This is the expansion of the heart center (high heart chakra) and third eye. You may be experiencing restless sleep, dreams are more vivid than usual, and a mix of exhaustion and alertness.

Physical sensations like tension or pressure in the neck, chest, and head can come up as the body processes and releases what no longer aligns.

The collapse humanity fears is the doorway it has been avoiding.

What you resist, the breakdown of old systems, beliefs, and comforts, often holds the key to deeper understanding and growth.

The fear of loss keeps you clinging to what no longer serves you, but stepping through that collapse allows for renewal, clarity, and the possibility of something truer.
