Commander Heron: Quantum Cleansing of the Body with Water

Channel: A.V. | For EraofLight.com

Dear Earth Friends,

I am Commander Heron of the hospital ship, here to bring you a special broadcast on visualization and healing through water pressure. This broadcast uses quantum physics principles to enhance the body’s regeneration and purification process.

Visualization is a powerful technique that allows you to use quantum energy to promote healing and regeneration of the body. Through visualization, you can positively influence your physical and emotional state.

Concept of Visualization.

Visualization is creating clear and vivid mental images of what you want to achieve. Imagine that the water you drink is cleansing your body, reaching all the organs and removing impurities. Add the code “my body starts the complete cleansing process” and send it to your brain, so that it cooperates with what is said, instantly manifesting what you have requested.

Quantum Physics and Visualization.

According to the principles of quantum physics, everything in the universe is composed of energy and vibrations. The human mind has the ability to influence these vibrations through thought and visualization. When you visualize your body cleansing, you are sending energy signals that can transform physical reality.

Quantum physics suggests that there are multiple possibilities and that the observer (you) plays a crucial role in determining the outcome of situations. By visualizing with intention and clarity, you can direct healing energy to the parts of the body that need regeneration.

Example of Quantum Visualization with Water Pressure.

Choose a moment of tranquility and relaxation, preferably on an empty stomach.

Drink a liter and a half of water over a period of 5 minutes.

Close your eyes and breathe deeply, inhaling love and light, and exhaling any tension.

Visualize the water creating pressure in your body, cleansing the blood and reaching all the organs.

Imagine the water gently enveloping the organs, bringing warmth, healing and regeneration.

Add the code “my body starts the complete cleansing process” and send it to the brain.

Stay in this state of meditation for a few minutes, allowing the water and energy to do their work.

Finally, go to the bathroom to expel what the body has cleaned or feels it needs to be released through its own methods.

Diet Tips.

To keep the body clean and healthy, it is important to follow a diet based on natural foods, especially fruits and vegetables.
Avoid toxic foods and harmful substances to optimize the purification and regeneration process.

There really is something to this article. Years ago I read and saw videos on the study of intention and water. Dr. Masaru Emoto studied how your thoughts interacted with water, he froze the water, then sectioned it. Depending on the quality of thoughts the energy formed either random uncompleted forms OR beautifully sculpted snowflake like patterns.

You may differ about how much water you need to drink but the long and short of this is drinking with intention for healing can begin wonderful cleansing things.

    I’ll drink to that!

Drink when you’re thirsty. People have died due to overhydration during sports events and such, it’s become a bit of a cult.

I know. It will cause an imbalance in the body. It will become too diluted and that can be life-threatening.
No, I will not use this technique.

Yes, it’s what the doctors said. And that you should avoid distilled water too, since it lacks all those very important minerals, and includes fluoride which is good for your teeth! You can die from unhealthy teeth too.

I always drink distilled water but supplement with electrolytes.
What’s more, our water (in Sweden) does not contain fluoride, which is a nerve toxin. It is found in rat poison, among other things. I also do not use toothpaste with fluoride.
However, I know of people who have tried to take their own lives by drinking a lot of water in a short time. Most of them can’t do it because they start to feel too bad.
I don’t trust doctors at all and that’s not where I got the information, but that there is an imbalance between salts and water if the amount of water becomes too large, that’s true, and that’s far from good.
But everyone can do as they please. However, I will not drink as much water as the message says.

I am sorry you know people who tried to die by drinking too much water and am not advising against following personal beliefs and local regulations, and assume neither is Cmdr. Heron.

That being said, the idea of flushing anything with water is precisely creating a temporary unbalance, as it drains ‘good salts’ and ‘bad salts’ alike. If you follow the prescription above on ‘Diet Tips’, all lost salts will be very quickly replaced in your system.

I believe the extreme conditions that result in death exceed the limit of one and a half liters for an average adult preferably on an empty stomach, and not in the middle of strenuous physical activity.

But if you are really interested in actually healing something, I am sure that drinking less – even a single glass of water – paired with meditative intent, can have a significant impact on health.

