I am Saint Germain.
And I come to be with you at this time, at this time, when you are about to experience a major influx of energy that is going to be coming in, many of you are going to feel that energy. You are going to feel it just walking out in nature and you’ll feel that expression. You’ll feel that lightness or that blissful feeling that will come over you, even if it is just for a moment, but it will heighten in your expression, it will heighten your consciousness and your vibrational frequency at that time.
And then being able to hold that frequency for a little bit longer, in each time this happens, you’ll be able to hold it a little bit longer, be able to anchor that light a little bit more. And that is what this is all about. That is what essentially the ascension process is all about, that you are able to experience this more and more and feel the energies. Not only know about the energies, but begin to actually feel them, to feel them within you. And it is not just certain people that will be able to do this, but more and more will be able to, to the point where all those that are ready for the ascension will feel these energies, more and more, feel that blissfulness come over them.
And that will be something you will want to hold onto. Just as you have had in various times in your life, when you have had that blissful feeling come over you and you wanted to hold onto it.
But at last, you were not able to hold onto it for very long because you were not ready to hold those vibrations, that higher vibration within you. But you are more and more now able to hold that vibration. And when you can hold that higher vibration, then those that have that higher vibration will be attracted to you. That is how this works. That is how the attraction process works. You raised your vibrational frequency and attract higher beings that have that vibrational frequency as well.
And yes, I am speaking of those of the Galactics, those of the Agarthans, those that have that higher vibrational frequency, which will be attracted to you and you to them, more and more and more. That is because of the energies that are coming into the planet and will continue to come in. And you will find that you will be able; again, to hold those energies more and more and experience them.
Will everybody across the planet know this and feel this? no, they will not because many are not ready for this yet. They have not raised their vibrational frequency enough yet to be able to hold that energy. But they will experience it, but it will be in more negative fashion for many of them because their central nervous system is not ready for this. But you, those that have been acclimating to these energies are becoming ready for this more and more and to hold these energies. And that is my message that I came to bring with you today. It goes along with everything that is happening in your third dimensional expression as well in the matrix, if you will.
So much is changing, so much is in process of changing more and more and more. And you will find that these changes will begin to bring more and more people on board, you might say. More and more people will begin to awaken. That is the great awakening. That is what is leading to the first wave of ascension. And yes, there are those that are in that second wave as you were in in your discussion earlier that are in the process also of moving into that first wave because they are beginning to awaken, and more and more shall awaken, because as the republic of this United States or America comes back into being into what it was originally intended to be, then it will grow. It will grow beyond the borders of this United States for America and grow out into boundaries beyond this even across the oceans to encompass the entire planet.
That is what this entire ascension process is all about to bring the world together in unity consciousness. And you have those that are in place right now to begin this process, this process of the new republic spreading everywhere.
Be of good cheer, my friends, my brothers and sisters because everything that has been happening up to this point is all happening because of you, you, the light workers, the light warriors that have been the catalyst for bringing this all about and bringing those ones forward to lead the charge,you might say.
I am Saint Germain and I leave you now in peace and love and oneness. And that you continue to embrace these energies, and I use that term purposely, embrace these energies as they come in more and more.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, I have had many of the same symptoms such as the electricity running through me especially waking me up in the night making me suddenly uncover to cool off! That went on for about a year and was horrible and also nightly insomnia almost every night but seems to be easing.
Don’t understand where I’m at now but wanted to validate your concerns.
Certain prescriptions have helped too.

I like your interpretation of the energy blasts.
I think that probably these things work according to how the individual believes they work but who knows really.
My belief is that throughout your current life, and all previous lives (if you believe in re-incarnation) every traumatic incident that wasn’t processed, is stored somewhere in your physical body.
So every negative emotion you have ever experienced that you didn’t process at the time, gets pushed down into your physical body until your higher-self decides it’s time for it to be dealt with (processed). I think that ultimately all these unprocessed emotions get carried from life to life via your DNA – & re-constituted in your newest physical body (life) and you “release” them unconsciously through karma until you are sufficiently advanced to work on them consciously.
I think these energy blasts are here to sharply accelerate this process.
Deep slow breathing during the blasts carries the breath, which contains the energy\light needed
to release the emotions, much more deeply to your cells, thus helping to remove all that stuck
emotional energy we have all being carrying around for lifetimes.
So I think the energies are hugely beneficial & forcing all unresolved traumas to the surface of
(the body AND your conscious awareness) which translates into the purging\releasing we all hear
so much about.
Is any of this true & does it apply in the same way to everybody?
I have no idea whatsoever.

Agreed, 3 trillion cells keeping track of all slights and benefits.
I had the good fortune once, of glimpsing one in action, a circular buzzsaw motion, I felt that it was cutting through the cement to eventually free me.
So I was astounded and happy.
I’ve suffered insomnia sporadically for years anyway… and 6 or 12 sounds a lot less than you guys load.
I hesitated to comment, because I realize, I’m not overwhelmed by them…..
but, I can vouch for a reason to like them!

