Vibration and Raw Food

Greetings! From heart to heart in this moment we speak, I am Kejraj!

There are many who ask how to raise or remain in a high frequency other than the usual suggested methods of meditation, positive thoughts, and such.

Here is an easy and very beneficial way to your overall being.

Drink plenty of purified water, and consume raw foods.

Raw, uncooked foods still contain their nutrients and the water content. Have them as fresh as possible.

This affects your energy, chakras, cells, and DNA. Which keeps you in a fluid like state, allowing your energy to shift much easier, than when consuming more solid, animal flesh, and other cooked foods.

Go ahead and try it, see how you feel, listen to your body, feel your energies.

Agreed, guys, if I buy chicken or eggs, it must state certified humane. I can do no better. For compassion and financial reasons, I’ve been mostly vegetarian for about 3 years. Now that I live with family instead of on my own, I can afford fish again, and feel better…I’m still spending far more on food and gas than my income alone covers, but the consequences won’t be immediate… I’m counting on my stamina returning as the light grows stronger, I’m still bouncing back after a tick bite, fruit, veggies and moderate fasting are key! I’m trying to wean myself off of pasta and rice, they’re too sticky in the body, but if I want them, I eat them! I feed Stray Dog high quality too, he’s my baby and worth every penny 😊

….K, dumping the bulk of my belongings and identity, initially made me feel the smallest and most limited yet ☹️😢. They squeezed me in (grateful♥️) which led to a painful “best not heard🤐, and not seen🫥, situation for me, to be a good permanent houseguest. I’ve been forced to become more thoughtful, which I think is reflected in my comments on era☺️. I can’t mention era or ascension, or energies, or off topic things, or random thoughts, of course🤐. This initial severe isolation in a crowd, is changing into a stronger, more beneficial mindset🥰…For anyone wondering, I have a beautiful, tasteful wardrobe, I’m not so belittled by any of my circumstances throughout life, to go around in a frayed housedress and messy hair!😂😂😂💎‼️ Never looking for pity, there’s just no reason to censor myself on an anonymous comment board 🙏🏻😁😁😁, which is a wonderful thing😊

Once, I read an interesting analysis about diet and evolution. Human king used to eat what they could. So they hunted and eat only meat for a while. Then, they moved to somewhere else and eat only vegetables and berries along the way. Basically, the guy said we are not evolutionary wired to eat both at the same time, but to eat both separately. I am no expert on the matter. Many experts and dieteticians are saying a lot of things. And just on this comment section, we can see that many experiences are diverse. I don’t think there is a one-size fits all perfect diet.

Raksha, you’ve reminded me that I always react well to a one ingredient meal, like a baked potato, said to be no good for blood sugar levels! Mmm, thanks 🥔🥔🥔

I’m pretty sure our blood type dictates what diet enhances our beings, or poisons us, no matter what is written about it. I go for the best quality that I can afford, although not easily done with expenses doubled or tripled, over the past 3 1/2years* The higher the quality, better health follows, common sense. I’d like this standard all the world over! I also agree with Susan, that factory farming makes for unhappy food, the plants know it, and I’ll get consistent with having god bless and transform my food. *just stating the facts, if stating this simple fact at this crucial time stirs up ridicule, let this serve as an ink blot test instead… as usual, I say it all with love, my slender thread of sovereignty is on my mind! The When of ascension tends to get put off; so stabilizing basic needs still matters, not everyone can afford popcorn for this movie anymore 👼♥️🙏🏻

I am not sure if this is true or not, but I have that famous book about blood types and diet, and mine says I need a lot of proteins. At least, I can feel that my body craves it, while it doesn’t crave sugar. My compromise is to buy good meat where animals were well treated, and I avoid all industrial meat.

      Unfortunately, the slaugtherhouses are subpar.

I get free range, grass fed, corn finished organic beef, when I have it. I had to cut way down on red meat due to the fact I can’t process iron out of my body. It’s common to 5% of men of northern European ancestry. So, I have organic chicken, wild caught fish, a steak maybe once a month.

Emochromatose, right ? A friend of mine has it quite severly.
I process meat very well myself.

I live in France and in the countryside, so I know a few people who are feeding, as you said “free range, grass fed, organic beef”. I understand that it may be more difficult in the US.

One guy I know just kill a cow a month. I eat quite a lot of meat, but I am careful in what I buy and eat. But it’s illegal to kill the animal outside of slaugtherhouses, and from many hidden cameras footages, those houses are not really ethical.

If I could, I would eat light. But I still need meat.

It’s called Hemochromatosis. It has nothing to do with beef, it’s about lacking the enzyme to regulate Iron. Red meat is rich in Iron.

