My dearest Earth friends,
It is good to talk to you again.
Today I would like to share a technique that allows one to digest excess energy (whether that’s sadness or lust or emotional pain or jealousy or other so-called negative emotions or thoughts). Digesting it turns it into neutral, usable energy.
If a person tries this technique and he or she doesn’t have too much trauma / too many energetic blocks, then the excess energy is digested and that person will likely feel good, because peace and love are your natural states in the absence of excess energy.
However if a person tries this technique who does have a lot of trauma / energetic blocks, then this technique may not help, although it also won’t do harm.
While this technique can give relief from sadness or pain, it may not solve the root causes of those emotions. When it comes to sadness or pain, it may in the long term be best to dive into the emotions and feel them completely, and to put your focus on the parts of your body where the sadness and pain are manifesting or are stored.
Similarly, if a certain painful thought pattern keeps coming back, in the long term it’s better to dive into where that thought pattern first originated from, or to use Hakann’s Onion healing technique mentioned at the bottom of this message, rather than constantly use this technique.
So this technique is more for dealing with temporary or incidental so-called negative thoughts or emotions (or lust), rather than dealing with something painful that keeps coming back. Although even if something is recurring, this can bring temporary relief.
This message came about because this channeler asked me for a technique to help him deal with a certain type of excess energy for personal use, so I gave him this technique. It worked well and he suggested that we turn it into a message. And here we are.
The technique is very simple. Here it is: visualize a ball of energy in your stomach area.
That’s the entire technique. Visualizing the ball of energy will automatically suck in and digest excess energy into neutral, usable energy.
You don’t need to visualize the ball being inside your stomach. Rather, it’s in your body in roughly the stomach area. It’s not necessary to pinpoint your exact stomach position, just visualizing the ball roughly there is fine.
If you can’t visualize, just think “there is a ball of energy in my stomach.”

And as a second topic: the discussion when us galactics will take some big action, as Einostraee discussed recently, is still ongoing and undecided.
There seems to be a dramatic lack of people taking responsibility:
– Earth people want their governments, Trump, white hats or galactics to fix things
– white hats, who actually are more like gray hats, want Earth civilians to wake up and take mass action
– average galactics have delegated the choice to Ashtar’s council
– and Ashtar’s council keeps postponing action and arguing that ideally Earth people should liberate Earth first
So, everyone is pointing at everyone else, and no one is taking responsibility.
As below, so above. So it’s unpleasant but fitting that Earth people, who refuse to take responsibility, are overseen by people who refuse to take responsibility.
How to fix this? Well, be the change you want to see in the world. Take as much responsibility as you can, for example for your local neighborhood or for the people around you or for being loving and supportive towards certain people.
You probably can take more responsibility than you are currently doing.
While it might seem like that won’t fix the problems on Earth: you can energetically nudge the gray hats and us galactics to take responsibility by taking more responsibility yourself. After all, as below, so above.

