Sanat Kumara: Inspiration

sanat kumara eraoflightdotcomFollow your inspiration!

I am talking about the inspiration that is born from a connected heart. A connected heart is receptive to divine inspiration and when you follow this inspiration your true dreams come true.

The path to joy goes through the heart, the inner divine heart, and this awakens you, this awakens more and more to life through conscious presence.

An aid to achieving these conditions is meditation. Meditation helps you converge with your inner heart, with your divine self. Imagine that you are vibrational beings, you are energy creatures and the more stable you are in your relationship with your inner self, the more stable is the love, the light and the joy in your life.

Some of you shoot this with meditation in front of you. Say you do not have the time, that you are not in the right surroundings. But don’t let circumstances hinder you; Find your opportunities, your moments, the important thing is that you find your source!

There is now so much information available on how to go about meditation that you can experiment and find ways that suit you. And as I said before; you do not have to sit in a lotus position and be able to use advanced breathing techniques unless this attracts you, but does so in a way that suits you. It’s about setting your mind and connecting to the heart.

Start easily. For example, you can stay in your bed a few extra minutes in the morning and just set your mind, center yourself, fill yourself with love to charge your energy field for the day to come. Do the same on the subway, the bus, in a queue or in any way or location that suits you.

But do it, do not hesitate in this, but find time every day for some kind of meditation.

The more you connect to your higher self, the stronger it will grow.

For those of you who have been meditating for a long time, it is not about meditating more, but about taking with you the centering that you have achieved through meditation into your everyday life. Let your heart guide you through life. More and more of you are living your life increasingly from the heart’s perspective! It is wonderful words to announce, we in the highest dimensions could not be happier! We bless your way because you pave the way for all humanity!

You are all unique. Starting from where you are. Your well-being is the most important of all. If not everything is as you wish; end peace with it. Appreciate what you have, see what you like and open up for more of what makes you good. Know that it will be easier the more you practice the heart of the heart and pay attention to what it teaches during the journey.

My previous message through Mia was partly about what you eat and I want to briefly continue on the same track.

Like some of you have not devoted the ethical issues of food to many thoughts, there are some of you who devoted this enormous amount of thought – or just embraced someone else’s thoughts and made them your own.

Some of you mean that it is not enough to not eat meat, you should not have anything at all with the animals’ world to do. Instead of drinking a glass of milk coming from a cow, one should drink a glass of milk that comes from almonds. How many almonds are needed for a glass of almond milk? Does the almond tree grow outside your window? Do you know how to harvest almonds? How to make the drink? Do you use it every morning?

As you can probably agree, the vast majority buy it in carton. There is nothing wrong with drinking almond milk, but it is useful to be observant on oneself and their values. Their origin, its purpose and the question of what they are a reaction to and what they get for consequences. Now it has been discovered that in order to produce palm oil, one has to grow huge fields of palm trees, which has had terrible consequences for nature, the animals and the people who live there. Ask: if more and more people were to drink almond milk instead of regular milk would not the same thing happen?

In India, the cow is considered sacred, why then? Yes, because she voluntarily gives off her abundance to man. And so it is my dear ones; nature gives man abundance – when nature is treated with love and respect.

A cow that lives with her family people who give her protection, which makes sure she has clean water, which makes sure she has a roof over her head and clean straw, which helps her to feed her calf and lets her love her calf, yes She sees these people as part of her family and in such cases she gives her abundance of milk for obvious joy.

The animals and the people belong together, the whole of creation belongs together, the people through the millennia and again millennia have formed bonds with animals that are natural to man to have around him.

A few generations ago most of you would know that a healthy hen lays about one egg a day and if this egg is not fertilized then she abandons it. One can see that she leaves it as a gift to those who take care of her.

Eggs contain large amounts of a person’s daily needs for proteins, vitamins, minerals, and is one of the things that a person would do the longest if she was isolated on a deserted island and had only access to a few foods.

Veganism is the trend of the time in many parts of the world, especially among the young. I would ask you who embraced these values if it is not primarily the way in which you treat the animals that you are facing? That the animals are seen more as merchandise than as living creatures?

More than living creatures; they are divine. So different your world would be if you could see everything as part of the divine and have a relaxed and joyful relationship with creation.

Many have lost the connection with the earth, with the animals and with the food they eat. The media spreads images about maladministration in terms of animals and nature, which is important for it to emerge. But even more important is to see and focus on the healthy nature, the prosperous animals, for what you focus on, it grows, never forget my dear ones. So give your focus to how you want it to be rather than how it is.

Is brother in Light,

Sanat Kumara!
