Addicted to binge watching, reading or listening to channelled messages, spiritual guidance, and other related stuff? Feel yourself worrying way too much about what might just happen (and what might just not?) Having a hard time telling who’s legit and who isn’t, who’s right and who’s not, or whose advice to truly follow when it comes to truly advancing yourself spiritually, emotionally, mentally and even just physically?
Worry not. For I, Enlightenment Man (with a big ‘E’ tattooed upon his chest), am indeed here to save the day…and to rescue that tiny little kitten stuck on that tree too while I’m at it.
In any case, here’s your golden guidance nugget for the hour: Trust ONLY that which is SIMPLE, and that which ultimately even WORKS.
If a message is way too complicated for you to understand, maybe it’s not for you.
If a message does not give you any actual practical (and working!) guidance or suggestions on just how to resolve your current life (and spiritual / mental / emotional / physical challenges), maybe it’s not for you.
If a message is filled with an excess or overload of fear, negativity, doom and gloom; maybe it’s not for you.
On rare occasions, there may be genuine warnings from legitimate sources regarding future challenges. And yet, they’ll truly be felt as coming from a place of wisdom, balance, positivity, optimism and a healthy dose of respect for your very power to create your own desired reality — and absolutely nothing less than just that. In other words, such messages are the very least likely to send you into recurring spells and spirals of utter doom and gloom here.
If a message is filled up with an excess or overload of positivity, but something just feels OFF (pretentious / fake) about the whole thing, always, always, ALWAYS trust your feelings regarding the same. For there are many who seek to disempower and discourage you by getting your hopes up about something in advance, and then, leaving you utterly defeated and deflated when such a thing does not ultimately occur.
Just because a message endlessly (and emptily) repeats common spiritual buzzwords the likes of “Love”, “Light”, “God”, and “Consciousness” all over the place, does not necessarily make it one with the highest intent. Always ask yourself first and foremost — is this message really, truly, helpful?
Beware of messages giving you dates and times of just when so-and-so-thing is going to happen, unless they have a proven track record of getting such things right.
Be very wary of messages that repeat the same thing over and over and over again like a broken record, but offer you nothing that is actually, tangibly of any real USE to you. Also, true spirituality is all about that juicy, delicious, spiritual evolution; so it then follows logically that quality spiritual guidance too, is one that evolves and keeps pace with the many ever changing ways of life upon your world.
Be extremely wary of messages that leave you feeling all depressed and helpless upon consuming the said message, regardless of how very “spiritual” they may even sound or how much of a massive “fan following” their makers may even have amassed. Please, please remember here that discernment is so NOT a numbers game. For reference, take a look at the massive numbers of people who took the current plandemic bait (and many more such baits prior to this and even beyond it) hook, line, and sinker. Didn’t make them all that much of a thinker.
And finally, last, but by no means the very least — if the message is taking away your innate divine POWER (as a divine CREATOR being) away from you; be very, very, VERY wary of it.
This very much so includes any and all forms and manners of predictions. Because how can there even really be a prediction when you, yes YOU are the whole and soul CREATOR of your desired REALITY? For who but you decides your very timeline? Who but you decides as to just what it is that you’d like to CREATE and EXPERIENCE for yourself? Who but you decides as to just what your very future is going to look…and even feel like?
You are your own FUTURE.
You are your very highest desired TIMELINE.
YOU, are your very DESTINY.
Don’t let absolutely anyone else tell you otherwise.
Tune into the frequency of your desired reality using constant visualization and intention setting. Feel into this version of reality as very often as you can, until the very feeling of it becomes a part and parcel of who you are. Finally, if and when you get inspired (from within) to take a certain (likely physical) action that will help put you in touch with the said reality, go right ahead and make it happen. Although in many cases, simply be-ing within the desired vibration (aka frequency) of your chosen reality well does more than enough to get you there.
And THAT’S HOW you write your very own FUTURE and craft your very own DESTINY.
Yes, it is indeed, that, very, simple.

