If you constantly read spiritual articles, or read political analyses, or scroll through social media, or even constantly talk to people, then metaphorically speaking you’re over-filling your bowl. This can lead to stress, ungroundedness and not being connected to your own voice and your own intuition.
Whereas if you only do a bit of that, and you also take walks in nature without any music, you meet your own needs, engage in self-care and do spiritual practice such as “whatever arises, observe that” — then likely you’ll be more relaxed, grounded and you’ll be more connected to your own intuition. After all, a bowl is most useful when it is empty.
Information works a lot like food: occasionally consuming an article containing other people’s thoughts is fine, and can indeed be nourishing.
But if you constantly consume articles containing someone else’s thoughts, and you eat the next one before the first one has been digested, then you may have spiritual “weight gain” or “indigestion.” As we can see with lots of people in the spiritual community having lots of conflicting opinions, and everyone’s convinced that they have genuine intuition and everyone else is wrong.
But then, how can your own voice shine through if you’re constantly consuming other people’s thoughts?
If you read several spiritual articles per day, you’re probably so filled with spiritual indigestion that you’re just going “this feels good and is therefore true, that feels bad and is therefore wrong.” But that isn’t genuine intuition.
So: practice the art of saying “no” to extra input. Don’t read things before the previous article has been digested. If you can, take a walk in nature this week. And that will help you further find your own voice and connect to your own intuition.

Indigestion – physical or otherwise – is Astrologically most associated with Jupiter. It’s placement on a chart reveals the nature and life circumstances we are more prone to indulge in excess.
It can be countered with either of two different virtues: a Venusian temperance, which means you consume less because you’re focused on your point of balance, satiety and maximized pleasure; or a Mercurial patience, which means you consume the same amount but over a well-distributed period of time, focusing on pace and priorities.
Indeed this is a trying time for all. Do not under and any circumstances believe for a second that any enlightened being is going to assist you in any way whatsoever. Start with: good manners, blame yourself for your condition. You made it happen through your life by the choices that you make. We do not get to immediately become angels. Yes it is confusing and terrifying to get above the total and utter muck that pervades human existence. Continue to live in the very present moment. What can you control right now? Iran? Trump? No. clean your house and love your family and friends if at all possible. The world at large is destroyed utterly. The human existence is what you, yes you, make it. It is ultimately and truthfully in your hands to make your life what it is. The world is a reflection of all that lives upon it. Vote fecal matter into power and see what happens. You’ve only and always voted for lies, subjugation etc. The last true vox populi was one John Fitzgerald Kennedy.

Oh dear Hakann, of course you have done enough to save others.
And the effect of this third person narrative is also good.
What puzzles me is that, it sounds like Pleiadian soldiers cannot be resurrected with cloned bodies after being killed in battle (while some SSP soldiers can), where did their souls go? Can’t they contact their families after they die? I think A.S. could provide some explanation on the interaction between the Pleiadian people, the Pleiadian ghosts, and the Pleiadian spirit world.
If problems are left solely to those responsible for handling them, it’s a bit like natural evolution — which is highly inefficient compared to intelligent design.
Earth people generally need to understand and experience their own karma, but I think there is a problem in it, which is that if the Galactic Confederation does not openly contact or provide help to Earth people because their consciousness is not high enough, Earth people will not know that their consciousness is not high enough. Given current Earth people cognition, there is no basic misunderstanding about extraterrestrial contact. Therefore, I think a more reasonable situation is to publicly contact and tell many Earth people that their consciousness is not high enough, so the Galactic Confederation cannot communicate much with you or provide you with much help. This will help these people understand their own karma.
If the Galactic Confederation wants to delay intervention again, they should intervene or provide assistance privately and obviously to those awaked individuals who have a relatively mature mentality and are aware of the previous commitment, so that at least there won’t be much complaining, after all, most Earth people don’t even know enough to complain about this.
Additionally, it appears that the Galactic Confederation is far from being able to manage the evil of the galaxy, much like managing pests in a garden. Perhaps too many souls have chosen to join the reptilian alliance? Perhaps the Galactic Confederation has some potential flaws that make the progress of inducing surrender and suppressing negative races too slow? Perhaps this is also related to the slow liberation of Earth. I’m looking forward to understanding the whole situation from my special perspective of Earthlings. I won’t publicly explain some understanding and ideas here.
Finally, a huge thank you to everyone who actively mended or salvaged the situation!

