In the 1954 was there a meeting between two factions of Off World Visitors with President Eisenhower and MJ12. Other world leaders were involved.
What was offered by both factions, what were the terms and conditions?
Did one faction what we refer to as the Greys make an offer to trade off world technology, advanced weaponry for the right to experiment on unwilling and unknowing humans?
Was the other faction the Nordics/Pleiadeans who offered anti/counter gravity, fuelless energy and extreme healing technology, med-beds, environmentally friendly technology with the condition we ended our nuclear war programs?
Who decided to go with the negative faction and allow abductions and experimentation on Earth humanity?
Who gave the orders and carried out those orders behind the character and physical assassinations of independent researchers and contactees.
Is this ongoing to this day, if so who is giving the orders now and who is carrying them out.
Who is in charge of the black helicopters used to surveil and harass researchers and contactees? Do they have any government oversite?
Have there been other technologies using frequencies to spy on and influence at a distance, computer to brain technologies used on researchers and contactees?
Has there been chemicals or biologicals, aerial spraying targeting the homes and ranches of researchers and contactees? This includes using the weaponized agencies on churches and conservatives.
If so who is giving the orders and who is carrying them out? Specifically, McCord Airforce base has been spraying harmful biologicals and chemicals on ECETI ranch, a known UFO hotspot causing serious harm, health challenges to livestock and humans.
Is this activity sanctioned, legal, if so by who and what laws allow this kind of activity? If illegal is there any oversite, means of ending the trespasses, hold responsible those involved, make restitution?
How many agencies or institutions government and civilian are involved in the harassment, character and physical assassination of researchers and contactees. Who sets and enforces the policy of censorship, who determines when deadly force is necessary?
If any military or government officials are involved in the censorship, harassment, or deadly force against US citizens would that go against their oath of office, fall under treason?
If so who on behalf of the American People are going to investigate and hold all parties accountable. DHS, DOJ, DOD the now DOW. Have they all been involved in the past.
Last question if there are according to many witnesses benevolent, spiritually and technologically advanced Off World Visitors that could assist humanity in taking a quantum leap in evolution offering clean earth friendly technologies including miraculous healing technologies. Off worlders who have transcended War, Disease and Poverty. Why are they never mentioned? Is there to this day a major effort to censor information about the benevolent ones? If so by who, who would be threatened by clean fuelless energy, anti/counter gravity, miraculous healing and longevity technology, replicators? Is there technology that would heal children, our loved ones of cancer, other debilitating diseases, restore health, regrow limbs especially with our veterans? If so what kind of person or agency would suppress it? Answer that question and you will know who is behind the censorship and coverup.
Little hint the war and disease profiteers, those who desire to keep humanity enslaved through dependency. Until this is addressed we will continue with the controlled narrative supported by the integrity and morally impaired. Continue chasing fuzzy tic tacs, Lockheed back engineered ARVs, radar blips ignoring the incoming fleets and motherships along with the ones presently here. The opportunity to take a quantum leap in evolution and restore the Earth to its pristine beauty.
Our off world visitors, some our ancient ancestors are already based on Earth deep beneath your oceans, within the interior, high in the mountains occupying both of your poles North and South. The reason they have not contacted the masses is we have not risen to the occasion. We have allowed the morally and integrity impaired to act as our ambassadors. This has to change if we as a world are going to join the greater family of man throughout the interdimensional Universe. It was never a matter of when they are coming. It is a matter of when we are going to rise to the occasion.
If you need a template ECETI has already created it with documented contact for over 40 years. If you fear negative ETs in the interest of national security best join the positive benevolent ones with the expertise to protect and remove those of ill intent. It’s not rocket science. Its common sense. I wonder what would happen if the benevolent spiritually and technologically advanced off worlders addressed the people of Earth with the same offer they gave to Eisenhower, what would happen? Something like, “People of Earth, we are here to enlighten and empower you. We have transcended war, disease, poverty and we offer you the same blessings. All you have to do is live under Universal Law. Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Prosperity for All. Be kind to each other and the planet? We are waiting for your response.” That message was already given in 1954. The offer is still good. The force to back up that offer is arriving shortly some are already here. Are we going to take a quantum leap in evolution, end war, disease and poverty. Restore the Earth to its pristine beauty? It is our destiny. It is written in the prophecies of almost every culture of a grand reunion with the heavens. Each individual will decide which side of the force they serve, God/Creator/Great Spirit or the beast. The days of tyranny are coming to a close. Serve the beast fall with the beast. Everything is being revealed, no rock shall be left unturned, all iniquities will be shouted from the roof tops. The Great Awakening is here. Do not underestimate the assets of God/Creator/Great Spirit. Help may come in the form of great light ships. Interdimensional beings, with unimaginable technologies.

