Understanding the truth of the past does matter, it gives clarity, context, and helps you avoid repeating the same patterns. But the past is not where creation happens. When too much attention is placed there, it can quietly drain the energy needed to move forward.
The real lightwork is in the present. Creation, healing, and transformation only occur now. That is why the focus must be on what is being built, embodied, and brought into form.
If 99% of your energy is devoted to creating the new, the future naturally reshapes itself. The remaining 1% spent understanding the past serves only as guidance, not a place to live, but a reference point to learn from and then release. In this way, the past informs you, but it does not define you. ~KejRaj

What I find to be true has not so much to do with the percentage of energy directed, but with how ‘condensed’ your being can be in the present moment.
Individually, we are a single, constant ‘instruction set’ that responds differently to different external circumstances.
We become increasingly aware of this instruction set due to the evolving experience patterns projected over Time – (arguably THE purpose of Time).
So that percentage probably decreases the more conscious (and presumably older) a soul becomes. In theory, it could even reach zero if our algorithms reached a state of ‘absolute existence’.
