   Reminds me of when POTUS turned to Knesset members onstage in Israel–after a ‘disruptor’ had been summarily removed from the chamber–and remarked, with that lopsided grin on his face, “That was very efficient.” They laughed and applauded.

   I imagine the Galactic Federation was happy to see some ‘efficiency in security measures’ conducted openly, since they’ve had to do everything in ‘disguised’ ways for millenia.
