If you feel heavy in the heart or emotionally, pause, breathe, and speak to yourself, hear your own voice, let You know that You are ready to shift and have a different kind of experience going forward.
Here is something you can experiment with; record yourself speaking, whatever it may be, preferably positive words, affirmations, mantras. Then, put on a pair of headphones, sit or lie down, and listen to your own voice. Do this first thing in the morning or right before bed for the best effect.
Don’t be surprised or deny some of the old memories which may resurface as you listen to your own voice. Remain observant, with no emotional reactions to whatever may arise.
Hearing your own voice shifts your vibration instantly, your subconscious recognises this and responds, with new energies becoming manifest. Try it, and see how you feel about the experiment. Observe, and be.
Listening to your own voice through headphones is especially powerful because it creates an intimate feedback loop; you hear yourself more clearly, closely, and fully than in ordinary speech.
The sound becomes immersive, stripping away external noise and distractions so that every tone, pause, and inflection resonates back to you with amplified presence.
This raises self-awareness, deepen focus, and strengthen confidence, as your voice shifts from something fleeting in the air to something solid, real, and commanding in your ears. It’s a way of owning your sound, and in turn, your truth.
