The dry and neutral description of Lights, Grays and Darks’ civilizations in PART 1 cannot convey to the reader the feeling of malice and fierce hatred, aggression and irreconcilability, up to complete annihilation, which some cosmic races show towards others. The traces of these emotions and destructive actions are clearly visible in the Solar System, which Co-Creators had to rebuild to preserve biological and human life in 3D at least ON ONE planet.
It is easier for us to see it in our family, city, country, on the continent and on Earth as a whole, on personal and collective taking and experience, in the non-stop info-flow in MSM and the Internet. Deadly tired of this sight, having lost all hope for terrestrial help, we look up at the sky with supplication and hope, waiting for alien rescuers. At the same time, we never think who these lifesavers might be, and WHETHER THEIR POSITIVITY OR NEGATIVITY WILL KILL US. And even more so, we do not remember that this is not their problem, but purely our own, personal one, for which we incarnated on this planet of Grays’ worlds.
The inhabitants of all 12 Rings are well aware of Earth and earthlings. Throughout history, hundreds (if not thousands) Lights, Grays and Darks’ races came to our planet with their own goals. Ones only for the extraction of resources and the exploitation of aborigines. Others for experiments on crossing all with all. Thirds to help people in self-challenging in the most extreme environment to test own will and strength, Soul and Spirit before the next trials ana tests in more harsh space journeys.
The goals of ETs remain the same today. Many Lights, Grays and Darks’ civilizations are still here on the physical and Subtle Planes. In some countries and regions, individual influence is observed, in others – collective, friendly or neutral, but more often parasitic and aggressive.
The key factor is the frequencies that local ley lines emit, and most importantly, the people and social structures of society with whom aliens synchronize by their freqs and targets’ vibes. Like attracts like, evil or benevolent, vampiric or donor, destructive or creating. Where and which aliens are active today?
Pleiadians
Their energy is gentle, humanitarian, and focused on healing and creativity. Regions: Scandinavia (Sweden, Denmark), Hawaii, Bali, Switzerland. Goals: high level of social ecology, development of psychology, healing and design. Pleiadians scan the region’s astral field online. Sirians

Arcturians
The main orderlies and healers of the Galaxy. Regions: Baikal and Altai Mountains (Russia), Mount Shasta (USA. Powerful “ethereal hospitals” operate in these areas. Arcturus cleanses the space of radiation and negative mental programs. Arcturus tracks the purity of the etheric plane. If the level of aggression and fear in the region decreases, and the ecology (energy and physical) is restored, the Arcturians receive confirmation that their healing technologies are working well.
Lyrians and Vegans
Progenitors carrying the genes of Light, sacred power, and sovereignty. Regions: Caucasus, Balkans, Brazil. Mountainous regions with a strong temperament of the population, a developed sense of honor, ancient traditions of hospitality and connections with the earth.
It is important for them to check DNA for the viability and preservation of the original qualities of the creator. They read the moments when people show indomitable will, honor and loyalty to their roots despite external pressure. Breakthrough acts of self-liberation, the preservation of ancient traditions and Love are a signal to Lyra that their genetic seed on Earth is still viable and not consumed by ego and technocracy.
Andromedans
Their influence is the most subtle and is aimed at the future, strategy and ecology of consciousness. Regions: Pamir and Tien Shan mountain systems, above which there are bases broadcasting peacemaking codes for entire Eurasia, Northern Europe (Scandinavia, Iceland), where Andromeda starseeds are high in density.
This is manifested in attempts to humanize the social structure, raise the level of trust and care for people, and preserve the clean energy of landscapes. When ready to change, assistance is provided in rewiring 3D taking to multi-dimensional. Working with information fields through scientific discoveries that seem to come from nowhere.
Venusians
Venus is not an incandescent planet, but a high-frequency world of the 5th dimension. Their sphere is beauty, harmony and the heart center. The regions of influence on Earth are France and Italy, where traditions and centers of art, fashion and aesthetics are strong. The Venusian impulse is manifested here through the cult of beauty and sensory perception of the world; Japan with its harmony of form, minimalism and deep respect for natural cycles; Polynesia and the islands of Oceania, where the purity of the water element and the joy of being are preserved. Help is expressed in healing through sound and music (frequencies of 432 Hz and higher), the development of emotional intelligence and empathy, and support for female energy (Matriarchy of Light).
