FREQUENCY LOVE AND PEACE
LOVE AND PEACE DON’T COME DOWN FROM THE SKY. THEY LIGHT UP WITHIN.
Many wait for someone to descend from the sky to bring love and peace. Spaceships, angels, teachers. It doesn’t work that way.
Love and peace are not people. They are not gifts that arrive. They are STATES OF CONSCIOUSNESS. They are frequencies that YOU generate.
Spaceships don’t land where there’s war in the heart. They land where there’s already love and peace. Because compatibility is needed. It’s quantum physics, not religion. To have an energetic exchange in the here and now, you must already be vibrating at that frequency.
If you have noise, judgment, and self-hatred inside, contact doesn’t happen. Not through punishment. Through resonance. A radio tuned to 90 FM doesn’t pick up 108 FM.
Tonight after 10:00 PM, you’ll meditate alone, from the comfort of your bed at home. You don’t have to go anywhere. All you have to do is use your awareness of the here and now.
The brain doesn’t distinguish between real and imagined. If you visualize peace and actually FEEL it in your body, your brain sees it as real. If you experience true love for two minutes, your cells register it as real. It’s important to feel peace. Don’t think it. Feel it.
Second key point: be sure you deserve love. Many ask for love, but inside they tell themselves, “I don’t deserve it.” So you block everything. You have to tell yourself: I deserve love, I deserve peace. Without guilt.
Only after consciously removing evil from ourselves first can we activate the inner Med Bed. Evil isn’t outside. It’s the judgment we have inside. The criticism we have of ourselves. It must be removed first.
In 5D evil does not exist because you have first removed it from yourself.
When you’re at peace, then the exchange happens. That’s when we activate the Med Beds. Not before.
TUNING BROADCAST – TONIGHT AFTER 10 PM – FROM YOUR BED (at home)

Lie down on your bed. Lights off. Phone on airplane mode after reading this.
Close your eyes. Breathe slowly. Eyes half-open at first, then closed. Breathe slowly.
Feel the bed. It’s already a Med Bed. Say, “This is my Med Bed.”
Visualize: You are in a white, gold, and blue room. Soft light pours down from above like a blessing. Around you, rings of light slowly rotate. Above you are luminous spheres, transparent panels, and filaments of energy like liquid silk. Each breath activates a rainbow glow throughout your body. You wear a luminous, soft, sacred suit.
Now, consciously remove the evil from yourself. Say to yourself: “I remove judgment. I remove guilt. I remove undeservingness.” Feel peace.
Now activate the frequency. Say: “I am love. I deserve love. I am peace. I am in the here and now. Everything is real.”
Your brain doesn’t distinguish. If you feel it, it’s true.
Now call: “Galactic Command, I am ready for energy exchange in the here and now, in peace.”
Imagine the Commander, tall, elegant, impeccable white trousers, shiny white shoes, smiling at you with a fatherly presence. He doesn’t descend. It’s YOU who rises in frequency and meets him halfway.
Remain in this peace for ten minutes. Don’t ask for anything. Just exchange. Feel the golden water of light.
When you finish, say: “Healing is an act of awareness. Vibrating in the higher scales is a conscious choice. I have activated my Med Bed.”
Sleep there. The visit will take place.
