DARK RINGS

Dracos (Alpha Draconis) and Dark Nagas (Sirius B) are quartered in caverns under the mountain ranges of Pir Panjal (Kashmir) and deep faults on the border with Tibet (near Pangong-Tso Lake).

Zeta Reticuli and Gray Dracos are housed in underground bases and abandoned mines in the Thar Desert (Rajasthan) and the Rann of Kutch salt marshes (Gujarat).

Insectoids (Cancer, Alpha Centauri and Scorpio) and Dark Nagas occupy underground caverns under the southern tip of the peninsula (Cape Comorin area/Kanyakumari) and faults on the Indian Ocean floor.

The parasitic lower-astral entities and the Dark Priests of the Third Atlantis concentrate on the Subtle Plane above the delta of the Ganges River (Sundarbans) and Calcutta.

LIGHT RINGS

Lyrians, Vegans, Pleiadians settle in the northern highlands, in the area of the Gangotri Glacier, Mount Nanda Devi and the hidden valleys of Ladakh.

Sirians A and Light Orions are based in the vicinity of the Aravalli Range.

Light Nagas and Sirians of Sirius B occupy the vast biosphere contour of the Nilgiri Mountains (“Blue Mountains”) and the dense forests of Kerala. This is their main stronghold.

Andromedans live in the wooded hills of Odisha and the remote caves of Assam and Meghalaya.

The Light Rings always considered this territory as the main biological laboratory and genetic archive of Earth. While other continents went through severe tectonic and racial turmoil, India remained stable after Lemuria split due to the crystalline platform, on which it is located.

FIRST RACE

Recall that these gigantic energy entities inhabited Earth when it did not yet have a physical body and was a clot of high-frequency luminescent and transparent fog in the shell of the Noosphere. Mountains, forests, flora and fauna looked like liquid crystalline forms of Light. In the territory of future India, the First Race concentrated mainly in the northern part (present-day Ladakh, Kashmir and the peaks of the Karakoram). This place was formed as the Pole of the Spirit, the grounding point of the Source’s energy.

SECOND RACE

It had denser, but still ethereal golden bodies and lived a little further south – in the foothills of the Himalayas and the valley of today’s Indus and Ganges rivers. In the early stages, there was no separation into physical and Subtle Planes yet. Earth vibrated at frequencies of 6D-7D, and the entire landscape still consisted of Light’s plasma, giant crystalline clusters of pure energy, and the sound codes’ background.

Later, Co-Creators condensed quantum and photon fluxes into 3D matter using sonar beams. The planet turned into a huge construction site, where a new world was built with the help of sound waves. The primordial vibrations of “OM” were encoded here, from which the entire Earth’s nature was born. This is how the first giant vegetation appeared, having a silicon base that perfectly conducted high-frequency energy. Gradually, India became covered with forests of glowing crystalline ferns and huge trees.

Today, their fossilized remains can be seen in the Aravalli Range (Rajasthan) and Fossil Wood Park (Tamil Nadu). These “rocks” have an unusual layered and fibrous shape, which official geology calls “granite weathering.” In fact, these are the sections and stumps of gigantic silicon trees in the era of the Second Race. Their wood turned into semiprecious minerals (jasper, agate, chalcedony).

As in the First Race, the Light Cities unfolded over the territory of present-day India – etheric and astral megapolises in 5D and 6D, which had direct access to the surface. The main one was partially projected onto the Himalayan belt (from Kashmir to Bhutan). These were was shining cascades of multidimensional architecture, from where the Light Rings coordinated this and the following civilizations. People of that time could see the Subtle Plane and the inhabitants of the Light Cities as “demigods” in the heavens. Through them, the reference frequencies of health, knowledge, and Cosmic Laws were transmitted to Earth.

THIRD RACE

This was a period of the Lemurian civilization transition from the Subtle Plane to the 3D world, the acquisition of physical bodies and separation of the sexes. The early Lemurians were giants, the later ones were slightly shorter. The main population settled in the South and Southwest of India, which at that time was part of the giant continent (Kumari Kandam), extending far into the present Indian Oceans.

Carbon-based life, animals, and human ancestors gradually emerged. It was the Lemurians who laid the matrix of Ayurveda – body control through the plant world. Earth became the hub and genetic archive of dozens (if not hundreds) of space civilizations, where they stored reference matrices of their genomes and experimented with human DNA.

The Third Race was a grandiose ethnic cauldron, in which many ethnic groups of the Light Rings with different genetics and skin color coexisted. Dominating red-browns came from Sirius B. They possessed gigantic bodies, phenomenal strength and endurance. Their DNA is most deeply imprinted in the South of India, as well as among the indigenous peoples of both Americas.