        2. Raksha

My friend I talked about is canadian, and apparently there is a lot of “viking DNA in there”, and that Emochromatose seems to come from there. Not that I am an expert.

Interesting. Have you ever considered that being literally ‘unable to process iron out of your system’ may be more than a genetic physical condition?
I mean, you often employ very graphic and gory imagery to illustrate your points, which also tend to revolve around men, violence, wars and conflict – all martial themes, carried out more in a ‘dumping’ way than let’s say ‘mind nutritious’.
And well, Mars and iron are kind of the same thing, holistically speaking.

WE all have free will, and we can choose what to do or believe…With this in Heart I know how it is when you let go of any meat…I did it for almost two decades…Our bodies do not need meat consumption…When I was avoiding all kinds of meat I attained a level of Beingness, of awareness never experienced before…For one I was able to eat almost nothing…and slept very little…My meditations lasted for hours at a time…One time it lasted a day and I found myself the next day in the same sitting position…My dreams were actually experiences in another place, being aware that my body was left behind on my bed while I was up there in the ships…My vibration was very high and I experienced an out of body awareness…I did not need to breathe as often as I do now…I had to remind myself to breathe, but I was very comfortable not breathing…I was also able to see the trees’ auras and so many more beautiful feelings…Like being in a constant flow of LOVE…. Again we choose our experiences…We all have free will…but my will is aligned with the Will of God…for without God I am not my Self…Much Love to you all…

I was vegetarian for years and finally came to the realization it’s total bullshit. These days I am full carnivore and I have never felt better!!

I’m 63 and once again I’m inflammation free in all my joints. I’ve dropped significant weight, I sleep better, have more energy, the floaters in my left eye are almost all gone, my teeth are stronger, I’m physically stronger and leaner. The list of benefits goes on and on.

I never experienced anything like this vegetarian. In fact my body was depleted and inflamed. And at times I probably suffered mild superiority complex for not eating meat. What a fool I was. Beef and fat are probably the healthiest food you could possibly eat.

Slaughterhouses might be horrible places but one can bless their food and give thanks and honor to the spirit of the animal that gave its life for the meal.

    Meat!

Again, no expert, but wheat has been so critical for centuries that it was heavily selected and recently modified. The current wheat, even if so called-organic, is not adapted to our evolutionnary process. I have more trust in rice.

I know vegans feel a sense of moral superiority for abstaining from the consumption of animal proteins, but can you tell me you can go out into a field and chew grass all day and turn that into the fat and proteins you need to sustain human life?

A cow can do it, but that’s a completely different digestive system, with 2 stomachs.

Gorilla’s live primarily off vegetable matter but have a hard time doing it and spend 18 hours a day eating, vomiting up the masticated vegetable matter then re-eating it, and yes, re-consuming their own feces, a strange species to be sure. Chimpanzees, our closest relatives in the animal kingdom love consumption of meat, they eat Baboons, Deer, Monkeys…and at times each other.

Are the 2/3rds of animals on planet Earth that are carnivore evil and morally inferior? Are they not life that is part of this “source infinite love” this site always speaks of? How can source be nothing but love when nature is so full of obvious cruelty?

Have you observed nature? It’s incredibly cruel. Some species, like Hyenas are repulsive and incredibly sadistic. They will consume their prey alive, without even the mercy of giving the animal death before eating it. It’s one of the reasons I cheer the Lions on in their quest to kill as many Hyenas as possible. Lions make sure their quarry is dead before they tear into it.

Nature is not love. It is a struggle and fight to the death. I maintain so is this source. It does not love you. It does not give one shit about you, anymore than it cares about a poor baby Gazelle paralyzed with fear that lays down while Hyenas start to tear it’s flesh apart.

Vegans stroke their ego and eat very poor animal protein substitutes like Soy based Tofu which is actually poisonous and Estrogenic. This is why vegans are weak and sickly and effeminate, Soyboys they have been named. These highly processed protein substitutes are unnatural and not found in nature but Soyboys think it is natural to eat this garbage.

These spiritual types are comprised of weaklings and cowards, for the most part, that hide behind their so called higher spiritual selves to mask their weakness and inherently cowardly nature.

You can either be a grazer and be consumed, or you can be a carnivore and consume the grazer.

That is the nature of this “source”

Ok Pally, I’ll meet you where you are.

Pally, all snowflakey, getting all triggered by your toxic masculinity, a mask for the wounded little boy yearning for love you never got, so blinded by this fear of being unlovable, you cannot see beyond it to take a moment to google all the plant based, Adonis, warrior-type pro athletes that are WAY more muscled and fuckable than you will ever be.

