In the public field, information about positive and negative space races and their presence on Earth is extremely limited and simplified. The overall picture is much broader, more complex, and more dramatic.
In our Local Universe, all Lights, Grays and Darks’ civilizations are united in 12 Rings. In the Greater Cosmos structure, they belong to the Middle Hierarchy – the 3D, 4D and 5D worlds, and are the administrative and information network of our Galaxy (the Milky Way). Beyond the Rings, the levels of Higher Intelligence (6D and above) begin, where the division into “colors” is erased and becomes pure Unity.
The 12-ring framework was created specifically for the Great Experiment of Duality, as an elementary school and training ground. Here, Souls and consciousnesses are allowed to divide into polarities (Light and Dark, positive and negative), so that through their collision and interaction the new and valuable is born for evolution on the way to the Source.
All 12 Rings revolve around the Galactic Central Sun, and are arranged according to the principle of the origin history. The Light Rings, the oldest, vibrate closer to it, the Grays’ ones are further away, the Darks’, the youngest, are located on the periphery, where matter is densest. In physical space, all the Rings cover the Orion Arm (where Earth is located), the Perseus Arm, the nearest star clusters (Pleiades, Hyades) and major navigation nodes (Sirius, Arcturus, Vega, Aldebaran). In its most simplified form, the general structure looks as follows.
Light Rings
Objectives: Spiritual evolution, creation, preservation of biological life and harmony.
The First Ring (Sirius System)
It’s a main information filter, engaged in the storage of reference matrices and transfer of higher knowledge. About 24 key highly developed races are Sirians (blue-skinned humanoids), Dolphins (5D aquatic forms), and Light beings. This is the smallest but most influential Ring in terms of signal strength and energy.
The Second Ring (Pleiades)
Focuses on biology and genetics. Oversees the development of humanoid life forms and emotional intelligence. Most of Pleiadian civilizations (up to 90%) are in 4D and 5D (etheric and astral levels). The seven brightest stars (Sterope, Electra, Merope, Maia, Celaeno, Taygeta and Alcyone.) are the capitals and administrative centers of a huge conglomerate that includes dozens of star systems.
It is the most populous community of 84 civilizations of almost all types of humanoids, as well as mixed bio-forms. The cradle of genetics in our space sector. A “melting pot” where different Lights, Grays and Darks’ races are represented. Among them are:
The ancestors of the humanoid branch in this sector. They are tall, fair-skinned, often with Scandinavian appearance, living mainly in Alcyone and Taygeta systems. They are the Spiritual Mentors, the keepers of the Earth’s genetic library.
Greys (Zeta Reticuli and hybrids) that originate from other constellations, but have their own bases and settlements here. Pleiadians have been in conflict with them for a long time, but within the framework of modern agreements (the Galactic Federation) they were allowed into some zones to conduct joint genetic experiments (including those related to humanity).
Darks (regressive groups). These are negative civilizations that chose the path of technocracy and domination during the space wars. They originate from Atlas systems and other remote suburbs. Some work closely with the Seventh Ring (Orion) and use manipulative technologies and introduce destructive programs into minds.
Artificial Intelligences and biorobots. These are purely technocratic life forms that are not “evil” in our sense, but are devoid of emotions and act solely within their network segment.
Many Pleiadians have also gone through dark experiences and are now helping Earth avoid mistakes.
The Third Ring (Swan)
Responsible for aesthetics, art, and the harmonization of space through sound and light. About 36 civilizations in the form of sound and color vibrational entities (plasmoids), as well as highly spiritual humanoid worlds specializing in the architecture of spaces.
The Fourth Ring (Lyra/Vega)
They are the guardians of cosmic knowledge and technologies of the “soft” type (bioenergy). The oldest sector, the ancestral homeland of mankind. 48 major civilizations – from giant feline (Felinoids) to vegan humanoids with dark skin.
There are also destructive Grays’ branches of the Lyrians, who retained the technology of power, as well as the first forms of intelligent Insectoids, which later split. The Lights’ races practice agronomic magic and are able to grow entire living worlds and ecosystems using collective resonance.
The Fifth Ring (Andromeda)
The coordinators of intergalactic relations and long-term planning of evolution, the Intergalactic Council and the Strategic Center. Comprises about 60 node civilizations inhabited in 6D-9D. Many don’t have a permanent physical form and exist as collective Intelligences of star systems.