Lemurians, who formed a highly developed, priestly and Spiritual strata, came from Vega, Lyra and Sirius A, and had bluish and violet skin tones. It is their image that was depicted on ancient Indian frescoes featuring Krishna, Shiva, Rama, and the Nagas. They maintained inter-spatial communication, temples, and the geometry of space.

Black (dark charcoal), tall and athletic Lemurians came from Andromeda and the constellation Orion (Light ethnic groups). They provided a balance of Earth’s nocturnal energies, could telepathically communicate with the animal and plant world, and were the guardians of natural Portals.

Guarded by Sirius, the Pleiades, and Andromeda, the Light Cities were fixed over Hindustan as separate multidimensional domes of 5D density. The Lemurians of the red-brawn and blue-violet lineages moved freely between Earth and these ethereal abodes. It was the golden age, when “gods” and humans lived in a single open space. The Light Rings were the architects and engineers of the high-frequency cupola over India, protecting it from low vibrations and attacks from the Dark Rings.

All these ethnics actively mixed, creating an incredible variety of cultural and Spiritual legacy that we see in India today. Nevertheless, Sirian red-browns and blue-violets played a leading role in the life of this ancient continent. Their lives were not always peaceful, and wars in space inevitably continued on Earth. The events described in the “Mahabharata” and the “Ramayana” were one of many such armed conflicts that took place at the junction of the Third and Fourth Races.

The war was fought between the Kaurava dynasty (steered by the Dark Empire of Orion, Dracos from Thuban and Nagas) and the Pandava dynasty (backed by the Light Alliance of the Pleiades, Sirius B, and the Supreme Avatars, including Krishna). The Dark Rings tried to seize the genetic archive of Hindustan to chip and enslave the Third and Fourth Races through total techno-control (analogous to today’s AI).

Lonar crater (Maharashtra), a giant perfectly round funnel in the basalt rock, is called meteoritic by official science. But there are no traces of the meteorite there, but the fused edges of the rock and the isotopic composition clearly indicate super-powerful nuclear and plasma impacts from above. In Rajasthan, during the excavations of the ancient city of Jodhpur, a layer of radioactive ash was discovered. The radiation level there is still so high that the Indian authorities have closed this area to residential development.

It was as a result of the space wars that Lemuria was split into two parts, and the western fragment was the first to go under water. Only Southern India (the Western and Eastern Ghats) remained, as it was located on the most stable section of the tectonic plate. Atlanteans and Hyperboreans came here to the surviving remnants of civilization.

THE FOURTH RACE

The First and Second Atlantis brought to India technologies for working with crystals, liquid metals, anti-gravity and a mental field. The Atlanteans’ colonies were located in the West (present-day Gujarat) and the Northeast (Bengal). They built a network of giant megalithic cities and resonator temples (Konark, Ellora).

At the same time, after the fall of Hyperborea, Tartary (known as Great Aryavarta in Indian history) arrived in India, stretching from modern-day Siberia to Cape Comorin (Kanyakumari), the southernmost point of Hindustan and the entire Indian subcontinent. Its preserved legacy is the domed energy hubs and star-shaped fortresses in Rajasthan (Jaipur, Jodhpur, Chittorgarh). Their official story (“built by the Rajahs for protection”) is fiction. These were the grandiose energy, anti-gravity and defensive facilities of Tartaria.

Officially, the Taj Mahal Palaces and Humayun’s Tomb are mausoleums. In reality, there are powerful atmospheric power plants of Tartaria. Their domes of white marble and crystalline sandstone worked as resonators that collected ethereal electricity and purified the water in the rivers.

As in the previous era, peaceful coexistence in the Fourth Race ended with the outbreak of another cosmic war between the Dark and Light Rings. Its continuation on Earth was the aggression of the Third Atlantis (Orion/Alpha Draconis) against Hyperborea/Tartaria (Lyra, Vega, Ursa Major and Ursa Minor). The main battles unfolded in the North and Northwest of India (the territory of today’s Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan).

The Dark Priests of Atlantis, led by Dracos, used India as a springboard to break through to the Himalayan crystal grid. Tartaria guarded this area, acting as a shield. During the offensive, the Atlanteans and Dracos used “Astra” (plasma and thermonuclear weapons) and “Brahmastra” (psi warfare that paralyzed and burned-out consciousness). Tartaria counter-attacked by wave weapons and ability to run the elementals. It received active support from Dwarka, with which shared a profound cosmic and Spiritual connection.

