We are not “evolved” enough to govern ourselves. Clearly. We still require Law Enforcement Officers to maintain Peace, Law and Order. We also still require Politicians, Leaders to run a City, State and Country. Unfortunately. And I say unfortunately because The People “elect” those who supposedly, based on what they’ve promised during their election campaigns, were going to do the right thing by The People, for The People. But what ends up happening? They lie. Can you believe it? They lie and then The People are stuck with these so-called Leaders who were only interested in enriching themselves with Power and Wealth while oppressing and enslaving The People with their draconian rules, regulations, financial and taxation systems. The “decision-makers” you are speaking of are dark, evil, wicked, negatively oriented. This is not a mystery anymore to The People and I know full well it is not a mystery to you, our Galactic Family. So how can you say that you “must respect THEIR wishes”? This is absolutely absurd. What about the wishes of The People? What are we supposed to do here? Are we supposed to ask our Oppressors to please allow you to show up, intervene, land, meet with us? If I were kidnapped, do you think my kidnappers would allow me to use the phone so I could call the Police to rescue me if I asked them nicely and reminded them that I have free will? We need this Oppression to end. We need the control by negative Reptilians to end. We also need the Truth. Humanity is owed the Truth.

It should be quite clear by now that corrupt, dark, negatively oriented Governments do not have the best intentions for humanity. I wish your decisions were based on the will of The People which I would imagine, I would hope, are the majority.
