My dearest brothers and sisters,
This is Hakann speaking. I greet you in peace and love.
Depending on when this is published, Anos just did or will soon do the primary new year’s message. I will just use this opportunity to express all my love and appreciation to you, and to wish you a great 2025.
I am also happy to announce that from today onwards, a group of Pleiadians is offering energy assistance to any individual who asks.
What we are offering is distance energy work. We are not yet going to beam you up, physically visit you, or beam down objects.
Distance energy work has a real and noticeable effect, but there are limits to how much can be accomplished this way.
For example, if you ask for financial help, then we may be able to heal some emotional wounds and limiting beliefs and internal blocks and that may have some benefit, but that doesn’t mean you will be immediately financially stable. Energetic changes may take some time to translate to physical changes.
It’s also entirely possible that getting the effect you want will take tangible action on your end as well, such as you saying “yes” to an opportunity that crosses your path, or going to that event that you feel a nudge to go to, or talking to that person that you feel a sudden inclination to talk to, or actually starting that initiative that you have been thinking about for some time. Trust your intuition and your guidance. The current energies are also favoring people who are taking action and moving forward and trying to make a positive contribution.
We can try but will not necessarily be able to help with serious illness. This energy assistance is not a substitute for medical treatment. Please listen to your doctor.
Also, not all but some unpleasant situations are in your life because there is a lesson you need to learn. If you ask us to remove this unpleasant situation while you still haven’t learnt your lesson, then it might not be for your highest good for this group of Pleiadians to actually remove the unpleasant situation. In this case, it’s possible that nothing happens from your perspective.
So if you’re thinking of asking us to resolve an unpleasant situation in your life, it can help to first say out loud: “is there a lesson I should learn with regards to this situation?” and see if anything comes up.
Then again, some unpleasant situations aren’t for people’s highest good and are just the result of for example past trauma or limiting beliefs or destructive free-will choices that others are making. We may certainly be able to help with that.
You can make a specific request, but you can also just ask for assistance in general, and then this group of Pleiadians will do what they think is most beneficial.
To give some examples and to set reasonable expectations, here are the results when the channeler tried this with two friends of his:
One of them asked: “how can I balance being there for others and standing up for myself?” After receiving the assistance he mailed:
“I had an interesting observation yesterday and today! A few times I bumped into something, and my first instinct is: I shrink back, because I’m afraid of breaking something. Then I thought: Why am I not allowed to be there? Why do I have to make way for others/my environment? My environment can also make way for me!
I also played with the idea of putting myself out there a bit “bigger”, physically and socially, to see what happens. Probably only good things.
Thank you for the Pleiadian help! I do notice a difference.”
The other friend asked for general healing. The next day he said he didn’t sleep super well, but he felt “strangely refreshed.” He wrote “I really do feel better today. Thank you.” He also reported that a friend of his remarked that he looked unusually good compared to the last weeks.
So if you want to receive energy assistance, just leave a comment under this message and say what you would like assistance with, or if you would like general assistance and would like to let the Pleiadians decide. Your real name isn’t necessary, because the Pleiadians can just energetically hone in on the person who posted the comment.
The channeler communicates these requests to the Pleiadian group. He also acts as an energetic bridge and an energetic portal: our energy goes via the channeler, to the person making the request. Therefore this places some amount of energetic burden on the channeler. Because of this, only so many requests can be processed at a time.
Requests will be processed in the order they are made. You might have to wait some time before their request is addressed. Of course, there are all kinds of useful and beneficial things you can do in the meantime, both for yourself and others.
If you write a comment to ask for assistance and it’s your turn, the channeler will make the request and respond to you that you will receive the assistance before a certain date. For example if the channeler says “before 11 February”, that means that the Pleiadians will do the energy work before the morning of 11 February (in the CET time zone).
It’s entirely possible that the channeler will reply to multiple people with “before 11 February.” That means that he made several requests and all of those people are receiving the assistance in the stated time period.
Suppose you ask for an answer to a specific question, and the channeler answers “before 11 February.” Then in the time period before 11 February, we advise you to follow your intuition. If something that seems like an answer to your question just bubbles up, and it resonates, trust that it is the answer. If you feel drawn to suddenly open up a certain book, then follow that guidance. If you feel an urge to go do something, then go do it.
If in our example 11 February has arrived and you feel that you haven’t gotten the answer yet, then it may be the case that blocks have been cleared internally. In that case, on 11 February just say your question out loud, and see if an answer immediately arises in you, quite possibly in your normal inner voice. If it does and it resonates, then that may very well be the answer to your question.
Trust yourself.
A person is free to request assistance more than once, however I would like to ask you to only make a request a second or third or fourth time if there’s not already a queue of people waiting for their requests to be filled.
If you change your mind about what request you would like to make, simply reply to your request with another comment in which you write your updated request.
If you make multiple requests in one comment (for example “please help me with my foot pain and please also help me find a better job or another way to meet my expenses”), then it’s possible that only one of the requests will be honored. This is done so that other people also have the opportunity to make a request.
People have free will. Therefore, if you ask for healing for another person and that person hasn’t consented to it, then the request may not be honored.
After you received the assistance, feel free to reply to your own comment to say how it was for you. Although of course this isn’t mandatory.
This group of Pleiadians is open to talking to you telepathically, but you will only be able to hear them if your own telepathic abilities are sufficiently unlocked. They aren’t in most people. However, even if you’re not able to hear them, they will still help you. You might also have relevant dreams during this time period.
And, that’s it.

