When we recall Hyperborea, we mean the world-wide Light civilization, which later became the matrix of the pure high-frequency crystal of Earth in 5D-7D. Tartaria is its later global continuation, a protective shell, a geopolitical and energy shield that held this matrix physically, and today on the Subtle Plane.

For the Dark Rings (Orions, Dracos, Reptiloids, Grays, technogenic races, and others), Hyperborea and Tartaria, their material legacy on Earth is like exposed wires under high voltage. They can’t destroy them, so their strategy is isolation, frequency distortion, and siphoning off power.

In Western Europe, the Hyperborean and Tartarian infrastructure was severely damaged during the space wars and after Atlantis death. Nevertheless, many facilities are still actively operating. Where exactly?

NORWAY

Hordaland Fjords and Plateau Hardangervidda

A huge mountain system and a network of fjords is a cryo-stabilizer and a high-frequency resonator of Hyperborea, which programmed it as a fixator of the tectonic plates of the North Atlantic. Today, it dampens the wave impacts of destructive mental fields coming from the oceanic sector and keeps the reference frequency of the Northern Hemisphere at 5D.

After the death of a great civilization, the Dark Rings created a parasitic egregore here on a Subtle Plane, which, through technocracy and the neoliberal matrix of Scandinavia, is trying to turn people into biorobots. NAAs actively use fjords to host hidden NATO deep-sea sonar systems, which pollute the clear ultrasonic field with their frequencies. But they cannot drown out and destroy Hyperborean high-tech.

SWEDEN

Ale’s Stones

The megaliths in Scania in southern part of the country. Hyperborean chrono-compass in the shape of 59 giant quartzite boulders, built in the shape of a ship on the seashore. This processor is configured to synchronize human biorhythms with the pulsation of the planet’s core. Quartzite accumulates Solar and cosmic plasma, creating a dome of high dimensionality. Saimaa Lake and Salpausselkä Ridges

Hyperborean multidimensional and multifunctional high-frequency generator. High-capacity liquid crystal storage device. Part of a giant fractal network of water capillaries carved into the granite base. Relict water with a unique cluster structure on a granite (quartz) foundation. Granite serves as a screen and reflector, and water as a carrier of information.

The fumes of Saimaa and the underground springs spread the Hyperborean codes of life throughout Northern and Central Europe. Water charged with high frequencies deeply penetrates the biosphere, preventing the NAAs from completely destroying wildlife and turning the continent into a dead zone. It supports the genetic memory of trees, animals, and the Souls of indigenous peoples who carry Hyperborean DNA. The complex operates in the range of alpha and theta rhythms of the brain, from 4 Hz to 8 Hz. This are the freqs of deep sleep, intuition, and direct access to the Hyperborean legacy on the Subtle Plane and Akashic Records.

Knowing this, the Dark Rings, with the help of the local elite, are trying to wean people from a lively perception of Nature, replacing it with cold pragmatism and switching to digital addiction. When a person forgets how to feel Nature, he ceases to be its guide, and the Saima complex goes into standby mode, as there is no one to relay the codes. The country’s involvement in rigid geopolitical blocs and the militarization of border areas create a heavy grid of thought forms of fear and expectation of war. This astral smog accumulates on the surface of Saimaa Lake, interfering with its work as a translator of Hyperborean codes to other parts of the continent.

To suppress this multidimensional system, the Dark Rings, through NATO, have built military radar installations here, which use harsh microwave frequencies and jamming systems to hit the water mirror of the lake with direct impacts. But as it turned out, this could not destroy the cluster structure of the water, remove Hyperborean soft and codes that continue to work successfully.

Holy Cross Mountains and Bald Mountain

Lysa Góra (Bald Mountain), composed primarily of quartzite and Cambrian slates, lies in the eastern part of the Lysogóry range, and is the second largest peak of the larger Swietokrzyskie Mountains (Holy Cross Mountains). In the distant past, this oldest mountain range in Europe was programmed as an ethereal complex of Tartaria.

To transform its field into an egregore of sin and repentance, sorrow and the cult of sacrifice, the Dark Rings, in the 11th century, initiated the construction of a monastery on top of the mountain, right above the ancient sanctuary, hoping to de-energize and keep the locals submissive. Previously, the same things did astral entities who threw sabbaths on the mountain and conducted Satanic rituals. But Lysa Góra continues to function as a powerful generator of life force, distributing it across the Central European Plain and preserving the ancient legacy and Slavic gene code from erasure in the energy field.

CZECHIA

Prachov Rocks

On a Subtle Plane above today’s Bohemia, these rocks have preserved the crystalline matrix libraries of Tartaria. Quartz sandstone works as a mental resonator. Having failed to destroy it, the Dark Rings turned the territory into a Disneyland, covering with an egregore of entertainment and gluttony. Millions of people pass through local Portals, thinking only of beer and beautiful photos, and jam the high frequencies of space with low vibrations. But the resonator is working, and Prachov Rocks is continue broadcasting drawings and diagrams of Tartaria urban planning based on sacred geometry and harmony with the elementals to the Noosphere.