Ooohh. Did I say that? Yes I did. Because the light and the dark is in all of us. And it’s not about suppressing one or the other. It’s about seeing it, accepting it, integrating all of it into a beautiful wholeness of balance. And someday, some life, you will find the light in you, and know that is is okay to cry and grieve about what happened to you as a vulnerable child, and you will know it is okay to express that vulnerability and longing for love without the need to attack everything that threatens your mask of anger. That deep rage about what happened to you. And you will eventually come into balance and peace. And you will know you were loveable all along this twisted journey.

You also might want to google how the abject fear and anger of fight or flight response to the brutal and violent slaughterhouse experience courses through the animal’s blood in a release of the chemicals in cortisol, and settles into the muscles of the dying animal, resting there, waiting to be consumed by you. It’s true, you ARE what you eat.

And it’s not right or wrong whatever diet you choose. Just know you are choosing your experience. Do the plants also suffer? Yes. Moreso with the modern farming practices based on the spirit of greed and money money money rather than the highest good of ALL. That’s why we bless our food, thanking whatever is on our plate for sacrificing its life to nourish ours. Plant based eaters don’t feel superior. They feel compassion.

Actually, Paladin…I’ve torn source a new one, more than once, through the years, over Eons old injustice, cruelty, and the attempt to have us believe we are dear to this IT that makes universal rules. I’ve scathingly told it that it’s obvious to me, that it gets off on being evil….I risked a lightning bolt more than once with my rants! But- I’m also imagining that the yin yang symbol is one of the few truths we can look at. I’m also of the belief that the little white dot in the dark half, is finally ready to throw in with the other half, and tip the scale, to avoid one big hell. I think source gets so bored, our separation is just its way from going insane, quite frankly. I think good (not perfect, no one is perfect) people’s righteous outrage is part of the process; because there IS goodness, we all know that. So when injustice bothers us, to me, it fuels the process. Your disgust level pulled these thoughts from the back of my mind, to the front. I believe in rainbows and unicorns, but I also believe this website has more depth than that…and like a child learning that its parents are imperfect, I’ve concluded that god and devil are one vibration, and that this realm is a crucial part of its rebalancing. I feel the little white dot portion does love us dearly, and is putting things right☯️…my apologies, I didn’t mean to be so long winded. These are just my feelings, because I have no philosophical learnings, and, I make no pretenses of “understanding “ you! 😌💎♥️

Well, thank you Diamond Lil for being so polite and eloquent in your response, unlike Susan who purports to understand me on some deep level. Actually, I think she wants to make me a sandwich, but I’m not interested in blue haired feminists.

The upshot of what I want to say is I don’t think eating meat is immoral or cruel, because then 63% of the animals on Earth are cruel and immoral for being carnivorous, even though they have no choice in the matter.

It is a biological fact that Humans cannot turn cellulose into proteins, muscle and bone like a herbivore can.

I also think that source cannot be “infinite love” when obviously nature is based on cruelty and a never ending struggle to survive and assertion of dominance. Do I want it to be this way? No, but that’s the way it is.

Maybe this planet is the way it is because it is the property of some evil entity with god-like powers, but is not God or source, a position the Gnostics and Gnostic Christians held.

Paladin😂🥪… right, right, property…I suspect the “devil” got the first turn at making this game interesting, but when “god” said, your turn is over, forever, A-hole, our realm became stuck in the middle of their pushing match…so here we are, where we as humans shield ourselves as much as possible from nature, because nature IS cruel, and the lion still eats the lamb. As for me, I don’t like adhering to one strict way of eating, every time I’ve tried to, it made socializing impossible because I had become no fun😭. I go with regular fasting, moderate, nothing severe, so I can eat and drink 80/20, and get away with the 20%😁……..but, yeah, when it’s righteous anger, I do feel it, and deeply. I KNOW it motivates the small caring part of god, to push hard enough to fix the wrong all of our existence struggles to survive in…even a rock isn’t safe from a hammer…..I’m glad we’ve spoken today! Here, have another diamond! They’re free! ♦️😂♥️

The last paragraph is the most likely explanation based on sources like Law of One and The Hidden Hand.

Humanity has been in the third density for the past ~78000 years where the goal was to choose between fear and love, personally and collectively. To that end, certain factions were allowed to enter this sphere and act out pure evil to show us that which we are not and to provide plenty of catalysts for growth.

That ended in 2012 and humanity is now entering the positive fourth density of love and understanding which is why there’s a lot of turbulence going on as old fear-based power structures crumble and a new golden era dawns.

Is the Creator evil for making us go through it? I would say no because ultimately it’s doing it to itself, it’s all a game of self-discovery, and growth is more rewarding than comfort. There’s plenty of time to bask in bliss between lives and in the higher densities that await.