I’m so sorry you have cancer — and that after your leg pain and the dark entity. That’s a whole lot of painful things.
I’ll let you jump the queue because, well, it’s cancer. I’ll make the request a few minutes from now and the Pleiadian team will do their work before 14 October.
That said, I don’t know but it’s possible that cancer is linked to some other issue that’s going on, which might be something that you consciously need to face or work through.
So it might be worthwhile to also, for example, resolve some old pain, go in-person to a spiritual healer, have some conversations with people, or do whatever else you feel you need to do / what calls to you. But of course, maybe you’re already doing that.

While healing certain issues (such as anxiety) probably has intrinsic time constraints in order to manifest, I was wondering if the reach and timely availability of this enterprise could benefit from voluntary energetic contributions from regular EOL readers.
To be honest, I believe many of us would greatly personally benefit in doing so, so I suggest a topic; and furthermore perhaps an experiment, providing “safe” guidelines for a collective healing effort.
I am not sure if I understand you right, but I had the same idea. Creating a topic and taking turns to send love to each others.
But my previous experiment was a bum haha. Maybe you can do it ?
I appreciate the clear intention and desire to help.
And yes, it is an issue that people who weren’t one of the first to post, likely aren’t getting this kind of energetic assistance in a timely manner.
But I discussed your suggestion with the Pleiadians and they don’t think it would help because frankly most people have wounding / limiting beliefs / impurities / ego / etc. Even if a person’s conscious intention is to help and to just send healing / pure love and light, they may very well have “clutter” / wounding / resentment / etc in their subconscious or emotional body, which pollutes the energy they’re sending.
The Pleiadians I discussed this with didn’t think that people being sent energy from all kinds of people who themselves have issues, would really benefit.
Now, there are certainly Earth humans who CAN send healing energy to others and have it be clearly beneficial, but that’s not the average person. If a person thinks their energy is clearly beneficial to others, they can test it on a couple of friends if needed, and then make their own Era of Light topic and offer their service. And if they want they’re free to post a comment here linking to their own topic (so long as they’re not charging money).
And of course, people can help people around them in conventional ways, they can just be kind, they can work on themselves, they can do spiritual practice, they can take a spiritual healing course and then try to help others, etc etc.
Oh ! So just sending love and good will doesn’t work for an average human being ?
It works for the person sending, which was kinda my point. You’re always more open to receive something you’re willing to give away.
But it works in reverse too, therefore healing yourself is probably the best way to heal the collective as well.
Correct. If average person A sends love and good will to average person B, then B doesn’t benefit.
Although there are persons A that can send energy that does benefit B.
Complaint department is right that average person A might actually benefit themselves from sending energy to others. But then again, A’s inner part or inner wounding might be unhappy if A does that, in some cases, because others are being helped but A themself / A’s inner part isn’t.
It’s like how an unloved child might be unhappy to see their parent going out of their way to be loving towards some unrelated third person.
Agree with complaint department that the average person should probably focus on their own healing and spiritual development and getting their own life on track in a conventional way (which indeed helps others too), along with just normal kindness and helpfulness towards the people around them.
Personally I was guided to really focus for a long time on my own healing and self-development journey before helping others. Before my first for-others-channeling, there was actually a period of about two years when I felt ready and willing to help others, and I had notable abilities already, but still I was being told by my guides to continue to work more on myself first. And they were right.
Also note that trying to help someone by sending them energy is quite challenging / skill-intensive. For the average person, if they want to spend some energy to help someone, it’s more efficient to just be kind to others, to listen to them in a loving way, to practically help them out, etc.
Fair enough, thanks for the insight. Intention to help is certainly halfway through, but competence makes for the other half.

