Today I wanted to briefly share the following:
When Earth humans feel loneliness, typically they immediately conclude that they need to go spend time with their partner or with a friend.
Certainly that can be the case. However, you might find that after you do this, you still feel lonely. That’s because actually five different kinds of loneliness exist, and understanding that can help you meet your needs better:
“Friendship loneliness”: in this case you are missing just hanging out with friends or with your partner, grabbing a drink, spending time together and perhaps engaging in shared hobbies. You can but don’t necessarily need to have emotionally intimate conversations with them to scratch this itch.
“Intimacy loneliness”: in this case just casually hanging out with your partner or friends won’t satisfy you. Here you want to feel seen and appreciated and loved. Stereotypically in this situation women want an emotionally intimate conversation and then they feel satisfied. Whereas men in this situation want sex and then they feel satisfied. Though obviously that isn’t true for all men and for all women. Still, keep in mind that it’s possible that your partner might want or need to solve this “intimacy loneliness” in another way than you do, and that doesn’t make them broken.
“Community loneliness”: here you feel lonely because you’re not part of a solid, good community where people know each other and are willing to help each other out. Being part of such a community is actually a need that many people have. You can’t fully scratch this itch by having good intimacy with your partner and regularly hanging out with friends.
“Self-connection loneliness”: this is the desire to see, love and accept yourself. Here the solution isn’t to go talk to other people: it’s to look inside.
“Existential loneliness”: here you feel lonely because you don’t have a direction or purpose in your life, or because a loved one just died, or because you haven’t emotionally come to terms with the fact that one day you will die / transition. Yes, sometimes this too is felt as loneliness. What can help here is spirituality, philosophy or making art.

It’s awful that just meeting your basic needs there on Earth is so tough, but energies are rising — while it might seem right now that everyone’s going insane, things really are moving slowly in the right direction. It’s just that everything that was repressed is now slowly coming to the light. Which isn’t pretty, but it is forward momentum.

Hi, Túnia and team, I really loved that short and concise reflection. I’ve been avoiding long texts full of flowery language for a while now, especially since AI generates hours of audio and video messages—it’s truly crazy! Please keep it up, and ask Hakann to do the same if he wants to and understands. We also have a Hakann and a Túnia here at our place—come visit them whenever you can, okay!
I am certainly no expert in connecting with others, but deep down all the types of loneliness you described seem to me like a different way to be disconnected from yourself.
Whenever you’re playing a role that isn’t really you, all your interactions feel empty. And on the other hand, even alone in the desert, if you manage to make that self-connection it’s like having the whole universe supporting you.
Tunia, I have missed you, and often think about you. Your comms are always special, because you are a life line, to that which we yearn. You are more, to us, than you know. It is personal. It is intimate. It is important, to know, one another, by name, by recognition, in a world, that has completely, lost touch, of those things. These messages, from beyond, are anticipated, and encouraging, that even you think, of us, and share yourself, in little ways. You are loved, as well, and you are a friend, in ways, you cannot know.
And there is loneliness due to missing one’s true home and people, including missing G-d and their full presence, heavenly realms from which we all come, other higher dimensions, planets and peoples with whom we may feel more connected and related (familial) than the earth realm.

Just as they say that the night is darkest just before dawn, the same can be true of loneliness, especially within the lightworker community.
If you’re going through a cleansing process and a dark night of the soul, there’s nothing that can fill that black hole and the emptiness you feel inside. No relationship or conversation, not even with your best friend can fill it; only someone who’s been through it can understand.
Just as Tunia listed all these types of loneliness, one could say they are stages on the path from exclusion from society, because you don’t fit in due to what you believe, think, and identify with.
What I mean is: If you’re reading this page and others like it, and you have thoughts that you sometimes want to share with the people around you, then… well, you already know what comes next 😀
So you go through all these stages of loneliness and that’s probably the case if you’re on the path of purification leading to ascension.
Then there’s one thing you need to do: Look deep within yourself this stems from “Loneliness resulting from connection with oneself.”
The moment you truly love and accept yourself, the other kinds of loneliness will begin to fall away one by one, and you’ll be connected again, but this time the connection will be genuine.

Indeed A.S. did perceive well the situation, we miss Tunia energy. And Hakkan as well of course. A handsome couple of Pleiadian brothers and sisters.

A theme that I’m sure would be of much interest of all, some descriptions of daily life on the 5D planets in Pleiades, in order that the lightworkers can have a glimpse of how life will be on the 5D New Earth.

the Path of Initiation in Pleiades.
About loneliness, I think that it is a characteristic of present Lightworks phase, a purification phaae prior to Ascension, often compared to the desert.
But this is just a temporary phase, for those who will be going to the 5D New Earth, they will have abundance of company, and those who are going to another 3D planets too.

I second this, more about Life on Pleiades, do you have personal aspirations regarding a cosmic flash/ascension, trivia (trivia is most fun usually), how do seemingly all (channeled) Pleiadians have children at home while their own life span is several hundred years. 🙏

Yes Tobias, indeed, I think that this subject, Life on Pleiades is of great interest for all, to give a glympse of life on 5D worlds, since this will be the future for many eartheans, hopefully we may be one of those.
I’d even be interested in a message by an average Pleiadian who doesn’t care about Earth affairs at all, as the group attending to us is not representative after all.
