Despite the enormous difficulties of earthlings in adapting to the rapid increase in the terrestrial high-freqs field from the previous 7.1-7.8 Hz to today’s 40-60Hz, and sometimes up to 100 Hz and even to 600-700 Hz (which the authorities hide by saving their climate narrative), Co-Creators and Galacom focus the major attention on the planet’s problems. Unfortunately, the Council assessed Earth’s general condition as very serious.

The new, 14D, Logos (Al-Terra-Gaia) took over a three-dimensional planet in condition, which can be compared to a person in a wheelchair, with multiple fractures, displacement of limbs, spine and individual vertebrae.

In addition, is suffocating from polluted environment, toxic industrial emissions, radioactive and chemical poisoning of the biosphere, and concentrated hate and aggression energies that fill the Subtle Plane. Al-Terra-Gaia is also in extreme pain from crustal fractures, earthquakes, rocket and bomb explosions, and Dark’ steered disasters.

In the Worlds Council are profoundly shaken to see how much earthlings’ Souls are killed and mutilated. Their healing is progressing slowly and needs constant support, on the one hand, by the karma’s speeding up, and on the other, by more intensive pumping of Spiritual energies in the hope of accelerating men’s awakening. Not everyone is ready for this. The consciousness of many is in turmoil, the degree of dislike and rejection of new information (including in DNI) is growing. But the subconscious, on the contrary, is cleansed with a vengeance, forcing to get rid of the old taking and binds to the imposed 3D reality.

A few days before the Assembly, its Organizing Committee asked the ground team to share their vision of Earth’s problems and the work of the Main Programmers and Events Scriptwriters that run the terrestrial Matrix. Earlier, Disclosure News not once brought it up (see – Destruction Of The Black Archons Matrix, Great Quantum Transition, Part 4, DNI, 29 August 2020; Fight For Hologram And Matrix – New Galactic Ops, Part 10, DNI, 5 April 2021; Sifting, DNI, 28 October 2022; Our Noosphere, DNI, 9 January 2023; New Matrix, Part 3, DNI, 13 May 2023). The brainstorming at the plenary sessions revealed some new strategic goals.

In addition to the transition into 5D, it is planned to restore the primary Earth’s surface and planet’s position in orbit. Eons ago, after the Pleroma’s schism, caused by a betrayal from one of its Supreme Co-Creator, who passed to the Dark Side, the former, 3rd Local Universe also split into two parts, igniting endless wars and cataclysms that last till present days. Cracks formed in the Earth’s core, its integrity was broken that caused the split of the once unified supercontinent, shaped like a Yin-Yang Mandala, evenly located in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres.

The disintegration continued for many epochs, but even decreasing, each new massif held together the entire Earth’s crust: Vaalbara (˜3.6 billion years ago); Ur (˜3.1 billion years); Kenorland (˜2.7 billion years); Columbia (˜1.8-1.5 billion years); Rodinia (˜1.1-0.75 billion years); Pannotia (˜600-540 million years); Laurussia (˜300 million years); Pangaea (˜300-180 million years ago).

Over the past millennium, due to space and planetary wars, NAA steered asteroids and gravitational blows on the surface, the run-up of continents has accelerated, and the Earth’s rotation axis tilted dangerously, the mass imbalance inside the core reached a critical level. Fortunately, the Galactic Committee and friendly space races quickly intervened and could stabilize the core. They fixed the axis position at its current angle of 23.4° using a precession mechanism with a cycle of 26,000 years, linking the planet with energy channels through 144,000 pyramids with the same number of stars and constellations, their force fields.

Since 2004, marked by the catastrophic quake and tsunami in Asia, Co-Creators have been conducting a global Earth’s treatment program. It includes the complete and final balancing of the core, the change of geographical and magnetic poles, the strengthening of a new crystal lattice, the axis of rotation, the position of the planet in adjusted coordinates in its orbit around the Sun, the solution of the Lunar problem and much more.