Since I am a bit desydrated right now, I did some researchs and electrolytes seem very nice. Never heard about it before. Nice synch. Also, where I live, there is no fluorid in water.

Suicide by water ? what a weird idea.

          3. Raksha

GPT told me the best easy-to-do rehydratation drink is : coco water + a bit of lemon juice + a pinch of salt, that seems good to you ? Lots of electrolytes + salt to balance + whatever.

          4. Raksha

Who were you answering to Margarita (pun intended) ? Any tips for me ? I badly need rehydratation 🙂 And I am no pro about diet.

There are way too many interesting things about water as an alchemy element to cover here, so I’ll stick to the topic.
I think flushing is an occasional treatment, not a daily routine or a fraternity drinking contest. Paying attention to thirst and to what you’re drinking seems pretty basic wisdom and straightforward.
I put my drinking water in a glass the sun daily, and magnetize it with quartz. Sometimes, I add lemon or make teas on, it’s fun.
Fluoride is present even in bottled water were I live, so I went for an electric distiller. Curiously enough, it is only sold in dentistry supply stores!

        2. Diamond Lil

Does the _quartz_sit in the glass, with the water???

          Or just touching the glass?

The water dispenser holding it with water is plastic, the one that sits in the sun is glass, naturally.

The intense astrology of March will be harsh for our lymphatic system, slow it down and impede flushing toxins. As Ann suggested, lemon water is good. Lots of water! Also herbs that warm or speed up lymph movement like garlic, fenugreek, ginger. Teas that support lymphatic toxin removal include green, ginger, dandelion, red clover, cleavers. Buckle up everyone! And take good care.

I started drinking a litre of water with the juice of half a lemon first thing in the morning. I do this within a minute or two, and it was a little difficult at first but I got used to it quickly (I did this after reading another channel’s recommendation a few years ago, and they highlighted that the pressure of drinking it quickly was beneficial due to the flushing process). What I find interesting is, afterwards I often only pee a little out and that can be an hour or two later, which shows to me how dehydrated my body gets overnight.

I don’t think drinking that much water is needed. We are made of water too. It’s about the visualisation and intension. The water you are drinking is just a tool to assist in the cleansing process. 🙂

A liter and a half in five minutes? At this rate I’d be literally bathing my lungs, no need to visualize it.

Scratch that, it can be done but you will feel a bit dizzy for the first few minutes and may need to slosh about afterwards.

I like water at night, Raksha, it’s a great way to be assured of getting up in about 2-3 hours,
maybe peek out of window at the neighbors, and the yard.

I once saw a coyote because I was up for the bathroom at an odd hour!

I’m certain the neighbors are up to no good,
I’ll catch them someday, at night 🤪💎♥️

I don’t remember who I answerd to but you can do this to balance your body.
          1. Mix ingredients
Mix 1 liter of water, 1/2 teaspoon of salt (not herb salt) and 6 teaspoons of sugar or dextrose.
          2. Bring to a boil and let cool
Boil the liquid and stir until the salt and sugar have dissolved. Let the water cool relatively quickly, then store it in the refrigerator. The fluid replacement for children should taste like tears, no saltier than that.
          3. Flavor
Flavor the fluid replacement for adults with, for example, lemon. Fluid replacement for children can be flavored with two teaspoons of concentrated fruit juice or lemonade. This will make it taste better and easier to drink.

Yes, that’s what they recommend for severe dehydration scenarios…

… am I the only person disturbed about using the taste of tears as a reference?

          2. Margareta

Tears are tears. This is a copy from another site which used this as an example. Thats all.

        3. Diamond Lil

Coconut water tastes terrible even before adding the salt and lemon, Raksha. (To me, anyways)

Lemon water with honey if you want it, much better…it doesn’t have to taste strong to work.

Unfiltered vinegar, same thing as lemon water.

          Fruit hydrates.

It’s best not to flood your stomach while eating, have the fluids between meals to avoid stomach aches.

I don’t like salting the juices, I had a bad reaction to that recipe.

          Hope that helps! 😁💎