Well, I can speak only for me, but when one electrical zap might be interesting, when you get them all night as long as you fall asleep, they become anything but great. But I am not sure we are speaking about the same thing, I think everyone has his own make-up, his own symptoms, I am not even sure there is a one-size-fits-all explanation.
Indeed, Raksha …. I’m very sure we are talking about the same thing but I agree we all feel it as a unique thing.
Well, it seems from this small sample of people, the energies aren’t always felt as bliss or any other higher emotion but mostly as somewhat difficult. (As I suspected)
Lil seems to be one of the lucky few 🙂

I have been waiting for an article like this to ask people of their opinions of these energies.
I have experienced them for the last 17 odd years & thought someone might be interested in what I had to say, and, to ask you to respond in any manner that you wish.
These energies wake me up at night and pour through me during the day.
They feel like electricity running through me.
They can feel soft & sublime or rough & terrifying.
They can play havoc on me down to what feels like a sub-atomic level, or burn my surface skin.
I can wake up feeling like I have run a marathon, or three.
I can wake up feeling like a baseball bat has beaten every cell in my body to within an inch of its life.
They can be so strong that if feels like in that minute, I am about to perish.
I have done what many articles recommend – I have tried using them for self-healing.
I have tried consciously directing them out into the world “for the highest good of all”
I have tried grounding them deep into the planet.
Nothing about them makes any sense or seems to make anything better.
In the beginning, they were intriguing, fascinating and gave me hope.
I have invoked the help of St Germain while using the Violet Flame, Guides, Masters and Higher Beings, ad-nauseam. I have never in all these years had any type of response to any requests for help or guidance from anyone.
I have no idea why this happens to me or what I’m supposed to do with it.
Now, this last influx was one of the worst I have ever experienced.
I’ll go back in time a bit & say that over the years they have gotten stronger & much more difficult to handle/integrate. They can make me feel emotionally unstable & mentally unhinged ..
for a shorter or longer period of time.
I haven’t been able to walk for the last 4 days due to extreme back pain due to these recent energies..
Then I read an article such as this & I wonder what the story is:
“Will everybody across the planet know this and feel this? no, they will not because many are not ready for this yet. They have not raised their vibrational frequency enough yet to be able
to hold that energy. But they will experience it, but it will be in more negative fashion for many of them because their central nervous system is not ready for this.
So my frequencies (whatever those are) are high enough but my CNS isn’t so I will experience it in a negative fashion? It would appear so ……
My experience of these energies is mostly negative. Yes, I do get brief moments of happiness occasionally but have no experience whatsoever of the “bliss” that such articles talk about.
I read all sorts of spiritual articles almost every day and they all talk about the ease & grace of the energies & the (Im about to be sarcastic here) downloads of universal information &
blue-gold codes of cosmic love and light, activations of DNA strands that bring forth full integration of soul-level knowledge etc etc (you get the idea, right?)
I’m not looking for advice or sympathy but, if you do feel these energies, I’d like to read about your experiences with them, away from the Love & Light click-bait crowd.

The only ‘ascension symptom’ I unmistakably feel today is the acceleration of subjective time, but all frustrations that I experience – including physical pain- can be traced back to a mismanagement of that.
Taking the time to READ things and hearing the ‘Love & Light crowd’ always paid off for me, so thanks for your obviously genuine interest.

The whole point of my post was to see if anyone else experienced the energies at all, or, as I do.
Many years of this have taught me that my discomfort has no bearing whatsoever on any of it.
My only hope is that at some point in the future I will understand what my role played in the unfolding – as I hope everyone will.

Hello Steve. I have quite a lot of symtoms with no medical explanations, such as electrical shocks, insomnias, and all the usual list. I am always reluctant to call it “ascension symptoms” because I find it is a bit too easy to put all the blame on them, especially if they last for years. But I don’t know. Anyway, thanks for sharing, I think that we won’t have a definite answer, unless we go within.

On the nights I get woken up, I’m lucky to get 2 hours sleep. Do that 3 or 4 nights in a row & it’s not so much fun.
I think that even if the symptoms last for years, if they are constantly changing how they present, and change locations in the body, it’s unlikely to be a specific medical issue.

And actually, I wanted for a while to compare symptoms with others, so you did it for me.
It’ a common sense for people that have cancer to search for all available cures in order to live longer but right now majority sick people dies anyway wether they like it or not, there are many cures but hidden. A person like me would want that cure to be available public for all people.
In comparison with high vibrating Galactics they want the sick person with cancer to learn how to cure the illness with he’s/her own abilities without technology help.
If that’s the case, then Galactics should take over the educational system to share that techniques.
The sick person is still has amnesia, he doesn’t know this INCOMING INFLUX OF ENERGIES, the person will die. If many will die like that, that means that the Galactics also followed the depopulation agenda of the NAA(Negative Alien Alliance).
No lightworkers on ground would want that to ever happen. I myself would want all people right now to achieved immortality regardless of soul contract. You all deserved it! That is a Service to Others attitude that I was born with it!!! Amen

Soul contracts are individually CHOSEN by souls, never FORCED on them. Pain can be part of soul contracts, but not suffering.
Suffering results from the conflict of soul contracts and OTHER contracts people signed with shady entities, often manifest in the form of shitty ‘common sense’ beliefs like ‘no pain no gain´.
If you fight against someone else’s pain that IS in their soul contract, their soul will repel your solution and kick your ass for interfering. Yes.
All you can do is constantly put YOUR shit through the violet furnace and hope others will follow your example.
