This seems to be a reference to the First Wave of Ascension.
Ancient Awakenings, Operation Terra and Evangelical seers dreams and messages from Jesus are the only sources I am aware that speak more clearly about this.
You know, since you’ve been talking about Operation Terra for a while, I spent a good part of my day reading the material.
First of all, the very basics are very much in accordance with the Ra Material — no conclusion here, just an observation. The general metaphysics seemed sound to me, but…
Several predictions and dates were offered and did not come to pass, as usual. This was then addressed — if it was addressed at all — with the usual explanation: “something unexpected happened.”
But most of all, I have a hard time with the narrative that 99.9% of the population will die in horrendous conditions, while only 6 or 7 million souls will benefit from the new Terra.
I also have a hard time with the notion that Earth is so uniquely important that an entire cycle of 4.5 billion years depends on it. I have a hard time with many things, actually.
And as far as I can tell from their website, they have been silent since 2009, after promising evacuation by ships in that same period. That very notion — evacuation by ships for a select few, while they watch the planet burn — does not resonate with me much either.
But as I said, I have reached a point of ontological humility, so these are just some impressions I had. There are so many competing narratives in circulation. I just don’t know.
Raksh: I may have already mentioned that, since the start of the second half of 2026, I’ve been busy having various esoteric and spiritual concepts cross-referenced by AI. And I’m quite surprised at how effortlessly good it works.
Especially regarding “Becoming who we already are”, there were a few factors I hadn’t really considered before. Now I have.

Very important message for the Operation Terra readers, clarify the reason for the failed attempts to make the lifting.
Operation Terra may be considered a trilogy, the other two sources being:
Project World Evacuation, by Tuella (1982)
The Crystal Stair, by Eric Klein (1990)
These 3 sources give a view on the Planetary Transition not found in any other sources. Highly recommended.
About the numbers, there is an update in the last newsletter
from June 2026, besides the 6-7 million the Hosts mention more 8 times this number lifted by another star nations of their people incarnated today on Earth, the total Ascending is about 70 million according to the Hosts, quoting from memory.
I take these numbers with reservation too, for I have seen numbers ranging from:
25% of mankind, (Jesus in Rio Grande do Sul – o Semeador do Evangelho
10% in Project World Evacuation and in recent Kryon message though Josemary Resnauer, Brazil, where Kryon says they are TRYING to save 10%.
2,5% Ashtar’s prediction in a czech Ashtar channel, Ivo A. Benda
and these Operation Terra numbers, about 0.9%.
About the cause for the failed Operation Terra prediction for the lifting of First Wave by end 2002 and many other failed predictions after that, besides Saint Germain’s message I mentioned, some personal experience:
Around 2005 my girlfriend”s guides told her:
“Everything went wrong. We could not gather enough people to make the lifting”.
The same problem that ocurred in 1990 with Crystal Stair, when Sananda was looking for 1,000-2,000 Starseeds awakened out of the 144,000 to make the First Wave and failed.
That’s the problem: a failed prediction usually calls for either a new meta-cosmology, or it gets justified by unexpected events — usually caused by the dark side.
But if higher-density beings cannot account for such mishaps, then maybe they should refrain from giving predictions at all… or maybe it’s not actually higher-density beings speaking.
And the notion that a tiny percentage of people will be saved by being lifted up into spaceships does not really resonate with me, and is actually the opposite of what I value as spiritual growth and metaphysical cosmology.