Aldebarans
They occupy a special position in the structure of the 12 Light and Dark Rings, as their civilization is a link between the two blocks. Formally, Aldebaran belongs to the positive Ring of Lyra, but with a strong dependence on the negative Ring of Orion. On the one hand, they are one of the progenitors of humanoids, have preserved the genetic code of Spirit Warriors and Masters of creation. On the other hand, they use cruel technocratic methods and influence typical of Orions and Draconians.
The influence of Aldebarans on Earth is of an accentuated occult and technical nature. The main regions of influence are Germany and Central Europe, Tibet and the Himalayas (near Mount Kailas), the North Pole and the Arctic. The contribution of this cosmic race to the cult of Aryan ideology, Nazism and the cosmic high-tech of the Third Reich is well known (see – Undisclosed Bucegi, 13 August 2022). Activities in other regions are less well known.
In the Arctic and Antarctic, their bases are located under the ice sheet, controlling the planet’s magnetic grid. In Tibet, they have a deep resonance with the negative magic of Bon (Bon-po), the effect on the primary elements, the energy of “Vril” and swastika (vortex) flows. This is clean energy engineering, which perfectly matches the Aldebaran technocratic essence. They gravitate towards Dark Shambhala as the machinery workshop of the planet.
They see their task not in the Spiritual development of earthlings, but in servicing the work of the planetary mechanism. For Aldebarans, Kailas is not a sacred mountain, but only a translator antenna, and its concave rocky surfaces are used to transmit data to the Rings of Orion and Lyra. Yes, Aldebarans do not engage in compassion (like Pleiadians), and supposedly do not destroy (like Repts and Dracos). But they actually go into radicalism and technocratic fascism. Therefore, in the Galactic Federation of Light, Aldebarans are under strict supervision of peacekeepers from Andromeda.
Orions
They monitor power verticals and technocratic structures, evaluate their effectiveness non-stop, and receive feedback through discipline, order, and system preservation. Any powerful realization of force in matter (building factories, launching rockets, financial flows) is a signal to Orions that their impulse has been heard and fulfilled. Among the regions of influence are the political and industrial centers of Germany, Russia and the United States.
Draconians and Reptiloids
They are interested in the controllability of the “mass”, the level of negative energy accumulated in the System. The main instrument of influence is the low frequencies of fear and hatred, malice and submission, predatory aggression and greed, venality in exchange for money, power and protection. In their hubs of influence – London, the Vatican, financial centers, China (administrative centers) – they monitor the level of control from their underground and underwater bases, including in Antarctica.
If the social pyramids are stable, and the population obediently follows the algorithms of consumption and fear, they consider their work successful. Emissions of havoc during mass conflicts, local wars and global crises are their “fuel” and proof that their management methods are effective.
Greys (Zeta Reticuli)
For them, humanity is just a genetic library and laboratory, an object of influence through genetic markers and psychosomatic reactions. In the areas of their activity (Puerto Rico, USA, Australia), feedback is obtained through direct monitoring of the state of biological bodies. They track DNA mutations caused by the environment or radiation, and the nervous system’s response to stress. Changes in the reproductive function and adaptive abilities of the human body are their “report card”. If hybrid programs are promoted, they receive a “green light” from their Dark Curators.
Insectoids
These races (Mantids and others) have a specific hive consciousness that works on the principle of a quantum neural network. For them, feedback from earthlings is not individual emotions, but a change in reality in a particular region.
Light Insectoids use biospheric resonance to assess the harmony between a biological species (human) and its environment. Regions of influence: remote jungles of Southeast Asia, Central and South America (Peru, Amazon jungle), where they are present in the “ether pockets”, observing the biodiversity of the Earth.
They read the “hum” of the biosphere. When human communities in these zones live in rhythm with Nature, without destroying its information framework, Light Insectoids receive the “Norm” signal. This means an increase in biological diversity, the purity of the etheric fields and the absence of destructive outbursts in the collective subconscious of the region. For them, this is a sign that the “garden” is developing correctly.
