You, the ones who carry the wisdom and energy of higher frequencies, are being called to step forward. Teach, guide, and support those around you who are seeking understanding, healing, and solace. This is how generational pain is finally brought to an end—by breaking the cycle and ensuring that the children of Earth carry within their souls not the burden of pain, but the purity of true love.
Show them what it means to embrace acceptance. Teach them to feel their emotions fully, to honor them without fear, and to release the need to suppress or ignore discomfort. Let them know that true growth often arises in moments of unease and challenge.

I’m feeling the fatigue and declining health struggles, too deeply lately to be Light and Love for a bunch of
“ethereal armchair athletes” pleasure.
These High Ones need to get off their rosy backsides, and re-energize their players.

talking about “practical” when i fell fatigue i take some time to make a “meditation sleep” on my sofa, asking someone to reach and help me restoring my force… like AA Raphael with the emerald green ray.. works really god…and many others as you probably know being here on Eol…
The important is ask and take the time to rest in the energies you invoke with concentration and relaxation at the same time.. well you know meditation.. and then if you fall asleep..good! Meaning you needed it.

I was in rough shape this morning, like all my good exercise and eating habits weren’t worth a dam, and then each thing I read was feeling pushy, during a “I’m not enough” stretch of time for me, for several weeks now.
I think I’ve been too sick to realize how much I needed to focus and make it crystal clear to my trustworthy’s, I need help from you….
Every attempted meditation was an unrestful nap.