I agree at this point that ETs and similar should stop giving dates and saying “soon.” (And yes, I acknowledge that my past channelings have repeatedly contained dates.)
I think physically-incarnated ETs are less “far above us” and more flawed than some of us think. And there’s probably people claiming to channel Jesus / Archangel Michael / etc who aren’t actually channeling them.
In my experience channeling very advanced non-physical ETs feels reasonably pleasant energy-wise, but message-wise it’s boring. I don’t get dates when I do so (yay) but the stuff I do get is “be”, “rejoice in the glory of Source, nothing else matters”, just calm presence, etc. Not really a conventionally attractive message to publish. Unless someone would love to read a message just saying “be” and that’s it. Admittedly, it’s also harder for me to get clear communication with them going than with certain other beings.
That said, channeling archangels, Jesus etc is more interesting (if done properly).
One time I connected to Source and saw in my mind’s eye an infinite field, and whatever I thought was just briefly infinitely replicated across the entire field, and then the field returned to neutrality again. I thought that was a neat representation / metaphor / visual. (I think anyone’s thoughts / intentions ripple out, I’m certainly not saying that only mine ripple out.)
This subject of failed predictions is a topic itself.
I study it too, after much deception with failed predictions.
My guess is that sometimes they are intentional, to atrack the attention of the public for the subject, such as Zetas’ prediction of Pole Shift in May 15, 2003.
Another occasions, the prediction was a guess and estimative by the Higher Beings, but dependent on the results of a work to be done, for example in Crystal Stair in 1990 when Sananda was expecting the lifting of First Wave from some weeks to five years at most.
But I haven’t much interest in this topic anymore, I don’t have expectations anymore, I just keep following the messages but without expectations, life on 3D Earth is good too, there is a lot of good things to do.
Regarding the low numbers of people evacuated by the ships, there are requisites for the lifting, Ashtar books such as Project World Evacuation mention the need for the frequency of Love to be compatible with the levitation beams and the enviromnent aboard the ships.
Bible warned about that 2,000 years ago too, this is nothing new.
I read your Saint-Germain article. This is almost a textbook case of how to transform a failed prediction into another prophecy.
Personally I believe that “99% of people will die, 1% of people will get saved” is at this point a very low probability scenario. That may have been a plan at one point, but I don’t think it’s likely today. I think people who say that that will happen are confusing one possible future for THE future.
I don’t think the future is set in stone, but I believe the currently most likely outcome is that there won’t be a “nearly everyone dies” event. I think 30 years from now there’ll be billions of Earth humans living on Earth, with positive ETs walking around on Earth too. I believe Earth humans will have the ability to temporarily travel to other worlds, but I don’t believe Joe average on the street will be allowed to permanently migrate to say a Pleiadian or Arcturian world (although a few exceptional Earth humans will be allowed to do so).

I get the sense that Earth is less “the most pivotal planet in the galaxy” and more “the last one that still needs to go.”
So if hypothetically Earth was filled with advanced positive people and a Pleiadian world was a mess, then it’d be that Pleiadian world that would be the last one that needs to go, and us Earth humans would be helping out those undeveloped Pleiadians.
But yeah. All this is what I think; I can’t say I know this for 100% certain.
At the same time, no one else knows for 100% sure either. So much material has been published at this point that given any halfway reasonable statement, you can point to several sources supporting that statement. An anyone who claims to be the expert who knows for sure, well there’s another expert who says something different.
I don’t think so. This is not the current scenario, experts supported by their favorite sources debating different scenarios and views.
What exists is a great ignorance about what the Light Beings have said and are saying.
I study a lot of sources, I don’t have any prejudice about any source, and what I see is a general uniform scenario showed, just minor irrelevant detais sometimes.
At a very abstract level, yes, one can indeed observe many convergences.
But once you get into the details — and even the major details — there remains an impressive diversity of narratives.
And even at the “micro-detail” level, the difference between 0.1% and 25% survivors is not exactly decoration.

As I see it, change is indeed happening, but it resembles a melting ice cube—dissolving over time without any grand spectacle or sudden event. There will be no “landings” or interventions, nor any shocking maneuvers by the powers that be.
On the physical level, change manifests as politicians tightening regulations, alongside a constant stream of catastrophes and tragedies. Spiritual and energetic shifts are palpable, yet far from pleasant or colorful; in fact, one could say things were better ten years ago.
