Anyone who appears to be breathing with a pulse and a beating heart knows these are powerful days, and it will not let up. Summer is going to be a hot one, energetically speaking. But you already knew this! We will not be in the same place when this energy heat wave is over. Oh Yeah! Here we go!

At the end of June, I had an epic dream of a massive pillar of light shining down to earth, filled with ancient and eternal codes. In the dream, there were three of us, which reminds me of the power of the sacred trinity. In the dream, we were in a glorious-looking valley on Earth, and we felt awe and surprise as the pillar of light began to anchor to Earth from the Heavens. Even though we had never seen these new light codes within it, they felt strangely familiar. I felt like they were part of our divine original blueprint. This is another layer of new Earth frequencies anchoring into the Earth grids. Ever since I had this dream/vision, the energy on Earth has picked up tremendously, it’s heavy, it’s exhausting, it’s volcanic and solar, and bizarrely exhilarating, filled with anticipation.

Anytime there is an influx of light of this magnitude, an immediate clearing comes after. The clearing that comes after an influx of light will trigger a lot of odd and unexpected things that we will need to unpack, unravel, and make conscious again. We may have fragmented dreams filled with little bits of toxic energy and trauma that are unhealed and uncleared. Also, we can have ecstatic dreams with clues and frequencies that tell us what is coming for us next. Remember, your brain reacts and will store experiences you had in dreams like they are reality, whether they are positive or negative. So when you have a positive dream, journal it and hold onto it. Positive dreams can be very healing and creative. When you have a negative dream (nightmare), it can overshadow your entire day. I’m going to share a quick clearing process below. (PS. . . May all who read this post have glorious, epic, wondrous, positive dreams, awake or sleeping!)

During this time, we will encounter places within ourselves where we learn to value ourselves even more, reclaim our true, authentic selves, and develop a more profound respect for all living beings. The inner chaos will intensify if we don’t embrace this work and run from personal accountability.

There might be relationships we can no longer stay in and others that we need to give more energy to. Some relationships are worth fighting for, and others are simply not. Your heart will know when you are spending your energy wisely. You can be beautifully empathic without being a doormat. Remember the energy you have each glorious day is a gift from Creator, and how you spend this life force is how you honor Creator, so spend wisely. (This is easier said than done.) Let go of the lost causes and the bottomless energy pits. Spend your energy in places you know it can make a difference; if it doesn’t, move on. We are being asked to show up with all our authenticity and power and walk our talk. We will find ourselves asking for the enlightened wisdom to understand what is worth our time and what is not.

The TEA SIEVE CLEARING PROCESS

This process can be done anytime you feel a little energy wobble, wake up from a bad dream, feel odd after leaving the grocery store, etc. It will take me longer to write this than for you to do it. I also can’t take credit for the process because Archangel Michael created it. Thanks buddy! Despite your ridiculous sense of humor and the silly title for this process, I appreciate you.

Many of us here have already done intense shadow work, but it’s still not as clear as you “remember” yourself to be. This is a quick (I call it the OCD process) process to clear out all the micro energy toxins we collect daily by living in this constantly mutating world. The world is so loud and dusty these days we just can’t keep up with all the little energy stabs we feel in a day. It is time to be a little OCD about our daily clearings. The past world is crumbling, the future is flooding in, and we are asked to dance in the center of it all, so clearing daily is essential.

This process will clear out the micro-energy toxins, remnants of psychic cords and draining attachments, harmful projections (spells), jealousy, fear, hate, and all malevolent energy sent your way that has stuck to you like Velcro.

This little process will filter through your body, mind, and spirit through all time, space, dimension, past, present, future, etc. It will filter all the micro negative energy particles up and out of you and send them back to the source for recycling. Energy that is misqualified cannot be destroyed; it must be recycled.

The process. . . Imagine a circle of a tightly woven net or screen on the ground underneath your feet. It is made of little light threads. A drawstring is around the edges of the circle. At your own pace, and what feels effective to you, begin to pull the screen up through your body, and watch all the harmful debris collected in your energy field get caught up in the net. Continue moving up through your body until you reach the top of your head and pull it free from you. Feel the relief. Then imagine the screen filled with this debris returning to its source to be recycled. Simple. Spiritual work should be simple.

The first time I did this, I was shocked. I had sludge that looked like oil in my net. I felt considerably better once I used it. Then I used it several times that day. Empathic/sensitive people tend to pick up a lot of energy. The quantity of sludge has become less and less, and now it seems I’m only doing it once daily. As I post this, Archangel Michael assures me that anyone using this little process will ensure it will be as effective as it was on me.

Archangel Michael shares that spiritual work should not take hours to complete. As we move into and anchor into the new earth frequencies, things will become easier and more instantaneous, and I think this process is another example of this. I know many of you are feeling the edges of an instantaneous manifestation world creeping toward us. This can certainly trigger impatience in the world at this point. We can literally see this all around us.
