What is happening on your planet is PURE MAGIC!
Old structures are no longer supported by the field of the Earth. Systems based on control, suppression, speed without presence, and disconnection from the body are losing coherence. This is why many of you feel tired, emotional, sensitive, or unable to function in the old rhythms. You are not failing, the old rhythm is.
The new energies moving through Earth are slower, deeper, and more truthful. They do not push. They reveal. Anything in your life that is misaligned will gently, or sometimes firmly, come to the surface to be seen.
To adjust, you do not need to do more. You need to do less, and feel more. Relax and be the pillar of light that you are meant to. Now it is time to integrate, to open your heart- to find your own ways, the ones that are aligned with your heart, not with the old conditioning.
Rest when the body asks.
Eat foods that carry life and water.
Spend time in silence, even briefly.
Breathe deeply and regularly.
Allow emotions to move without judging them.
The nervous system is learning a new baseline. Many of you were conditioned to live in constant stimulation. This is ending.
Trust what slows you down.
Trust what simplifies your life.
Trust what brings you back into your body.
You are embodying this transition now and we are just here to provide all the support that you need.
The Earth knows what she is doing.
Your body knows how to follow.

Speed without presence. In other words, do what we say, and do it Fast, and don’t think about it or ask questions. And — rush through life, zigzagging around, and don’t look around, don’t pause to reflect. To be.