In conclusion, the very best spiritual guidance is one that is simple, sweet, precise, clear, and, above all, actually f—ing helpful. It is positive, optimistic, inspiring, uplifting and truly, deeply, empowering. And above all, it actually makes your life easier (and NOT crazier).
Keep that in mind the next time you can’t make head or tail of a message asking you to download the “13th ray of universal celestial diamond light consciousness from the 14th universal quantum stargate of cosmic alopecia into your ultra-tertiary soul star chakra merkaba transcendence hyperloop” if you want to ascend to the 16th gigadimension of that coveted transcendental black hole consciousness hypercorridor or what-else-have-you. Not saying at all here that such messages are inherently pointless or anything, but unless you yourself have an inclination towards working with such super advanced concepts (as well as have a truly innate understanding of the same), is it really for you? There are an infinite numbers of paths designed to lead souls back to source, and not necessarily just a single lone one that was somehow tailored to only work for the cool sacred geometry nerds sitting on the front bench of the heavenly spiritual classroom. Nope! S–t don’t work like that.
The best things in life are simple. So are the very best ways of raising your vibration, too. As a matter of fact, here’s a fun little list of things that you can begin doing right away in order to raise your vibration!
Connect more with nature. Sit near the lake. Hug a tree. Cuddle a kitten. Sing to your little potted plant while watering it (if nothing else).
Get creative. Draw. Sketch. Paint. Calligraph. Write a poem. Sing a song. Do a little bit of a dance. Make sure your neighbours get to watch too (just kidding!).
[Kindly note here that anything and everything that you truly love doing (and feel truly and deeply passionate about) counts as a creative endeavour, here. (Yes, even math!)]
Watch the night stars streak across the sky with some hot soup in your bowl and hope in your heart.
Speaking of bowls, have you ever played music using a Tibetan Singing Bowl? Just in case you don’t have one handy with you at the moment, just go listen to some of that incredible Tibetan Singing Bowl music on good ol’ YouTube! Instantaneous vibrational upliftment, guaranteed!
And speaking of YouTube, go uplift your vibration rapidfire by watching some of those epic 4K / 8K tourism videos on there! And when you watch them, try and fully immerse yourselves within them by actually imagining yourself as being right then and there (by visualizing yourself right into the place being shown within the said video!) Imagine literally feeling the vibe of that place, the wind, the water, the scent and even the touch of things! Play some sweet little instrumental music on the side to make the experience even better! Here are three quick videos to help you all get started: one of Norway, one more of Tokyo and yet another one of Bali!
The ways to raise your vibration just never, ever, end. Take a salt bath. Cook something fun. Read a nice book. Take a quick nap. Drink a warm cup of tea by just enjoying each new sip for what it even is — thereby truly, deeply, living and be-ing in the moment itself!
Help a grandma with her groceries. Make a baby laugh. Smile at your neighbour’s wife (author’s note: at your own risk). Say a prayer. Or just visualize and intend for a truly abundant, peaceful, beautiful and love-filled world for one and all!!!
Meditate. Levitate. Right up to the golden state. (These are actually just the lyrics to Xzibit’s ‘Concentrate’, but well, you get the point here).
What makes you truly happy?
Go do it.

Folks, all of this (ascension-thingy) doesn’t have to be hard. You don’t have to make it personal. You don’t have to make it all political, or even religious or spiritual for that matter. You can raise your vibration regardless of whether you support Trump or Biden, Obama, or even Captain America for that matter. But neither of THEM can EVER raise your vibration FOR YOU. Neither can THEY create your FUTURE, your REALITY, or your highest desired TIMELINE.
You, and only YOU can EVER really do THAT.
And if you can just get this ONE SIMPLE TRUTH; then my job here is truly, fully, DONE.

Good read. I for one, have removed myself from the overly technical and needlessly complex channelings. Just not my thing. Simplicity is indeed often best.
At some point, I did realize that these channellings, even if they were somehow well intended, were simply doing WAY more harm than good. Mainly because the terms / jargon that they were throwing around like, every three words, hadn’t even properly been DEFINED or DESCRIBED by them anywhere!!!
