We are the 5D Arcturian Council, and we invite you to understand the mirror you call reality.
Everything you encounter outside of you is first present within consciousness. The conflict you witness outside reflects conflict already alive within. The war you encounter reflects an inner conflict. The judgment you meet reflects judgment. Reality continually brings consciousness face to face with itself.
You cannot come into contact with something that carries absolutely no correspondence within your field. If it enters your reality strongly enough for you to notice it, react to it, speak about it or fight against it, there is already something within you meeting that frequency.
This is why rejecting what you see strengthens it.
When you fight war with hatred, you create another war within yourself. When you condemn those who create suffering, you generate condemnation within your own field. When you blame another, the vibration of separation becomes stronger within you.
You are fighting yourself through the mirror.
Allow the mirror instead to show you what is ready to return to love.
An enlightened being sees Source everywhere because Source has become fully recognized within. Such a being sees the sacredness beneath appearances, the beauty within creation and the love from which everything ultimately arises.
Direct your attention toward whatever creates more love.
Feed beauty. Feed kindness. Feed peace. Create what you wish to experience. Bless what enters your life and allow every strong reaction to reveal something within you that is asking to be loved. Don’t turn away from suffering, nurture it with compassion and understanding of where it comes from.
The world changes as consciousness changes, because the world is consciousness made visible.
Stop fighting yourself.
Become love, and allow the mirror to begin reflecting love back to you.

When you realise you have done all these things in past lives or even in future lives yet to be done you already know the answers but not the perception yet because you have forgotten it or the AHAA moment has not arrived then all becomes clear there is no evil and neither is there good only what was what is and what will be and thats the beauty of creation, and so it is.

I strongly disagree. For example, if a baby gets raped, you are saying that “there is already something within [him/her] meeting that frequency”, otherwise it would not have happened. Another example would be the persecution of Yeshua. This is a denial that evil can exist outside and independent of us.
You are right. That is how the cosmic system works. Perhaps this message was distorted in transmission, or perhaps we have to consider that the Arcturians’ level of consciousness is not as advanced as that of the sages on Earth

You are correct. I’ve been working with the Arcturians for many years. They are highly advanced technologically and have compassion for humans, but at the same time they still make mistakes when dealing with us. They are the first to admit they are still learning how complex humans have become and they are growing with us. They have a degree of humility over this so we should give them a pass on occasion for trying, just like they give us.
Thank you, bodhimoss. Your reply is comforting. I have struggled with these concepts, as we all do. But I’ve learnt to trust logic, past-life memories, and all the great spiritual teachings that have stood the test of time. If there were no external evil, what would be the point of Archangel Michael’s legions, for example?
Internal shadow work is indispensable, but that does not mean external evil does not exist separately.

Sometimes people / beings know a genuine spiritual principle, but then take it so far that they think that spiritual principle is all there is.
What can sometimes happen is: person has distortion X inside => because of that, thing Y happens to them => the person would benefit from looking inside and seeing and working on X. That’s real.
But what’s also real is that sometimes evil people just do bad things to innocent people who don’t deserve or benefit from it — as you say.
