The interpretation of Sabian symbols is complex, multi-layered and often metaphorical, as any astrologer worth his or her salt will tell you. Glibly interpreting the sabian symbol here as “[carrying] an ominous tone considering Putin and his aggression” is facile and irresponsible.
The interpretation of any chart can be slanted to suit the (weak) astrologer’s prejudices. Mature astrologers know this and are careful not to let their own biases get in the way of a balanced, thoughtful reading.
I imagine the bald headed man/sub human is Klaus Shwab trying to bring about the book he wrote – The Great Re-Set through which all his minions(Trudeau/Ardern/Merkel/Bojo etc) who are now leaders globally as they ALL have pushed this plandemic, pushed their countries further in mass debt and will soon try roll out the digital currency/identity for total control where Swhab has stated(as he smiles and rubs his psycho hands together) You will own nothing and be happy…

And then here comes Pluto energy to smash all those plans to complete ruination. 2022 is Pluto’s year and look at the energies working with it this month! You have the full moon operating as the emotional/unconscious energy AND the sun’s conscious energy.
