You’re very mistaken. How can Spirit not know that I have not been affected AT ALL by any of these light energies ? That’s right, NONE whatsoever. Please explain to me why you’re convinced that I am, because I can tell you if I was I’d be noticing it by now.
How come I feel like I’m the only one in the world who is not evolving or progressing spiritually? I have had no ascension symptoms, and not even had a spiritual awakening !
There were times when I felt similar to you, and I can understand your feeling a little.
It seems that some people may have no physical symptoms at all.
It seems that there are also psychological symptoms.
A sense of impatience and a sense of disconnection from the world, ets.
It may make you feel better if you think that you are learning to admit what you feel and entrust it to a larger existence inside.

I drank a lot of water.
My body feels better now.
I feel lighter when I’m in nature.
I was wrapped in the scent of many kinds of roses in the rose garden in the neighborhood.
Whether it’s small or big, when I laugh unexpectedly , I feel lighter.