Mount Krivan and Belianska Caves

Energetically, Mount Krivan serves as the capstone of the Carpathian shield. Acoustic installations of Tartaria are still operating under it and in the Belianska caves. They extinguish radiation and frequency anomalies coming from deep faults and protect Europa’s heart chakra from destructive energies.

Instilling myths about “evil spirits” and underground monsters in the past, and in the present, with strict environmental prohibitions, the Dark Rings, through local authorities, blocked access to deep cave systems for independent researchers under various pretexts, but proved powerless to destroy the energy complex of Tartaria.

HUNGARY

Pilis Mountains

According to ancient Vedic knowledge, Pilis Mountains is the point where the Earth’s heart chakra beats, more precisely, its European sub-center. The Danube makes a sharp turn in this place, creating a powerful water-energy vortex. Millennia ago, Hyperborea flashed it to work as a distributor of space energy throughout today’s Southeastern Europe.

The Dark Rings have repeatedly tried to disrupt the rhythm of the Earth’s core here. On the mental plane, they constantly incite ethnic strife and stir up historical grievances throughout the Carpathian region. On the physical plane, NAAs promoted the construction of large hydroelectric power plants and dams (Gabcíkovo-Nagymaros, Hungary/Slovakia), which were supposed to destroy the high-frequency node. The Light Rings disrupted this project, and vortex proceeds with working.

Sibiu

Set in the flat depression, that city is surrounded by the Fagaras, Cibin and Lotru Mountains, forming a giant parabolic antenna that Tartaria used to receive and relay cosmic high-freqs flows. The Dark Rings imposed an astral matrix on top of this territory to block mass consciousness through the egregore of Dracula and black magic, generate fear and close people’s access to the purest energy sources. One of the main, sacred centers of the Tartaria’s planetary system, the heart of its Eastern European shield. On the Subtle Plane, the caves complex inside the Bucegi Mountains still operates as an intercontinental communications hub. Discovered in 2003, it was instantly classified by the structures of the Dark Rings (special services and Masonic lodges). But connected by underground tunnels to Egypt (Giza Plateau), Tibet (Kailas) and the Inner Earth, it is still used by Sirians and other races of the Light Rings as the junction of their subterranean transit system.

BULGARIA

Belogradchik Rocks

Bizarre stone figures up to 200 meters high in the north-west of the country are the melted remains of the colossal energy defensive rampart of Tartaria, destroyed during the space wars. Even today, they radiate a frequency of rigid mental protection. The Dark Rings have surrounded the object with false myths about “Roman and Byzantine fortresses” and, with the help of “academic science,” they in every way suppress the true history of these giant blocks. SLOVENIA

Karst Plateau and Postojna Cave

A system of mountains and inner caverns extending across the border of southwestern Slovenia and northeastern Italy. Postojna Cave is a masterpiece of Tartaria’s underground engineering. Thousands of caves and halls made of the purest calcium carbonate wired to be a giant acoustic resonator. This node is directly tied to the Bosnian Pyramids and the Italian Alps.

Millions of people rush through these dungeons on trains every year, producing strong vortices with their low vibrations. The Dark Rings use them to disrupt the finest acoustic tuning of the karst halls and destroy the resonator on a Subtle Plane. But it runs and with caves captures the slightest tectonic fluctuations and chronal shifts in the Balkans, smooths them out and prevents disruptions of timelines.

CROATIA

Plitvice Lakes

The cascade of 16 karst lakes connected by waterfalls is not just a natural park, but a processor of Tartaria. The geometry of reservoirs and the composition of travertine barriers serve as an ethereal separator. The Dark Rings use the intense tourist flow to block the codes of the biospheric harmony of Tartaria with its energies. However, its settings continue to purify the water and mental plane of the Balkan Peninsula, extinguishing the aggressive astral energies generated in this region.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

The Bosnian Pyramids

A complex of high overgrown mountains, named by their researcher Semir Osmanagic Pyramids of the Sun, Moon, Earth, Dragon and Love. Under pressure from the Dark Rings, “leading scientists” and world institutions declared these objects “natural hills” in order to hide the truth about the legacy of Hyperborea and Tartaria, which surpassed modern civilization technologically many times.

Negative interference does not prevent the pyramids’ working. Built of geopolymer concrete, they are still receiving, accumulating and relaying high-frequency energy from the Galactic Central Sun, as in the distant past, when they served as an intergalactic Portals and harmonized the space over the entire Southern Europe.

SERBIA

Rtanj Mountain

A giant silicon crystal “implanted” by Tartaria in the Carpathian-Balkan tectonic node. A multidimensional structure with a perfect golden ratio of faces and unique frequency code. Inside the pyramid, shafts and halls work as Helmholtz resonators. They generate and emit a vertical beam into the ionosphere at a frequency of about 28 kHz and modulate electromagnetic pulses that help activate the human pineal gland and cleanse the mental body of parasitic programs.

