On the night of 8/11 and into 8/12 a great number of humanity experienced the next level of opening of the Heart Center. With this, you entered a new timeline.

For months, if not longer, I have been saying that many are and have been in the Fourth Dimension for a while.

With the activations and further opening of the Heart Center on 8/11, 8/12, you started your ascent towards the Fifth Dimension.

Be aware of your thoughts, more than ever. Your words, your actions, your diet and what you consume. Spend much time outside and in meditation.

Take care of yourself spiritually, emotionally, and physically, so that you hold those higher vibrations, and only continue upwards in frequency.