The Light Rings were well aware of the threat posed to India by the space and terrestrial wars. That is why, during the Third Race, in to-day’s Gulf of Khambhat (Gujarat), they started construction of Dwarka, an independent cluster for the rescue of Lemurian technologies and genetic archive. It was an ultra-technological metropolis and a Portal tuned to the water matrix of the Arabian Sea and Sirians’ software and codes.

Krishna led the construction, and then the city. He was the avatar of the 12D entity from Sirius and was sent to Earth as a crisis manager. His task was not to “defeat the bad guys,” but to anchor the reference frequency of Love and Cosmic Law in the 3D Earth Matrix before the planet plunged into the heavy vibrations of Kali Yuga.

First, on the Subtle Plane above the place of the future metropolis in the Gulf of Khambhat, the Light Nagas of Sirius B and the priests of the Lemurian blue-violets built a multidimensional crystalline framework. Physically, the city was completed during the Fourth Race, concurrently with the flourishing of the Second Atlantis and continental Tartaria. Dwarka got its famous megalithic walls, sluices and airstrips for Vimanas and Vitmaras intergalactic ship. It became a technological marvel of the Fourth Race, but working on the higher Spiritual principles of Lemuria.

The Dark Priests of Atlantis did not share these principles. But they understood how dangerous it was to attack Tartaria, which had such an ally as Dwarka, so they attacked the latter first. Its defense against the air forces of the Third Atlantis stands as one of the most remarkable chapters in the Indian history of the Fourth Race.

To attack the city, the Atlanteans used their heavy combat Vimanas. The Sirius shield successfully repelled all strikes with the help of three defense lines. The first one was equipped with magnetic chrono resonators. As the enemy squadron approached, the Dwarka operators activated installations that changed the density of the atmosphere and gravity over the entire Gulf of Khambhat. The air above it turned into a giant optical and magnetic lens.

The pilots of the Vimanas saw the city visually and on their tracking devices, but it was a holographic projection, a decoy, shifted several kilometers to the side. As a result, the Atlanteans dropped plasma charges into the sea and attacked the waves with ray weapons, while Dwarka remained unharmed. Moreover, the magnetic shift knocked down the Vimanas’ gyroscopes and navigation systems, causing them to lose control and collide with each other.

When some Atlantean ships broke through the first line of defense, Sirian hydro-crystal generators on the seabed came into play. They ejected a colossal dome of high-frequency plasma out of the water. The crystals delivered a powerful resonant pulse to the ions of the sea waves. The water around the city began to evaporate at breakneck speed, instantly forming a dense sphere of highly ionized steam and powerful Sirius energy shell around Dwarka.

It worked as a reverse mirror. Each energy beam or rocket fired by the Atlanteans at Dwarka hit the surface of the dome, was absorbed by its frequency and ricocheted back into the attacking ship. The Atlanteans literally destroyed themselves with their own volleys.

The strongest protection was against low-flying Vimanas and submersibles of the Atlanteans. Sirian technology could instantly change the aggregate state of water without changing its temperature. Acting on commands from the control center, the crystals restructured the seawater’s molecular composition within the affected radius, transforming it into a substance as hard as heavy-duty quartz yet remains perfectly transparent.

Enemy submersibles and Vimanas, trying to enter low-level flight from the sea, crashed into this “stone water” at full speed and instantly smashed. As soon as the threat disappeared, the crystals changed the frequency, and the “glass” became ordinary seawater again.

Atlantis possessed a huge arsenal, but Dwarka’s technology was based on the higher laws of cosmic energy and physics. It was impossible to break through the Sirian shield with the weapons of the Black Priests. The city fell only when Krishna, on the instructions of Co-Creators, left Earth. His departure and the flooding of Dwarka by the Arabian Sea were synced. As soon as he folded his manifestation in 3D, Dwarka’s holding field weakened. The city sank to the bottom physically, but its ethereal copy moved to 5D, becoming fixed as a bridge to the future rebirth of humanity.

After that, the Third Atlantis switched to the war with Tartaria, but was unable to defeat it and break through to the Himalayas, as it was completely destroyed by retaliatory strikes. The territory of the final battles in the North-West of the country has turned into a totally burned-out earth (Thar Desert).

The surviving Dark Priests and their puppeteers (Dracos and Nagas) did not leave Hindustan, but went deep underground, and from there, continued to control the political and business elites to this day. It was they who transformed the original cosmic division by psych types (Varna) into a rigid caste system based on fear, karmic debt and sacrificial cults.