Today, the Moon has a destructive effect on Earth in many ways (see – Operation Dark Moon, DNI, 31 October 2023). Not only has there are many NAA’s bases and repeaters, it also creates a gravitational imbalance in the Earth’s field. Co-Creators and Galacom weight different options to solve the issue – from full removal of the Moon to the adding one more or better three ones, placing them on terrestrial orbit in the figure of a cross.

According to very cautious and not yet final drafts, Co-Creators plan to complete the program of rehabilitation of the Earth’s physical body (without a single supercontinent restoring) around 2030. Special teams of the Galactic Committee, which have the necessary technology and experience, are engaged in the process. First, it’s necessary to finally deal with the Earth’s core, to completely balance it. If to do this quickly, then, according to calculations, it will take several years, but the danger of non-stop earthquakes of magnitude (M)20 and higher increases as well as gigantic tsunamis. If done in a gentle mode, it will take 10-15 years, with daily quakes up to M7-M8, volcanic eruptions, weather and climatic anomalies all over the planet. Judging by current events, that scenario is being implemented now.

Usually, in the Greater Cosmos, before the full restructuring of the planet, it is COMPLETELY DEPOPULATED, i.e. all life forms are removed from it. On the one hand, they simply won’t survive in such conditions. On the other hand, the fixing of precise space coordinates of new poles is a complex neuro-operation that requires surgical pinpoint accuracy. No errors are allowed, caused, for example, by the movement of biological and physical matter on Earth – people on vehicles, goods on all types of delivery, migration of fauna, etc.

But in the case of Earth, Co-Creators changed the script and re-build the terrestrial house without evoking tenants. In parallel, they are testing the reorientation of the Earth’s axis from the North Star to Vega or Arcturus. But Galacom’s expert groups are already working on a new plan – to focus the axis and new North Pole at the Center of the Galaxy perpendicular to the rotation plane of the planet, as it was at its birth.

In the light of this info, for what the humanity has to prepare for? What awaits us in the coming years and can something be avoided, changed or mitigated? During brainstorming, Lightwarriors got the answers directly from the Events Scriptwriters (not to be confused with the Architects of the Matrix).

Thanks to the Worlds Council, the attention of a huge number of space civilizations is focused on Earth, and not only in our Local Universe. It is planned to increase their presence on our planet, expand evolutionary goals and deepen cooperation between the new humanity and the Absolutes. Preparations for this are enormous in all areas. The high-frequency quantum energies sent to Earth every day are designed to soften and decompress not only physical, but also biological matter, so that people can survive in the rising terrestrial vibes.

All Lightwarriors and Lightworkers are involved in assimilation, sync and retransmission of cosmic energies. The old rough ones are removed from the planet, and new ones are brought in and fill the global field. In addition, Co-Creators have made important changes to the work of the Earth’s Causal Matrix’s part that runs the embodiment process on our planet. Earlier, after death, within 40 days, a person’s Subtle Bodies disintegrated, up to the causal shell’s core. Then, it moved from the terrestrial Causal Matrix to the general incarnation field, where stayed until a new birth from several months to 2 thousand years later. Not more, because with an increase in this period, the memory of previous life experiences is lost. It began again with choosing the time and place of birth, biological parents, drawing up a karmic program, the following goals and objectives of returning on Earth, etc. After that, conception occurred, new Causal and Subtle Bodies were formed, then, the birth of a physical body. All that took about 9 months.

During the last years, the pause between incarnations reduced to an average of 9 days. But today, the old embodiment protocol has been deactivated, and a new temporary version is working instead. It provides that after death, a person (more precisely, the causal shell’s core) is removed from the Earth’s incarnation field into an external special storage. Then, after a while, the Souls are sent from it to their original cosmic home, or to another reality in the Greater Cosmos. And only there will the next incarnation series continue.

So, now, ABSOLUTELY ALL people dying on Earth are being brought out. No one is returning to the planet, it has become simply impossible. This is the necessary technical condition for the Earth’s rebooting and changing of poles that clearly indicates the seriousness of the Co-Creators’ intentions. In the summer of 2023, they planned the new seeding of higher Souls, starting from the one of the Eurasian regions, inviting the ground team to assist it. But due to the global events’ aggravation, they canceled the op at the last moment…
