Much fear in the collective, Understanding fear. Stop being afraid of fear.

Today I have been feeling much of the collective fear energies and had to do much clearing work on myself as for our planet.

Global ascension is speeding up and we received much upgrades in the last week helping humanity to break free from the 3D fear matrix.

The fear energy in the collective is very present today so be aware if you feel this and nudges you to do clearing work, listen to the call.

Remember most is not yours but the energy, thoughts and feelings you pick up from other people can still trigger you when you have fear energies in your system.

We are purging fear during the day but in our dreams also.

It does present us an opportunity to not only help clear fear in the world but also to let go of any fear energy we still hold in our, DNA, body, mind and energy field.

Fear lowers our energy and can feel overwhelming however it is an illusion to keep us small and controlled, it can make you sick.

FEAR HAS NO REAL POWER, ONLY LOVE DOES!

Clearing, meditating on releasing fear means more freedom, stronger energy and stronger roots into the 5D Plane.

Fear comes in all forms, we even have fear for fear and are afraid to talk about fear.

We had to deal with much fear in our past including past lives, for shining our light being prosecuted and we already cleared much of these old shadow energies.

Now however when working on our deepest wishes coming true we feel new kinds of fears and doubts about receiving the blessings and the new. Am I worthy, Is this really true, Am I really ascending or staying stuck, can a divine partner really show up and be loving, kind, supportive ? It is making us anxious.

Personally I have always struggled why the ascension process is taking so long. There is divine timing right and being patience is not one of my best qualities, I am a man of action and want to change things immediately but unfortunately it does not work this way.

This can also brings up fear, afraid of doing things wrong, you’re missing out on things.

Playing the fear game we have endless ways to make up fear stories, we have fear for everything, even fear of living and fear of love.

Do not be ashamed to feel fear as fear is not bad, it teaches us there is something to learn about love, to heal, to let go, to enlighten and discover more of your true divine power, an opportunity to grow.

Not forgetting the positive fear that warns us when something is dangerous or wrong or to help us be safe and protect us.

Fear keeps us paralyzed so we must act and face our fears so we do not stay stuck in the negative fear 3D matrix.

Believe me that we all have been so accustomed to be in fear we now have fear to live without.

A great exercise to help us/you release fear is by writing down on paper all the fears you have from past, present and future.

For example I am afraid of getting hurt, losing my job, losing a beloved, getting sick, I am not going to find love. Or I am afraid for a divine partner as they might leave or die on me leaving me all alone again.

Take your time to really write down all that you fear and if possible also write down any resentments you have towards others or things you believes should have done different in the past.

When you are done, rip up the paper in many pieces and burn them (outside). This will help you to surrender all your fears to the divine and angels.

Selfcare and selflove are our number one priority.