Under the pretext of searching for gold and minerals, the Dark Rings have repeatedly initiated large-scale explosions at the top of the mountain. The ancient chapel on the peak, which served as a frequency beam diffuser, was blown up. The goal: to ruin the sacred geometry of the pyramid and turn the radiation into a chaotic background.

Realizing that it was impossible to hide the pyramid’s work, the Dark Rings used mental shielding tactics. In the info field, Rtanj is advertised as a base of aliens who have placed their flying saucers in the mountain. Thousands of tourists are attracted there, for whom commercial festivals are organized. This low-vibration astral noise pollutes the subtle and pure ultrasonic pulses of the Tartaria’s crystal.

But the pyyramid cleans itself and continues operating as an energy filter. When thunderstorms and geomagnetic tempests approach, it begins to suck up excess charges from the atmosphere through its karst voids, grounds them and releases back in the form of a soft, harmonizing electromagnetic field. This protects the region from catastrophic earthquakes and climatic anomalies.

During the wars in the Balkans, Rtanj was repeatedly put on high alert. The people who fled to the foot of the mountain intuitively felt safe. The pyramid’s wave field blocked the mental viruses of aggression and panic. The gavvakh-dependent NAAs could not be within the range of high-frequency radiation here.

In the bowels of Rtanj, time dilation installations protect the vault in which Tartaria placed the DNA wave matrices of the ancient Slavic-Aryan race. The mount keeps on functioning as a biogenetic repeater. Everyone who stays on its slopes for a long time undergoes a gentle genetic regeneration.

Durmitor and Bay of Kotor

Massif Durmitor in northwestern Montenegro is a high-altitude safe, in which Tartaria sealed its legacy – reference matrices, codes, software and technologies. Having failed to reach them, the Dark Rings try to shield them, actively promoting the intensive development of the coast with elite real estate, yacht marinas and casinos, so that the entire low-frequency luxury and lifestyle zone created here would block the pure field of the Bay with the energy of greed and lust. However, back in the days of Tartaria, the mountains around the Bay of Kotor had been programmed to serve as a giant energy wave break that captures negative radiation, transmutes it through the apps of the rocks and retransmits it to the entire Adriatic.

NORTH MACEDONIA

Kokino

The astronomical complex of Tartaria, built of megaliths on top of an extinct volcanic crater. Preset stone markers and thrones as a multidimensional tuner and high-precision chrono calendar. By the Dark Rings behest, the object was declared a “primitive Bronze Age site”, “pagan sanctum” or “ancient observatory” to conceal its multidimensional structure on the Subtle Plane. But it still adjusts people’s biorhythms with the cosmic cycles of the Moon, Sun, and Sirius, preventing the 3D Matrix from fully immersing consciousness in a three-density state.

ALBANIA

Bjeshkët e Nemuna

A mountain range in the north of the country, part of the North Albanian Alps, was flashed to function as the chrono shield of Tartaria. The name Bjeshkët e Nemuna (Accursed Mountains) appeared after splitting of this global civilization, when the NAAs captured the entire today’s Balkan region and plunged into low vibrations for a long time with the help of egregores.

In the twentieth century, the Dark Rings conducted a cruel experiment here to completely block people’s consciousness, covering the entire country with hundreds of thousands of concrete bunkers and military pillboxes. On the Subtle Plane, they operated as frequency generators of fear. Later, NAAs filled Albania with astral smog fueled by criminal syndicates, arms and drug trading, black transplant and cross-border child trafficking.

Still and all, limestone karst peaks and the deepest chasms work on a Subtle Plane as Portals. They form a powerful Dome of Light, under which the pure primordial frequencies of the Tartaria’s legacy is preserved. Its apps generate a powerful field that “freezes” and nullifies mental and digital viruses in Albania and the entire Balkans.

GREECE

Meteora and Olimpus

The Meteora Monastery complex on the tops of massive cliffs in the mountains of Thessaly in northwestern Greece are the remains of the ancient Tartaria’s waveguide system. The rocks served as Portals and receiving antennas for deep space communications. Mount Olympus is the former focal point of the Light Rings.

NAAs could partially recode this node through mythology. The space Curators were turned into “Olympian gods” with human vices (fornication, envy, anger, cruelty). This lowered the vibrations of the energy complex. Later, the Light Rings completely restored it, building Meteors with monasteries to capture high-frequency streams. And now Meteora reliably holds the pure mental field over the Balkans and coordinates the influx of Light codes from the constellation Lyra.

CRETE

Minotaur Labyrinths

Officially, the Minotaur Labyrinth at Knossos Palace on the island, stands as an artifact of the ancient Minoans. In fact, this maze is an element of Tartaria’s infrastructure for space purification. The myth of the “monster that devours people” was launched by the Dark Rings to cause fear in this Power Place and block the work of the complex with produced negative field. Despite this, Labyrinth continues to clear a Subtle Plane over Southern Europe. The entire island is riddled with underground voids, which generate the might vortex. It absorbs toxic mental slops flowing into the Mediterranean and through earth elemental transmutes them in pure energy.
