JJK: What concerns me is the question of how extensive the destruction will be before, or even in order for, the New World to reveal itself. I’ve often been told that the transformation will proceed as harmoniously as possible. From today’s perspective, however, I perceive that it will probably be quite a “crash.” What is the current status of the ascension process or the process of transformation?

SANANDA: The current status is – upheaval on all levels! The current status is – transformation with pain, transformation free from pain!

This is the dividing line between people. Change is painful for those who cling to the old ways; it is joyful for those who have inwardly overcome the old.

JJK: But what is the “old”? What do we need to overcome or let go of so that we can experience change joyfully instead of painfully?

SANANDA: Work and happiness lie in releasing the fears stored in the nervous system and the energy system.

Many people have traversed eras of time, experiencing immeasurable suffering and pain. The task now requiring the utmost care is to release oneself from this deep-seated pain through inner healing work. The ascent to the luminous plane of being, where density gradually diminishes, occurs with ease once the old wounds from time have healed – then, along with your history, you also shed your fears. Then you are free and sovereign.

Those who look at today’s changes through the eyes of the past will see fear written all over their faces.

Salvation comes when you free yourself from your painful story. Then you are free and the world can no longer harm you.

JJK: What I wonder is whether this cellular memory of the horrors of many eras, for example the sinking of Atlantis, might now be helpful in recognizing similar tendencies and in taking timely countermeasures.

We know how a system can deteriorate. We see what others don’t; we sense that the train is heading in the wrong direction. Younger souls are usually unaware of this and passively accept whatever the state and churches come up with.

For me, self-empowerment lies precisely in being able to perceive the bigger picture and anticipate developments. If I release all my pain from the past, will I still have the desire to change anything or oppose certain developments?

Why clarification is important!

SANANDA: The difference between a cleared energy system and a still burdened energy system is that the cleared person can make decisions without fear, while the decisions of an unclear person are based on fear.

The sincere desire to help, without resorting to coping mechanisms, can only fully emerge in its scope and power after clarification has taken place! Following one’s soul plan is something only those who are connected to the soul can do – and inner reflection and transformative work serve this purpose.

JJK: So it’s important to clarify things in order to then help shape the new without old baggage.

SANANDA: Every person does what they must do, because every person intuitively follows their inner path. Some things can be accelerated, but nothing can be forced.

The decision to begin the cleanup work and to recognize the value of this work rests with the individual.

Clearing old burdens is therefore of utmost importance so that you can reconnect with the primal power of your self and with the life God has ordained for you. Acting with this power means that your healed, not your wounded, consciousness makes decisions. That makes all the difference.

JJK: Where do we stand with this self-healing of humanity? Are more and more people dropping out? Sometimes I get that feeling! Or are more and more people being reached by GOD’S wake-up call? Where do we stand at this point in the transformational work?

SANANDA: Many begin their work, and many abandon it. Souls are guided in, souls step back from their self-responsibility. Pauses and setbacks are part of the process.

However, what has been achieved and understood once remains. Every insight and every healing effort contributes to the relief and harmonization of one’s own soul energy and the fundamental energy of humanity.

Nothing is in vain; every healing, no matter how small, has its significance and affects the whole.

Those who drop out may have gained more profound insights than those who remain in a constant loop of transformation sessions, only scratching the surface.

Which timeline are you aiming for?

Today, in individual healing, we reach the point where decisions for change are made. Which timeline are you aiming for? This process has gained momentum, and so each person will receive what they desire.

On a socio-political level, we have reached the point where the system is beginning to tip over. This, too, is a process that takes time.

This is initially evident in the system’s increasing attempts to restrict people’s freedom. This dynamic arises from the system’s growing and obvious loss of control. People begin to stand up for their cause with confidence. Something happens that hardly anyone expected: God’s wake-up call reaches humanity and transforms the earth!

How explosive will it become?

JJK: How explosive will it become?

SANANDA: Those who wish to destroy the Earth will themselves be destroyed. Those who wish to bring death upon humanity will themselves be killed. Those who wish to steal people’s souls will lose their own souls.

Those who forget GOD and, possessed by Satan, want to push people into the abyss, will themselves fall into the abyss.

Those who avoid the light remain in darkness, and those who turn to the light experience the GRACE OF GOD – they are received and enter into his glory.

Everything still seems upside down in this world! However, this world is being set right and put back on the path of life – by people who are capable, and by angels and masters who are chosen to assist humanity from the subtle realms.
