There are those who sense the shift in consciousness, but choose distraction instead.

They feel something changing beneath the surface, but turn toward noise, habits, or comfort to avoid facing it directly.

It is not a lack of awareness, but a reluctance to engage with what that awareness might require; change, honesty, and letting go. In doing so, the signal is still there, but it becomes muted, postponed, waiting until the moment they are ready to truly listen.

Refusal to let go of the old is becoming more difficult, as you bare witness to it collapsing in real time. One path is grounded in presence, where you observe, choose, and respond with clarity and compassion, rising in frequency and aligning with a deeper aspects of yourself.

The other is pulled by stories, distractions, and conditioned thinking, where attention is scattered and easily influenced.

Over time, this choice shapes your inner state and your experience of reality; either lifting you into higher states of consciousness, or keeping you cycling through the familiar outdated patterns of the matrix. ~KejRaj
