I greet you in Love and Light, I am The Oracle.
I come to you from beyond the Physical reality, from beyond the dimensional Realms. I arrive as a sacred dove, a symbol of peace and purity, an Oracle of Pure Consciousness.

It is an opportune moment to slow down, take a breath, and engage in a meaningful reevaluation of your goals and actions. Medical breakthroughs that have long been suppressed will begin to emerge, offering hope and healing to those who seek it. I work with a few very toxic people – and have dealt with that for awhile by trying to just avoid them. Is this the right approach?
I empathize, that’s a very unpleasant situation.
Without more information about you and about the toxic people, I don’t think people can give better advice than “depends.”
Or some flavor of “listen to your soul for guidance, if you can.”
Are there situations in which that is the right approach? Yes.
Thanks. By “toxic” I mean those who are simply unkind, or say untrue things, or talk poorly about others (I’m not the only one who witnesses it). I’ve tried to be nice but hasn’t worked. I don’t think there’s anything more I can do.
I’ve been in a similar situation to you for a while. Toxic manager – bully, compulsive liar and often gaslights the people working under her including myself. I used to try and turn the other cheek, and sometimes I would try speaking to her patiently and with empathy as she’s clearly someone who has her own issues. However after years of putting up with it I recently made the decision to make an official complaint about her. Something I would never usually do, but enough is enough and I am supported by other team members thankfully. Just my two cents – not necessarily the right solution for all but I tried the softly softly approach for years and it didn’t stop this person from bullying people and abusing her authority. I hope you find the best way through 🙏🏼😊