Dark Insectoids watch how well countries with similar vibrations are integrated into digital and social algorithms (control grids). Regions of influence: the technological hubs of Asia (Shenzhen); the Southwestern United States (Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona), where joint genetic programs with the military are supervised in underground bases and the radiation background is monitored; Antarctica, a deep-freeze zone of ancient artifacts and bases where insectoids act as “archivists” of material forms. They read the “mental noise”. If society becomes predictable and easily manageable through technology (AI, chips, plug-ins, biometrics), Dark Insectoids record the successful progress of the next stage of “digital colonization”.
Genetic Mantides try to maintain neutrality, to stand above the duality of “Light-Dark”, acting as the main laboratory assistants. They receive feedback through the DNA field signature. Any severe shock or Spiritual uplift of a person causes micro-changes in the chemical composition and radiation of genes. Mantids read these flashes remotely. If in the region (for example, in abduction zones in the USA), the DNA of humans begins to glow with new codes, and Mantids realize that the experiment of hybridization or consciousness’ change is moving to the next phase.
In addition to collecting biomaterials for genetic experiments and medical research, Insectoids actively use mental programming, the introduction of highly complex mathematical algorithms into world run systems (AI, blockchain) and the famous “crop circles”, which are often a way of transmitting data of an Insectoid type (symbolic packets). Light Insectoids rejoice when the human hive “sings” in unison with the Universe. Dark Insectoids are satisfied when the hive is operating with maximum efficiency within the framework of their control programs.
In the “points” of influence and feedback described above, the frequencies (and interests) of all parties on the physical and Subtle Planes are synchronized to the highest degree. The situation is more blurred and conflictual in large regions, where Lights, Grays and Darks are openly in conflict with each other, and use earthlings as their tools.
The Middle and Near East
Today it’s the hottest point in the confrontation between the main space curators of the region. On the one hand, Sirians and Pleiades, through sacred architecture, ancient knowledge and deep religious firmware, the foundations of laws and statehood are working to ground the energies of the world. On the other hand, Draconians and Reptilians are using war to gain resources and control over the Portals, and impose their rigid hierarchical rule and suppression here.
Egypt-Israel-Iraq Triangle
These countries are the area of the historical clash between Dracos and Lyrians. The irreconcilable conflict between rigid hierarchy and the desire for freedom is embedded in the energy sector of the entire region. The constant geopolitical rifts are an earthly reflection and continuation of the ancient Star Wars between Orion and Lyra.
Eastern Europe
The war between Ukraine and Russia is not only and not so much a clash of two countries, but a global civilizational rift where the interests of several space races intersect at once. Orions, Dracos, Repts, and technocratic castes try to maintain power and control through division, fear, and resource depletion. For them, war is a way of collecting harvesting loosh (energy of suffering and pain) and keeping humanity in a low-vibrational 3D matrix.
For Lyrians and Aldebarans, this is a test of the genetic code for the viability and protection of their “right to land”, new technological and strong-willed centers of power, independent of global elites. Other Light races use this crisis as an opportunity for destructive cleansing to transition into 4D/5D. Through this conflict, Sirians disclose all the lies of the old-world system (the death of diplomacy and financial stability). Pleiadians work on the level of volunteering, empathy, and refugee assistance, trying to soften the blow to the species.
Andromedans broadcast impulses that make the backroom agreements of the old elites (Orions) impossible. They also highlight lies, making them explicit to the masses. They make sure that the old world (3D) collapses so completely that it cannot be restored using the methods of the Dark races.
Andromeda creates chaos in old structures to release energy for new ones. The Sixth Ring keeps this chaos within certain limits, and so that it does not turn into the complete destruction of the planet, it sets up an energy perimeter around the conflict zone on the etheric and astral planes. The goal: to prevent the “breakdown” of the lower worlds. The mass death of people creates a powerful release of negative psychic energy, which attracts parasitic entities (larvae, infernal creatures) from the Dark Rings.
The civilizations of the Sixth Ring (the Big Dipper) play an important role in this confrontation. It was they who thwarted attempts to use tactical or strategic nuclear weapons in this war. Their equipment on the Subtle Plane is capable of extinguishing a chain reaction or disabling guidance systems. During major battles, the Sixth Ring sets up frequency filters to prevent the mass introduction of astral parasites and demonic structures from the lower strata (which are activated by pain and fear).