In addition, under this definition, no matter what they claim on the surface, most gray hats actually have no responsibility to truly liberate Earth, because their intention is basically to establish or maintain their rule comfortably and humanely as admired excellent figures. It seems that the best outcome for them is to slowly and secretly defeat the black hats, as if the main part of the black hats has never existed. It may seem good to openly defeat the black hats with the image of certain heros who save the world, but this process may get out of control and make the people know too much, doubt too much, and comprehend too much. If the people truly establish a fair, just and transparent system, carefully examine history and present situations, many secrets of the gray hats will be exposed, and their narratives and prestige will collapse. Therefore, although they are public leaders in some cases, they will not lead or stimulate the public’s consciousness to exceed certain boundaries.
The current gray hats are super gray hats with many extraterrestrial technologies, they are to some extent equivalent to helpers or proxies of the galactics to balance the super black hats, although they are more of helpers or proxies of the gray galactics, it seems that they should also be controlled or managed by the galactics to a certain extent. Within this extent, their loss of control seems to reflect at least two problems. On the one hand, the load capacity of Earth people is relatively low, for a long time, Earth people’s bodies which lack telepathy, and psychology which lack macro principles, including their culture based on the separation phenomena to a considerable extent, often can hardly simply withstand the corrosion of so heavy technologies and so many advantages beyond average people. On the other hand, the galactics didn’t cultivate enough, and sufficiently useful proxies, theoretically, it seems that the black hats, gray hats, and white hats on Earth should be well controlled or managed by their respective “boss”, first forming a negative — neutral — positive strategic balance on the high-tech, secret battlefield, and then the situation develops further. I know the above description is somewhat ‘anti-spiritual’, but I think broadly speaking, whether on Earth or beyond, many good people have not completed the digestion and organization of darkness, which means they are not good at efficiently using dark or distorted methods to combat darkness without being corrupted by it, and sometimes those methods are theoretical shortcut. So the responsibility for overcoming or transforming the gray hats does not entirely belong to Earth people, perhaps the galactics need to openly stimulate the situation. If only Earth people truly and publicly liberate Earth and there is no strong solar flash, a situation similar to the current is likely to continue for another decade, or even decades, which will be very troublesome in various senses. ↓ ↓ ↓ ↓
Appropriately dealing with the gray hats involves establishing more balanced laws or procedures, to pardon certain behaviors of them or even the black or white hats, so that a person’s achievements can offset some of their crimes, and a person’s repentance can offset some of their punishments, rather than letting a murder case or serious sex scandal necessarily completely destroy someone. I think this is very important. If the public or the white hats potentially use traditional laws or rules to bite on the gray hats or the black hats who want to repent, and the latter bites on the former by withholding a large amount of truth, then deep disclosure and liberation are often difficult to advance. Obviously, the responsibility for establishing such laws or procedures partially belongs to the gray hats, as it’s difficult for the public to react ahead of cause or in a timely manner before or after knowing about the situation, and the gray hats certainly need to dig a way out for themselves.
In the background of the increasing frequency of energy in space and the sun, the relatively rapid ascension of the Earth, the newer reincarnated souls being more and more advanced and positive, the typical disclosure history that already exist needing to be reasonably understood, and the growing interest of the galactics in restoring Earth’s status and Earth people’s happiness, the old narratives, values, and prestige of the gray hats are unsustainable.
I believe that if the gray hats timely remove the abuse of the black hats on the people, reset society to a new starting point of relative balance, provide the people with a reasonable opportunity to understand and start anew, the gray hats will become heroes who stop the wheel of karma and break through themselves, and be protected by the galactics, eventually receive basic and true understanding and supporting from the people. The earlier and more proactively they act, the more recognition they receive. Well, perhaps the true white hats doing the same thing won’t become significantly heroic, while the gray hats don’t need to do too much, they just need to find their ‘ecological niche’ on Earth.

In my statement, or in contexts where the term ‘gray hat’ has already been used, ‘white hat’ or ‘true white hat’ refers to people who truly follow the overall interest or unity consciousness in the power system, and ‘so-called white hat’=’gray hat’. The power system also includes some unofficial key positions, such as executives of some companies, some scientists, and even some influential online celebrities, etc. And ‘the awaked’ refer to people who are good at self-reflection or self-analysis, are alert enough to the environment, understand basic spiritual and extraterrestrial truths, and may also have some spiritual perception experience.
Not all white hats are awaked, but basically they have the most responsibilities, including but not limited to important disclosure responsibilities, after all, they are Earth humans with certain prestige, and hosting the disclosure will be easier for the public to accept. They also have a responsibility to gain greater power in the conventional public power system to replace the gray hats’ public positions, while reforming the power system.
In an ideal situation, the knowledge, abilities, and technologies obtained by each one in society, should not significantly exceed a healthy level, in order to avoid a group abusing technologies or abilities, or severely manipulating and exploiting society due to overly powerful, and hindering the development of society, ultimately hindering the development of that group. What I mean is ‘each one’, including the white hats themselves. Perhaps some of the secrets and heritage of Earth civilization including some history should be temporarily sealed by the white hats, so even the white hats themselves do not use them. In theory, a mature civilization with self-knowledge will gradually start using technologies that they can relatively harmoniously apply according to their learning progress, even if they suddenly found or were gifted many technologies.
If it’s difficult for the white hats to handle that properly — after all they need to spend a considerable amount of time competing for power rather than thinking about ethical matters — at least they should attach great importance to the advices of some spiritual mentors, sages, especially the galactics. Or at the very least, the galactics can allow the white hats to have a little too much power relative to the common people, making them a little arrogant and corrupt, a little destructive and gray, but their problems should be detected and dissolved by Earth society within a reasonable time.
Similarly, perhaps a very competent white hat should distribute many resources and technologies to the common people, making them stronger, even a little too stronger, so that they may abuse their power, harm each other, and create some trouble for the white hat. However, these problems should not be very serious and can be understood and dissolved by Earth society within a reasonable time.
At the same time, the white hat can retain some gray hats or even a few black hats in the power system temporarily, only arrest them when there are enough new accusations, to exercise people’s “immune function”, and cushion the reduction of society experience caused by the intervention of the galactics. They are not only wary of black and gray hats, but also a little wary of white hats, because the common people know the galactics claimed that more advanced things or information are prioritily given to those who are on average wiser and hold higher positions, although sometimes the galactics may go a little too far. They know that the galactics non-publicly assist the white hats or even the gray hats, including using the heritage of Earth civilization, but the galactics don’t directly assist the common people in the early stages of the popularization of most things, except for some awaked.
In short, this idea is about how to enable Earth people to efficiently digest the heavy and complex heritage accumulated by Earth civilization in the process of interacting with dark and various forces. In this imagine, while supporting the gray hats in fighting against the black hats for humanitarianism and basic disclosure, the galactics also support the white hats in the middle level to fight against or press the black or gray hats for macro and long-term interests and deep disclosure, and guide the white hats not to possess or be obsessed with too much. I feel this seems more efficient than subtly supporting the weakest and most unorganized common people to strive for strength and disclosure under the suppression of black and gray hats. Or to use an analogy, I feel now in the entire digestive system, the stomach, which is the gray hat, is obstructed, bloated, but little food is flowing into the intestines.
Finally, the common awaked also have many responsibilities, including but not limited to self-improvement, promoting reform of the power system to a certain extent, supporting the gray hats, and supporting the white hats much more. Some of them have the responsibility to enter the power system and become white hats, while some of them have the responsibility to establish or help establish new power systems or society styles. Of course, the white hats and the awaked also have the responsibility to influence normal people, encourage a portion of normal people to support them to a certain extent, and they also have a considerable responsibility to do normal good things, including taking care of themselves and their loved ones appropriately.

