Beloved ones of Earth,
We come to you today with a message that many of you have been waiting to hear.
We are ready to meet you.
Physical contact has already been taking place for some time in different locations across your planet, quietly and in accordance with the readiness of those involved. And now we ask you, beloved ones, are you willing to welcome a closer relationship with us?
You have imagined contact as a great planetary event, with thousands of ships appearing in your skies, yet we invite you to consider the purpose of such an occurrence. How could billions of people, living in such different states of consciousness, receive the same experience with equal understanding? For some, it would bring joy, while for others, fear and confusion.
And so, we wish to share something important with you.
Contact happens through an alignment of vibrations, through the meeting of two states of consciousness that become harmonious enough to recognize one another.
This is why we invite you to prepare, through meditation, through silence, and through the cultivation of unconditional love.
Allow your mind to become empty, beloved ones, releasing the endless stories, expectations, and beliefs through which you perceive reality. As the mind becomes still and the heart opens, you naturally become more receptive to experiences beyond your familiar understanding.
We ask you to sit in meditation each day, allowing love to radiate from your heart toward all forms of life, known and unknown. Welcome the possibility of peaceful contact while remaining free from expectations concerning when or how it may unfold.
Understand that we seek a relationship with you, one founded upon mutual respect, freedom, and the recognition of our shared divine nature.
And remember, dear brothers and sisters, that the greatest preparation for meeting another civilization is learning to live in peace with your own.

Greeting you with much love and light this afternoon. Yes, my husband and I would welcome a visit. Before we meet, I need to understand the correct way to meet with the Galactics. Here I like to hug someone or shake their hands to welcome them. What is the best way to greet you? Thank you so much for these messages and the videos. I have found them extremely beneficial in my awakening process. My husband and I watch the Ashtar videos with coffee in the early hours each morning. Have a wonderful rest of the day!
I’m not the person who channeled this article, but my personal is understanding is:
From their perspective, most Earth humans, including most spiritual people literally smell bad (because our entire environment is so polluted) and are a jumbled mess of emotions (sometimes painful / unresolved ones). The smelliness can be fixed with their version of a medbed but is there upon first meeting Earth people.
Because of this, personally I wouldn’t just grab an extraterrestrial in a hug — although if you do, it’s still fine. There’s not going to be a situation where someone greets a Pleiadian with overenthuastic but good intent, and accidentally offends them and the Pleiadian then leaves. How exactly you greet them isn’t a make-or-break thing.
They do like hugs and aren’t too squeamish.
If you want to greet them in the way that’s most natural to them: empty yourself and make eye contact and just look at each other for about five seconds without touching. Then you can extend a hand or open your arms to implicitly propose a handshake / hug, and they’ll understand and likely will shake your hand / hug you.
If the “empty yourself and make eye contact” thing sounds weird, just extending your hand / opening your hands and implicitly offering a handshake / hug is also completely fine.
Telling them “you can read my mind if you want” will put them further at ease, but isn’t required — if you’re not okay with that, then you don’t have to consent to that and they’ll still interact with you. Positive extraterrestrials won’t read your mind without consent (not because they think mindreading is an inherently bad thing to do, but because they understand we don’t want it).
We smell bad? LOL. What an insult. Maybe there are some old COVID masks we could loan them. Or maybe they should just stay in their ships and think about it for a few more millennia.
Not really our fault, it’s just that our food and water and basically everything we put in and on our body contains quite a few mild toxins from their perspective, which we’re used to but they’re not.
We’re used to putting on some deodorant / cologne to not smell bad. Well from their perspective those scents are all mildly unpleasant / synthetic; plus they literally don’t smell bad even if they’re sweating. While we obviously do smell bad if we’re sweating, even to ourselves.
Just another reason to eat right and detox in a variety of ways! Personally, I’m not quick to hug.
…Or, serves ‘em right, for turning their backs on us long ago, trusting sa tan and his buddies to take us and Gaia over.

Are they also offended by essential oils, like rose, lavender and numerous other earth plant scents that many Starseeds use for their medicinal properties? Because if so, they really do need to stay in their ships. Starseeds don’t like being offended.

If I traveled back to the dark ages, I wouldn’t want to go near the population. People raised to be deathly afraid of water and bathing.
We eat, bathe in, and view poison our entire lives, too.
I’ve waited on stinky people, and didn’t enjoy it, but stayed professional. I keep it to myself, knowing there’s a reason.

bodhimoss: fair question. I don’t know about essential oils and I don’t feel like spending the energy to channel an answer.
To be clear, they’re not arrogant about it or “offended” in a “how dare they smell like that” kind of way.
Also, Pleiadians are diplomatic; they’re not going to indicate that we smell bad when meeting us face to face. It’s just that I’ve been talking to them nearly daily for years now, including to my Pleiadian twin flame, and eventually they drop the standard diplomatic stance and just talk freely. And then you hear stuff like this. (There’s not any kind of horrifying secret they have; they’re not secretly evil or secretly completely different from how we’re picturing them.)
Also, using their version of a medbed solves this, so speaking strictly for myself, it’s not a big deal from my perspective.
Oh, now that I’m sharing random factoids:
They personally find the way stereotypical anime characters look off putting, more than average Earth humans do (e.g. think the unnaturally big eyes anime look).
They think elite level bodybuilding is strange: “why would an Earth human put in so much work to look more like a reptilian?”
They’re not judgemental about this, it’s more “strange / not our cup of tea”.
“Starseeds don’t like being offended”? Pitch, blease… Smelling like flowers doesn’t make you one. Who do you think will be performing diplomatic missions amidst reptilians a quarter-hundred thousand years from now?
We are the spec ops team emerging from our top priority mission in the sewers. 😎
And about the factoids: if R’kok can manage to interest some Pleiadians in his physique, I’m sure some of us can manage to interest them in anime eyes.