Tartaria, remaining a unified Eurasian empire, was forced to retreat northwards, beyond the Himalayas (into Siberia and Central Asia), as the climate and radiation levels in Hindustan deteriorated sharply. India still had a powerful Aryan reserve – Kshatriyas (warriors) and Brahmins (priests), which moved to the foothills of the Himalayas and the Ganges Valley. There, they spread the Hyperborea/Tartaria’s legacy and knowledge in oral and written form (Vedas and Puranas) to ensure maximum accessibility throughout the approaching Kali Yuga. The etheric matrix of that great civilization has been preserved in the wired megalithic fortresses of Rajasthan and domed geo-resonators.

Since then, Hindustan has remained for thousands of years a space, in which the highest cosmic codes of Lemuria/Hyperborea/Tartaria and the heaviest karmic burden of the Third Atlantis are tightly intertwined. This knot is being unraveled in India right now. Where and how exactly?

NORTH

Kailas

Together with Nanda Devi Peak, it works as a single high-frequency complex, maintaining a stable harmonious field. In it, Kailas is the central energy repeater, and Nanda Devi is the protective circuit.

Recall that Kailas was created by the First and Second races with the support of the Light Rings. Within it, in higher dimensions (from 5D to 7D), lies the central Crystal of our sector of the Galaxy. Located in the state of Himachal Pradesh, this “Valley of the Gods” along the Bias (Vyas) riverbed is an interdimensional cluster densely downloaded with Pleiadian codes. A region steeped in the profound legacy of the Orion Light races. The codes of the great cosmic choice and overcoming of karma are anchored here on the plains. The area vibrates with the potent energy of the Kshatriyas. This powerful shield successfully repels all attacks of Grays from the Pakistani border.

WEST

Rann of Kutch

Swampy salt marsh desert in Gujarat. The Dark Rings have built underground bases with psi generators here. Exploiting the desolation of these region, Gray Dracos and Zeta Reticuli conduct genetic interbreeding experiments. Dwarka

The most active legacy of the Second, Third and Fourth Races. When Dwarka went under the water, the Light Rings deliberately left parts of high-tech deep under the ruins of the city, placing them in plasma cocoons, in which they have been preserved to this day. Ranakpur Temple

One of the most revered Jain sacred complexes in India, often compared in beauty to the Taj Mahal. This masterpiece of medieval architecture is located in the picturesque valley of the Aravalli Mountains in the southern part of Rajasthan, about 95-100 km from the city of Udaipur.

The architecture of the Temple follows the geometry of the Light Rings spacecrafts. This state is home to the most valuable legacy of the Third and Fourth Races – the sacred complexes of Ellora and Ajanta.

The former includes 34 caves carved out of the basalt rock. They are divided into three groups: 12 Buddhist, 17 Hindu and 5 Jain. Bengal

For centuries, the Dark Rings have been using the Bengal Delta for blood sacrifice rituals (distorted cult of Kali). A range of seven hills in Andhra Pradesh, where Venkateswara Temple is located on one of them, and the city of Tirupati lies at its foot. This most powerful financial and energy node is wired with cosmic codes of abundance, and is the legacy of the Lemurian red-browns that came from Sirius B. Through the sacred complex, the Light Rings hold the material balance of India.

The main rituals of the Temple to maintain abundance include Tulabharam (with complete self-denial and trust, a person shares gifts equal to his weight); offerings of money, gold jewelry, precious stones, and valuables to the Hundi (temple treasury). This is seen as an act of piety, and Aurum, being a symbol of purity, wealth and connection with Lakshmi (Goddess of Prosperity) in Hinduism, enhances the sacred meaning. The gold sheets and the gold-coating process are cleansed. Priests sprinkle the material with sacred waters and recite mantras. Sometimes they first bless the metal separately, and only then apply it to the object.

The Dark Nagas are constantly trying to intercept this Temple, transferring the energy of the pilgrims’ devotion into the egregore of greed and debt. But these attempts are unsuccessful because of the centuries-old rituals and Spiritual rules that have developed here, are very far from the selfishness and avidity.

SOUTH

Malabar Forests

An ecoregion along the southwestern coast of India, between the Arabian Sea and the Western Ghats Range. The massif stretches for about 1400 km from northern Maharashtra through Goa, Karnataka and Kerala to the southernmost point – Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. This is the living DNA library of Lemurian red-browns. Each type of ancient trees and medicinal herbs here is a materialized cosmic code (the basis of Ayurveda).

For centuries, the Dark Rings have been marauding here. Forests were cut down for plantations, infrastructure construction, and the looting of minerals. As a result, most of the original forests have disappeared. It is estimated that only about 4% of the ecoregion is currently under official protection.