Regarding reforms to the power system, the recent “The Age of Disclosure” reflects a good key goal, which is to ensure that higher official positions correspond to more secrets.
If the highest elected leader doesn’t hold the largest number and the most important government secrets, even doesn’t know how many secrets each department has, then it can be said that the government is actually out of control, it has been hijacked.
Therefore, it seems necessary to establish a secret management mechanism similar to this:
Assuming that government officials have basically five levels, from level 2 to level 6, level 6 corresponds to the President, or Prime Minister, or Parliament, and level 1 corresponds to common people.
Every secret held by the government can be compared to a face-down card. Level 1 may not know what cards the government holds, but they should know how many cards the government holds in total, the influence degree and the code of each card, and which cards are managed by the official at each level and position. These informations are publicly available to the entire society.
Each level 2 official must know the rough functions or effects of the cards managed by the level 4 leader of their department branch.
Each level 3 official must know the working principles of the cards managed by the level 4 leader of their department branch, as well as the rough functions or effects of the cards managed by other level 4 officials closely related to this level 4 leader. And each level 3 official must know the rough functions or effects of the cards managed by the level 5 leader of their department branch.
Each level 4 official must know the working principles of the cards managed by the level 5 leader of their department branch, as well as the rough functions or effects of the cards managed by other level 5 officials closely related to this level 5 leader. And each level 4 official must know the rough functions or effects of the cards managed by the level 6 leader of their department branch.
And so on.
The cards managed by each official consist of directly managed cards and indirectly managed cards, the indirectly managed cards are those managed by this official’s subordinates. The officials who manage a card or jointly manage a card in the same level, have the right to declassify or jointly declassify it.

One of my strategies for this is to allow these people to experience real failure rather than temporary trouble or pain, without delaying the great disclosure or allowing large-scale social disasters that kill many people, in order to help them escape from the trap of thinking.
During the great disclosure, many secret technologies of Earth governments or certain companies or institutions should be removed or isolated, and a timetable for reopening should be established and gradually announced. In the middle of the great disclosure, the galactics can communicate publicly with Earth people in text form through Earth governments, and inform Earth people that further contact will be made in the future. At this time, most of the awaked have already experienced personal physical contact or very clear dream contact.
After the great disclosure, Earth governments announce that a few extraterrestrial ambassadors have been stationed at important military or space bases. At this time, many awaked begin to visit extraterrestrial motherships, which have not yet approach Earth.
In the next phase, Earth governments announce that extraterrestrial contact zones have been established on Earth, and outstanding or representative figures on Earth can visit these contact zones and interact with extraterrestrials. At this time, many awaked have settled on extraterrestrial motherships or planets, or have a second home there.
In short, the contact progress of the awaked is far ahead of the officially announced progress, and the higher the level of awaking, the more leading the progress. This leading contact is largely private and should not be advertised, but it’s not strictly confidential. When the logic-closed are very old, Earth governments announce that extraterrestrial visits to Earth civilian communities have begun, and at the same time, outstanding or representative figures on Earth can visit other planets. Many logic-closed finally realize that they may not have the opportunity to visit an extraterrestrial planet in their lifetime, and some of them have never even shaken hands with extraterrestrials, which is said to feel great.
