I am dealing with a massive amount of real-world stress and exhaustion, for years. These kinds of messages feel very disconnected from what I’m actually experiencing.
What this message describes does not at all contradict the experiences you describe.
The disconnection relates to whatever notion you sustain that this process should be peaceful for your real-world individuality.

Are you sure you are not doing it to a substantial amount for yourself, giving smart advice on how any uttered notion resembling a complaint is based on wrong assumptions and logical fallacies?
You get attention of many who read your posts, so you are getting something too.
To me it seems you feel unease with „negative“ emotions and try to invalidate them with spiritual logic.
People just want to express their feelings and have them acknowledged too, no wonder many react annoyed to your lectures?

A comment once revealed that “they are commited to do so” (after all, the department consists of several people), though I never quite grasped “to what exactly”. I never received an answer when I asked.
“To me it seems you feel unease with ‘negative’ emotions” — I share that impression completely, yet I always wonder, because their interventions not rarely leave some people with even more negative emotions (on top including uninvolved readers like me sometimes😇): “How on earth do they calculate that?”
I do have a few theories, as they serve as a not insignificant energetic mirror for “one very specific BUNCH INSIDE ME”.

I think what you do can be exactly what people need and sometimes they need something else, like unconditional acceptance. You will receive a lot of appreciation for your talents when you use them compassionately.

Just practice immersing yourself also in your „clients’ ” emotional field without judging… beause it’s about THEM, not only about what they wrote… full picture enables to choose the most effective tool… even if it’s none of those you are already an expert with.