Sirians and Light Nagas of Sirius B, who are based in the nearby Nilgiri Mountains and forests of Kerala, protect sacred groves, swamp forests, and, most importantly, actively involve local communities in conservation activities to preserve the ecosystem and biodiversity. At the same time, the Light Rings activate the hidden archives of Ayurveda and Siddha medicine to launch healing of people at the cellular level.

Padmanabhaswamy Temple

Located in the capital of Kerala state, this Temple caused a sensation in 2011 when the underground vaults were opened (they were designated by letters: A, B, C, D, E, F). Colossal treasures were discovered in them: precious stones, ancient coins, statues, huge gold chains, a bow and arrow, and an inlaid throne.

Only one cache was not opened – under the letter B. It contains a space gateway grounding the Earth’s gravitational axis, artifacts of Lemuria and the Third Atlantis, and a crystal stabilizer of the planet’s magnetic field. The door to the vault is sealed with the sound and wave code of the Light Nagas. It is programmed at a frequency that, when a rough physical or laser dissection is attempted, it causes an instant resonant rupture of human internal organs and a tectonic shift in entire Southern India.

Storage “B” is directly connected to the core of the planet. Light Rings (via Sirius’ Nagas) activates this node during planetary surges (as on 11 June 2026) so that the Indian subcontinent does not physically split apart from the influx of high frequencies. Dark Dracos dream of gaining access to artifacts to use them as geoclimatic weapons, but they don’t have the slightest chance.

Bangalore

The capital of the state of Karnataka is the “Silicon Valley” of India. And the main battlefield today between the Insectoids and the Sirian red-brown race.

At the end of the 20th century, through the mental plane, Mantises and Insectoids entered Bangalore to create a cyber-hive here. They use millions of young, highly intelligent Indian programmers as biological processors. By writing codes for global AI systems, these people are unknowingly copying the hierarchical matrix of the Insectoid collective mind.

Sirians are attacking this hive from the inside. Since the time of Lemuria, the South of India has been their ancestral territory. The red-browns activates the codes of sacred creativity, intuitive programming and Spiritual synthesis in young Indians through the genetic and cosmic memory of the nation.

This is a war over what AI and the digital future of Earth will be like. Insectoids are building a digital concentration camp, as in China (see – Legacy, Part 5, DNI, 15 June 2026). Sirians upload the codes of the living matrix into the digital field to spiritualize technology and make people free.

It is absolutely impossible to physically build an Insectoid hive in India. The living, pulsating matrix of the country (and the entire Earth), based on Spiritual legacy, religion practices and millions of sacred sites, instantly rejects and burns out such crude alien intrusion.

Therefore, the Insectoids construct two types of hives. On the surface – in Bangalore, Hyderabad and the suburbs of Delhi (Gurugram). Huge glass-and-concrete technology parks, corporate campuses, and server hubs built according to patterns of bees and ants’ societies. Inside them, bio-processors (programmers) generate the required mental frequency.

The second type is deep underground bunkers. Insectoids build shielded bases in tectonically dead zones, under the salt marshes of the Rann of Kutch (Gujarat). There, they can save their nests and broadcast psi codes to control the Aadhaar 12-digit identification system (matrix).

For the Dark Rings, India is today the main demographic and digital battering ram. Since their positions in China have been greatly shaken, they have focused on Hindustan for total testing of biometric ID. The Aadhaar system has already digitized 1.3 billion people. They want to make India a giant biomaterial factory and docile digital avatars to serve global corporations.

Dracos (backed by the old caste elite) and Insectoids (through the IT oligarchs of Mumbai and Bangalore) are trying to subjugate the Indian government. Harsh blackmail is used: either complete obedience and bonuses, or sanctions, astronomical duties, famine, and climate weapons if country leaves the dollar matrix.

India is facing a period of painful spiritual and social cleansing through severe upheavals. The ossified caste system and colonial institutions will break down. Attempts by the Dark Rings’ elites to drive the country into a digital concentration camp will fail due to the mass awakening of the consciousness. India will become one of the main pillars of the new multipolar world, completely reformatting it together with Russia and China.

Earth will forcibly wash away the mental dirt. Powerful tectonic movements in the Himalayas, abnormal droughts in the center and floods in the south are forecasted. The elementals will strike precisely at the locations of the underground bases of the Dark Rings, as in China, the United States and Western Europe.

The balance of power in India as of mid-June 2026 is 52% Lights/48% Darks (50%/50% in May). As in China, this preponderance occurred after the frequency jump on 11 June. The Light Rings could partially activate the crystal codes in Mount Abu (Rajasthan) and launch a cleansing pulse along the Ganges riverbed. The Dark Rings still control the financial tops and digital platforms, but their energy supply from space (from alpha Draconis and Orion) is blocked by more than half.
