply resisting this duality, is an immense miracle . Staying is also an act of Love , not through suffering, simply staying.

You know of creatures on your Earth who live in the abyssal depths, in places where no human body could withstand. And in those places, you see beings who seem so fragile, and you, who know the strength required to live in such places, say: “  What strength these animals have to continue living in the darkness of the depths, to have an existence and perhaps even to love from the very depths of those depths, which are so difficult, so unlivable for us!  ” We see you thus, as beings who resist and continue to love from the depths of an illusory and dual existence. You are these creatures of the deep, if I may say so, who radiate so much more Light, it is unimaginable to us. A being who lived on this Earth for a single day would be welcomed here as if they had endured so, so, so much, so many burdens!

So, staying, staying, sometimes simply staying is an act of immense power. Don’t see your life as unique. It’s a whole within a whole, within a whole. It’s much bigger than you imagine.

Every moment, every little instant when you say, “  Ah, but right now, what’s preventing me from being one with this Earth?  ”—apart from that little inner voice that says, “Ah, but you have nothing to do with it, you’re small”—that little voice isn’t you. It’s what’s trying to control you, to steer you in duality. When you love it, when you tell it, “  Yes, you have the right to think you’re small. You have the right to think you’re useless. You have the right to think all of this is nonsense  ,” when you simply grant it that right, when you accept this situation without complaint, you will make room within you for something much greater, a Love that will fall upon you like rain in the desert.

How could we define, and make it clearer to us intellectually, the design of the greater than itself? Of that which creates the universe ? 

We cannot define God’s Plan or a divine will. There is no divine will in the sense that you use the word “will” on Earth, not in the sense that you pronounce it. But, and I emphasize “but,” if we were to pronounce the Will of God, it would be to expand ceaselessly, and God can only expand in Love, in what He embraces , as you define yourself. You can define yourself alone. Furthermore, if you have friends, you will say “me and my friends.” If you have a family, you will say “me, my family, and my friends.” If you have colleagues, you will say “me, my family, my friends, my colleagues.” This is a way for you to expand intellectually.

Imagine that God ultimately works through you, offering you the possibility of expanding in a unique way. He has already known all the methods, so He created unique beings capable of their own will, their own free will, perhaps to find a path in Love that He Himself would not have explored. And, in fact, the more dual a world is, the greater the possibilities for creating Love. That is God’s design: Love. It is a design that is immensely more useful than you can imagine, immensely more useful than you can imagine.

How can our galactic brothers concretely help us by coming to Earth ? 

You’ll see. Let yourself be surprised. I don’t need to tell you this, just that you’ll see. They won’t be your immediate saviors. They will simply be the ones who bring about awareness.

Will lost continents such as Atlantis or Lemuria return, or are they already among us  ?

These continents, as lands, will not return immediately. The people who were in Atlantis and Lemuria continued to exist in the inner Earth , continued their journey in the inner Earth. I repeat, as I said earlier, they regularly intervene in your plane in a relatively invisible way.

Is there a being who has come to help human beings at this time, who would be called Ulrik, Son of the First Heaven incarnated on Earth ? 

The answer is no . There are beings who bear your first and last name. You are the ones who have come now. Some become so aware of this that they may be convinced they are unique, yet they are not. No, they are not. You all are, that is what was promised: “At the end of time, everyone will return to the Holy Spirit.”

Some may be a little more enlightened, but in any case, certainly not unique or Sons of the First Heaven, as you say, certainly not . The mind can make them believe many things.

How can we tell if an extraterrestrial wants to help us or not  ?

The rule of Love is known to extraterrestrials. If you fear them, you won’t be able to tell if they are good or bad, as you say. If you extend brotherly love to these beings from the start, even if they were bad, they wouldn’t be able to touch you, because your love would be like a huge shield. Know this.

Did King Solomon and Jesus come from the same Consciousness ? 

Yes, absolutely.

Will the energy levels ease soon ? 

If you understand “soon” to mean a few months or a few years, then yes. If you mean a few weeks, then no. However, you’re on the right track now, definitely on the right track.

Freedom is underpinned by a deep awareness of the responsibility we have in all our expressions .

You are wrong, my dear lady. You are granting yourself a power you do not possess.

You are not responsible for all your expressions. Sometimes, these expressions pass through you. It is when you associate yourself with these expressions , when you say: “  I said that. I did that.  ”, when you blame yourself for it, that is when an association is created which can be extremely painful .

I understand what you mean by freedom being underpinned by awareness and responsibility. Freedom requires allowing a higher consciousness to flow through you. Otherwise, it will be nothing but an illusion. A temporary illusion. You will feel free, however, a new leader will appear who will ultimately be a despot.

It is by allowing a higher Consciousness than your own that everything will happen. You don’t have as much responsibility as you imagine. You have an opportunity, which is to allow a higher Consciousness to flow through you, to let a higher Spirit guide your steps and movements, to let your consciousness act without a continuous stream of thoughts, hows, and whys. Don’t place a burden on yourself that you don’t have. You wouldn’t have created so many paths and so many possible circumstances if you carried that burden .

A human being’s true responsibility is to know how to lead—I wasn’t going to say control, I wasn’t going to say that—in any case, to be able to navigate the winds and circumstances brought about by emotions. You have no other responsibility than to learn to love. The rest happens naturally through a much greater order, a Consciousness far greater than that of the human being.

When a human being imagines they can expand their consciousness, they are mistaken. They are mistaken. It is not consciousness that expands, but Consciousness that arises within you. It is something that is already there, something greater than you. Your task is to allow it to flow through your body and mind so that a new persona, a new identity, may emerge in your life. You will continue to call it “you.”

It won’t be you who has grown. On the contrary, you will have shrunk to make more room for this greatness that will flow through you and that, yes, will become your new identity.

Don’t put too much pressure on yourself with these notions of responsibility in your words. It’s so wrong. What you do is far more important than what you say. Thankfully, dear soul, thankfully.

What is the difference between these words: Source, God, and Higher Consciousness  ?

You could create a hierarchy in the human world , but in truth, there isn’t one. Even what you are is no different from God, the Source, or Higher Consciousness .

God is the Source of Everything. It’s like a tree; there is indeed a dimensional branching structure. God is beyond all dimensions, or rather, He is all time and all space. Then, He becomes a Source of experience by creating higher Consciousnesses for that Source, just as the trunk of a tree creates branches, which create other branches, which create leaves, and which create fruit. It’s of that order. Originally, the sap that flows through you from the tree trunk to the fruit is the same. It is the same.

When nothing more can be done, is listening enough to relieve the suffering of those who are suffering ? 

Sometimes it’s even more necessary than talking about knowing how to listen .

Listen. Be present with deep compassion, asking for the Divine Presence to be with you. “  I ask that God accompany me. I ask that Heaven accompany me, even in my silences .” Of course , it’s important. Of course, it’s important.

I feel so alone in thinking and believing in everything that is being discussed here .

You are mistaken . The planet has reached the critical mass necessary for its evolution. It was reached some time ago. We simply need to allow space and time for this to become apparent to everyone.

Be blessed in the Light. Be patient. Remain connected to who you are deep in your heart, deep in your mind, deep in your soul. Call it by whatever name you wish. Don’t torture yourself with every word, but keep the Spirit of all that is said. The Spirit of God transcends form .