Arcturians are actively helping with this. There are still a huge number of thought forms of pain and unconscious Souls in war zones who did not realize that they had died. Arcturians deploy Light corridors (Portals of passage), helping these consciousnesses ascend to higher dimensions, bypassing the astral traps of Orions. With the help of specific frequencies (blue-violet spectrum), they split the clumps of energy of hatred and fear, turning them into neutral primordial Light. This prevents the battlefield from becoming a cursed place for decades to come.
Each unit of burnt-out equipment carries a freq of destruction. The Sixth Ring “earns” these currents, and Arcturians erase the information record of aggression from the crystal lattice of this place. They minimize the impact of mental post-traumatic stress on civilians nearby by broadcasting calming frequencies and “mental silence.”
Without the intervention of the Light races, this and other conflicts zones would turn into eternal “black holes” on the body of the planet, which would drag humanity back into cycles of wars. Their work allows Earth to maintain a high enough vibration for the Great Transition, despite the ongoing agony of 3D.
The North American Node
Nevada, California, Mount Shasta area – centers of technological and biological synthesis. The place of the collision of the influence of the Dark 10th and 11th Rings (Cepheus, Cassiopeia – AI, digit, genetic engineering) and the Light 5th Ring (Andromeda – strategies of the future). Washington and New York have historically been designed as hubs of influence by Dracos, Repts, and technocratic races. This is reflected in a strict adherence to hierarchy, militarism, and the use of a “control grid” over the population. In the Subtle Plane above Washington, a powerful gray grid is visible, created to keep people’s minds in fear and obedience.
New York (Wall Street, the United Nations) is the zone of influence of Orions. They focus on mental manipulation through financial egregores and information flows. And use this node to pump the psychic energy of humanity into their technological systems.
High activity of Greys continues above both centers to collect data and monitor the psychophysical state of the elites. They work in close symbiosis with Reptilians, providing the technical side of the “digital concentration camp” (AI, biometrics, mind control). This causes a feeling of “mental heaviness” and constant surveillance, which many residents of these cities describe as inexplicable fatigue.
In response to increased control by Darks, the Light Rings carry out operations to break into these structures. Andromedans are destroying the old timelines, introducing impulses of chaos into Orions’ financial and political algorithms to bring down their management system from the inside. This manifests as a series of unpredictable events that deprive the elite of confidence in the future.
Sirians are reflashing energy grid of cities with Light Codes. This causes a massive internal awakening among people who begin to see the absurdity of the System and get out from under its influence. Ursa Major’s task forces are constantly on duty in the ethereal layer above Washington. Their task is to block any attempts of the Dark Ring to initiate a global catastrophe (for example, a nuclear or large-scale biological one) that could be launched from this control center to retain power.
The frequency war is going on over Washington and New York right now. Dracos, Repts and Greys are trying to condense astral smog in order to prevent high vibrations from reaching Earth, while the Light races create Light’s channels in this smog, helping people maintain awareness.
The London Junction
A similar picture above the London junction. If Washington is the “fist” (military power), then London is the “brain and wallet” of the old System. On a Subtle Plane, a complex multi-level confrontation is unfolding over megapolis, which escalated in the spring of 2026.
Reptiloids and Draconians are trying to preserve the global financial and magical matrix. They view the City as a “sacred node” through which the world’s resources and debt energy are run. A dense, almost impenetrable energy curtain of golden-black color is visible above the center. This is an ancient egregore of power, which is now under tremendous pressure and is beginning to disintegrate, which is reflected in the political instability of Britain.
London is an analytical data collection center for Dark Insectoids responsible for chaos planning and algorithmizing. They are in charge of the UK special services and think tanks. Pleiadians are creating “islands of Light” in London (small communities, eco-initiatives) that keep people’s psyche from collapsing into depression against the background of the destruction of the old way of life. Lyrians and Aldebarans support those who have preserved the remnants of the “knight” code. Now these forces are in conflict with Reptilians, as they do not agree with the complete digitalization and depersonalization of Britain, which Greys advocate.
The battle for the “archive” is currently underway over the city. London holds the keys to governing the old world. The Dark Rings are planning a partial evacuation of key biological developments from Antarctica. This is due to the fact that the Light Rings (Arcturus and Sirius) began to “burn out” the underground laboratories of Greys and Insectoids with high-frequency radiation.