The Sixth Ring (Big Dipper)
Technocratic development, the study of matter, rigid structuring and energy accumulation. Protection of information fields and maintenance of the Cosmic Laws. The Commonwealth of Light Warriors and Order Guardians. 72 civilizations, rigidly structured communities, specializing in energy protection and blocking destructive programs in the Galaxy. Insectoid races, as Keepers, also live here. They monitor the observance of the “energy quarantine” and the purity of information flows.
Dark Rings
Objectives: technocratic development, the study of matter, rigid structuring and energy storage.
Seventh Ring (Orion Belt and Rigel)
This is the most powerful, complex, and controversial structure in the Galactic sector, as it is where Lights, Grays and Darks come into closest contact. Unlike the higher Rings, this one is focused on maximizing the development of physical matter, power and technology, energy management, creation of complex technical systems and expansion. More than 200 key civilizations are concentrated here, divided into three main groups.
Reptiloids (Rigel System). The highest military and administrative caste. They have built a rigid hierarchy based on discipline and pragmatism. Consider themselves the true masters of the material worlds.
Reptiloid
Greys (Bellatrix and Mintaka system). Technocratic races, many of whom lost their emotional bodies during the wars. Act as scientists, pilots, and base operators.
Insectoids (Mantids or Mantises). They are tall (up to 2.5 meters), extremely intelligent beings who oversee Orion’s genetic programs and perform complex surgical and energy operations on Subtle Bodies. Often act as arbitrators and technical specialists in alliance with Reptilians. They don’t obey them directly, but are in a strategic alliance, providing biological control over the colonies.
Orions (Betelgeuse System). Technocratic humanoid civilizations. In the past, they fought bloody wars with Reptilians, but now are integrated into the overall Ring system as engineers and managers.
In our Local Universe, the Seventh Ring performs functions that may seem destructive, but have a systemic meaning. Creation of super-powerful energy and technical systems. Chaos management and rigid structuring of undeveloped worlds. Orion creates conditions of maximum pressure (fear, control, scarcity) so that Soul can manifest its true will and choose whether to surrender to the System or grow above it.
The governing structure is the Orion League, a political association within the Seventh Ring. Unlike the Galactic Federation of Light, the League is based on the following principles. The priority of technology over Spirit. Pyramid Power (each subordinate is a resource for the superior). Expansion (the constant search for new planets to extract resources and genetic material).
For a long, Earth was under the direct supervision of their structures. This is where “financial pyramids”, “vertical power” and “religions of fear” came from. Orions consider our planet as a valuable biological resource and a springboard for containing the influence of the Light Rings (Sirius and Pleiades).
Mantid
In recent decades, occurred a split within the Ring. Some civilizations (especially those from the Mintaka system) have passed to the Light Side, realizing the dead end of a purely technocratic path. This loosened Orion’s grip on Earth and allowed the Transition process to kick-off.
Eighth Ring (Dragon/Alpha Dragon)
Work with hard energies, controlling hierarchical structures, study the ultimate states of matter. It’s one of the most densely populated rings of the Darks’ block, as metropolis of Reptilian races, living in the 140-160 Star systems under the complete control of the Draconian elite. Everything here is organized like a military empire with millions of colony planets and bio-bases. Hybrid forms and combat castes of Insectoids live in this sector, guarding the boundaries and controlling dense levels of matter.
The Ninth Ring (Scorpio/Antares)
The study of the processes of destruction and transformation (entropy) for the extraction of clean energy. 40-50 highly developed civilizations. This Ring is less populated by biological forms, as the living near Antares are extremely harsh. Therefore, plasmoids’ forms and Insectoid Arachnoids predominate, specializing in space folding, weaving information networks and spatial corridors.
The Tenth Ring (Cepheus)
Logic, mathematical calculators of the Universe, creators of mind control algorithms. Approximately 70 node civilizations. It’s home mainly to Artificial Intelligence civilizations and Insectoids’ races that resemble living computers. They are engaged in weighing the probabilistic time lines of Galaxy, and act as separate supercomputers integrated into the overall infrastructure.
The Eleventh Ring (Cassiopeia)
The sector of engineers of space-time and experimental worlds. 90-100 active civilizations. These are the laboratories of the Darks’ Ring, where new creatures (including many Gray species) are produced and the laws of physics are tested in artificial pockets of reality. Insectoids Bees/Ants have an absolute collective mind. Their task is to colonize and physically transform planets to meet the needs of the Darks’ community.