This isn’t a full channeling, but to address your question, a quick psychic impression I’m getting is:
– yes they have people who can talk to the souls of the deceased
– they can certainly heal someone who is on the brink of death, but not “resurrect the dead” as we would think of it
– their “version of that” is just that the person dies and then if the soul wants to be reborn again as a Pleiadian and then wants to become a soldier again, they’ll simply choose to do so. And from their perspective, the ~25 year that takes is a pretty trivial amount of time anyway, plus this keeps their people fresh and non-stagnated (stagnation / people rusting in old habits is something they’re wary of given their long lifespans). They’re under some pressure but not under that much pressure; the conflict with reptilians etc is mostly a cold conflict with minor skirmishes here and there. It’s not an active hot war where they need every soldier they can get right now.
– I got an “ick” type of feeling when the topic of cloning came up; seems like they’re not a fan.
While the galactic confederation would love peace and order and stability and freedom in the universe, I’m not sure if Source actually just wants the galactic confederation to win utterly and make the galaxy a quasi-paradise everyone; conflict and contrast and all kinds of experiences are part of the point of existence.

Then what’s even the point of partaking in the battle between dark and light?
I don’t know if it was one of your channelings which provided the information: were all dark races to become aligned with the light, after a not too long time we’d have more dark Pleiadians just because of the need of many souls of experiencing themselves as evil to some degree.
For me it boils down to “Why can’t Creator build a universe which provides soul growth & free will but without horrific experiences like torture the souls didn’t sign up for.”
If this war is about maintaining a healthy equilibrium (darkness yes, but not too extreme) maybe the apparently so powerful future Earth humans should just stay neutral?
The problem is your question has the implicit notion of souls not having signed up for ‘horrific’ experiences.
Learning the truth tends to be an horrific experience by itself, but one that no self-respecting soul can dodge: it divides the waters.
You can’t respect free will without respecting another soul’s right to choose suffering. But being neutral doesn’t mean being indifferent or inactive.
There are horrific experiences souls signed up for and horrific experiences souls didn’t sign up for, so I believe.
This creation can and should be improved. If there’s one thing I take home from Earth journey it’s this. (And some others.)
You can’t really experience something your soul did not sign up for because soul-level decisions are “retroactive”.
There are usually many events we don’t understand why/how they contribute to what we actually signed up for, but if they didn’t at all, they simply wouldn’t have happened.
In most cases we are simply too disgusted by the idea anyone could require certain experiences or that our own souls could make use of them to grow.
Then stick to your “everything is perfect as it is, we are just not wise enough to see it” and let others improve things.
There is no rigidity regarding the rules; there are always exceptions. While there is a plan outlining the steps for embodiment, additional points may also be included. Most awakened individuals are already seeking new steps.
What are we actually talking about?
“Becoming Who We Are” is not the same thing/process as “Ascension”, I was made to understand when looking at your comments. And it is possible that t_c_d is speaking about the latter —whereas you, Gwydyon, are going through the other process and therefore have a different reaction to statements that definitely align with t_c_d’s truth.

Klaudia, I actually find it very difficult to see those things as separate processes by looking at what we said here, but I’lll keep trying.
Surprising, Klaudia, that you see an Ascension<->”Becoming who we are” perspective clash here. I’ve never even thought about such a differentiation.

“Loopholes in this Creation allow the creation of extremely dark pockets that don’t particularly enhance soul growth” is, in my eyes, the other position.
If we are who created this Creation, and if we decide –after having studied and immersed ourselves in it– upon an improvement, I find it to be in harmony with us creating all our experiences.
Maybe it’s just me, but I simply can’t see the conflict between these two positions you just defined. One is green and the other is a square.
For the record, I don’t disagree with either. I just think that by opposing them one becomes unable to see green squares. Hence the intrusion.