Yes the average person lacks skill to energetically help someone, but they may also lack the intention, because it’s entirely possible that their emotions and subconscious aren’t aligned with the intention of their conscious mind.
So for example they may consciously set the intention to help whoever requested the healing, but their subconscious might be resentful: “when am I getting help? I’m only ever helping others, others aren’t ever helping me.” In this case, despite what they may be consciously aware of, they don’t have a pure healing intention.
People often think of their conscious mind as the determinative thing, but a people’s emotions and subconscious probably play an even bigger role — and in most people, those aren’t healed / pure / aligned with the conscious mind.
Hence the importance that people spend a large amount of time first observing and healing their own stuff.
Completely agree. I’d say the subconscious currently prevails on most people on earth, and therefore most of self-healing efforts – which ultimately are also self-empowering – involve willingly connecting with it and bringing forth it’s contents.

I would like assistance for my feeling tired all the time. My heart condition is not good. The left valve is leaking, for which I might have an operation after another check-up in three months. Also the veins may be obstructed. In 2001 I got three bypasses, in 2010 I was dottered. In 2019 it should be done again but didn’t work after 3 attempts.

Obviously everyone is free to do as they wish. If that’s your and / or anyone else’s choice, then that’s perfectly fine.
In theory, does anyone need Pleiadians, or me, for healing? No. In theory, people can do it by themselves.
And in fact, I’m sure that some people can in practice genuinely do it by themselves. It’s entirely possible that you are one of them.
But in practice, there are also a whole lot of people out there who have asked for what they want / need, and aren’t getting it. I think many people have at some point run across the idea that you’re sharing, and they indeed tried it, but then they weren’t helped (although I don’t doubt that some people were helped).
One of the people I tested this Pleiadian energy assistance with literally said “what puzzles me is that if you ask [the Pleiadian team to help me] there is better results than when I ask [for help, not to this Pleiadian team].”
Why is that? Well, people aren’t just their conscious mind. Therefore if they sit down and ask for help, then perhaps not 100% of their being is aligned with and behind that request for help.
Instead, perhaps their conscious mind asks that their foot is healed. Their inner child wants that their foot remains unwell, so that they don’t have to go to work tomorrow. Their subconscious mind has the belief that they’re unworthy of having a good life and don’t deserve happiness. And their soul wants the foot to remain unwell to get them to learn a critical lesson.
Will this person be helped if they ask for help as you suggest? Quite possibly not. Because “they” are more than just their conscious mind.
Can what I offer help this person? Maybe. The “need to learn a critical lesson” part here could cause the foot to remain unwell. But the Pleiadian team can help heal the “I don’t want to go to work” and “I’m unworthy of having a good life” blocks / limiting beliefs.
I’ve also sent in a Hakann channeling titled “Onion healing” to this website which is a healing methodology that people can do by themselves. It still partly uses other beings for help, so it’s not quite “only asking Source”, but hopefully it’ll help people. It should appear soon.

Dear Hakann, my new girlfriend, which I believe is my twin soul, is breaking up with her former boyfriend. Ok. I really didn’t think much of it at first. When they started l would be on a construction project. The crew would all be there to start the day and by lunchtime they would all be gone. And not return. Nothing was ever finished. Many times wet concrete was just poured and no one to finish it. Then l would muddle through it by myself. At the end of the day l would leave the job site only to find that my truck had been stolen. This was the prevalent dream. Later there were these smaller residential projects. Which l would handle by myself but for whatever reason couldn’t finish. Then that scenario would vanish and l would leave only to find that my truck had been stolen again. I would show up the next day with a brand new truck only to find that it had been stolen as well. As usual l would spend hours casing the neighborhood to no avail. This is becoming elongated. There is more but perhaps we can chat on Messenger or something similar.

You already have everything you need to achieve a conscious out of body experience. Don’t underestimate how powerful you already are. So, just speak the intention and likely it’ll happen at the right time.
Try to let go of “I can’t” or “I can’t without external help” or other limiting type of thoughts. If you notice those type of thoughts, you can for instance just observe them, which automatically weakens those thoughts. Or if you have a specific technique you like to use in those situations, that’s of course fine too.

From my perspective, likely there is some lesson that you’re supposed to learn from this situation or tangible action you’re supposed to take, and you haven’t learnt / done it yet, and just removing the situation wouldn’t actually serve your highest good.
In general, galactics and our souls are much more concerned with soul growth, and much less concerned about ending suffering than our conscious minds are. Which is illustrated by, well, the galactics so far not yet having done a big open intervention, and souls sometimes choosing to incarnate on harsh worlds.
Of course, I may also just be wrong. I don’t know you, and it’s possible that what would have been for your highest good is actually just getting help, yet this simply didn’t work.