Gray
The Twelfth Ring (Boötes/Arcturus Outskirts)
Fixation of results, strict systematization of accumulated experience of the entire system. The Final Ring, responsible for archiving the experience of the Dark Path, is the smallest – about 12-20 key civilizations. They function as libraries and courts for technocratic races. All the data about the negative and destructive activity in our Galaxy is stored here so that it is not lost to the general evolution, but localized.
The total number of sentient life forms in the Rings is in the thousands, but the statistics include only curator civilizations – those who have access to interstellar space and influence the information field of the Ring. In addition, in the 11th and 12th Rings, the boundaries between “civilization” and “technical system” are very blurred – and entire planets are a single living (or semi-living) mechanism.
This is the general structure. In fact, everything is much more complicated. For example, the Light Rings are not a sterile paradise, but knotty ecosystems. That’s why destructive Grays and Darks’ civilizations are present there.
The Light Rings adhere to the law of non-interference. This means that planets and factions are allowed to exist within the system (for example, in the Second Ring, Pleiades), which in the course of evolution have turned to the path of egocentrism and technocracy. They are not forced out, as this would violate the principles of the Ring, but are isolated (“quarantined”) or harmonized through training, and formally remain part of the big space family.
Long ago, Pleiades experienced a difficult civil war. There are splinter groups (for example, from Atlas system) that practice strict mental control and genetic manipulation, believing that they “know better” how to develop humanity. Their methods are frankly destructive.
In the Fourth Ring, Lyra was the cradle of the humanoids, but it was there that the most cruel and sadistic tyrants were born, who later went to Orion. Some of these energies are still radiating in this Ring, manifesting as excessive supremacy and a sense of superiority over the “younger” races.
In the Fifth Ring, Andromeda, there are races whose logic is so cold and ambitious that the interests of an individual are nothing to them. Their actions may be perceived as destructive, although from their point of view it is “surgery for the benefit of Galaxy.”
The Sixth Ring includes the Guardians and Warriors’ civilizations. It has a lot of harsh, almost aggressive chaos suppression energies. And the line between protecting order and totalitarianism is very thin there.
The Insectoids’ races, which occupy a special place in the Rings system, have the same mixed situation. They are one of the oldest builders of the material worlds and masters of genetic modeling. An important caveat: The insectoids of the Light Rings transmit the energy of co-creation with Nature, while the insectoids of the Dark Rings are focused on looting resources and biomaterials. How do they interact with Repts and Dracos?
Draco
In general, especially in the Orion and Draco sectors, the coexistence of Insectoids (mainly Mantids) and Reptilians is based on the principles of strict specialization and hierarchical pragmatism. This is not a friendship, but a highly effective bioenergetic symbiosis.
Mantids act as scientists, geneticists, and curators. They have more subtle access to multidimensional technologies and mental fields. Their task is to design biological forms and monitor the progress of evolutionary experiments. Reptilians (Draconians and Orion races) are administrators, warriors, and technologists. They aimed at physical expansion, territory control, and resources collection (including gavvakh or psychic energy).
There is a powerful alliance in the Dark Rings to create hybrid life forms. Insectoids supply technologies for manipulating DNA and “assembling” consciousness. Reptilians use these developments to create castes of servants and specialized bio-forms, including some species of Greys, which are often biorobots in the service of this union.
Although Reptilians appear to be the dominant force due to their aggressiveness, the Insectoids are one step higher in the intellectual and energetic hierarchy of the Dark Rings. Mantids often act as arbitrators in internecine conflicts of Reptilian clans, which are in awe of Insectoids, as they are able to instantly “turn off” consciousness or reformat the mental field of an entire group.
In their interaction on Earth (for more details, see PART 2), their functions are clearly separated. Reptiloids oversee social, financial, and political control structures (Power Pyramid, fear egregores). Insectoids are engaged in “fine tuning”, abductions for the extraction of genetic material, the implants setting and monitoring the vibrational state of humanity.
Conflicts often arise within the Seventh and Eighth Rings. Reptilians strive for total pillage of resources, while Insectoids adhere to a strategy of long-term cultivation. It is important for them that the “farm” has been functioning for centuries. This creates a dynamic tension that keeps the Dark Rings from self-destructing.

We’ve been hearing about these ET “races” for so long, it’s all just mythology by now. Who really cares? The price of bread, the price of gas, connecting with our souls, dealing with the daily hassles, wondering about the children in peril and dire need of help, the price of eggs, the greatly diminished quality of air food water…
The mythology, the races, the controversies, we’ve had enough. We know what we need. Transcendence. Healing. Divine guidance. Not more things to memorize and blab about that mean next to nothing. Rant over.