Are people supposed to just believe this without question?
Present clear evidence of this or it did not happen.
This is an example of what is wrong in this community. A fantastic statement is made without any proof whatsoever and people are expected to believe it. The gullible always do and attack those that question. But it is very simple, present evidence to back up your claims or they did not happen.
Many things emerge from the shadow of secrecy. Or, as they say, into the light of day. Everyone uses their own internal filter and accepts what seems noteworthy, valid, or likely true. You considered it unconfirmed, lacking evidence, okay. A book was written on this topic decades ago; a book is not evidence, right. But it’s important to understand that classified information didn’t come to light easily or extensively; rather, it did so with difficulty and at the risk of consequences. But timelines are approaching; the truth can no longer be hidden; the dam is breaking.

What timelines are you talking about and what does that have to do with the subject of evidence?
Like I said, the gullible will always attack those that question.
I only know what’s available online. Many people have risked their lives trying to reveal something secret, and then they encountered difficulties, for example, having to leave the country or facing threats. Hence, we have various leaks. Although this is certainly a fraction of all that is being concealed.
I agree that there is also a lot of disinformation, and that’s why everyone adapts to the information being published in their own way.

The article is referencing what has long been referred to as the 1954 Greada Treaty.
Okay. Let me just tell you where this information came from, and then draw your own conclusions.
In 1978, Canadian researcher Arthur Bray gained access to previously classified Canadian UFO documents (Canadian UFO Files, Project Magnet, Project Second Storey Files) that mentioned the name of Dr. Vannevar Bush, who was a consultant or even one of the leaders of several secret American government UFO research organizations: Project Sign, Project Grudge, Majestic-12 (perhaps this is not the real name of this organization).
In May 1984, an unknown man named “Bill” (his full name was not revealed) handed ufologist Jaime Shandera an envelope containing classified information. Inside was a 35mm roll of film containing pages of a classified document dated 1952. The document was a memorandum from Admiral Roscoe Hillenkoetter (the first head of Project Sign) to President Harry Truman, which mentioned the creation of a top-secret group called the Majestic 12 (it consisted of 12 people, including Vannevar Bush, James Forrestal, Harry Truman and others) to coordinate the study of UFOs and alien technology in the wake of the Roswell incident and the Eisenhower alien talks of 1954.
Then in 1987, British ufologist Timothy Good received similar information (possibly from Jaime Shander) and published it in his book “Above Top Secret: The Worldwide UFO Cover-up.”
It is believed that Eisenhower had three meetings with aliens:
1) First, there was a meeting with “positive” aliens similar to humans. Who offered their friendship and technology in exchange for earthlings completely abandoning nuclear weapons. Eisenhower refused. In this regard, the alien Valiant Thor is known from ufologist Frank Stranges, who later wrote the book “Visitor from Venus: The True Story of Valiant Thor.” In the UFO community, there are assumptions that the Pleiadians have a base on Venus.
2) After this, there was a meeting with gray aliens who offered some outdated technology in exchange for permission to abduct and experiment on people. The government Agreed. The obsolete technologies presumably included, for example, certain “near-computer technologies” (some of which had already been developed after Roswell) and triangular-shaped flying vehicles known as giant triangular UFOs.
3) a meeting that was “officially” the last, at which a conflict allegedly occurred with a gray alien named Krill, who was killed. Communication with the grays was temporarily lost, but it’s likely that they were later re-established (?), and joint research even began at secret military bases like Area 51.
I’m not saying all this information is 100% true, but I personally observed a huge triangular UFO (the size of a football stadium), so I believe this information is at least partially accurate.
